Abstract: Naga is a conglomeration of many tribes inhabiting North East India and Myanmar. They are the Indigenous tribal who have lived in their ancestral land since prehistory. They have a unique culture, customs and traditions which can be understood as the tribe's identity. Traditionally, Nagas lived in villages that were regarded as small republics and independent village-states. Chieftainship has been a main characteristic feature of the Naga Polity. The practice of headhunting was one of the most striking features of the Naga tribe. Though, they did not have education in the present system they had their way of education known as the Morung. They learn and hand down their history, culture, customs and traditions through falk-song, folk dance, folk tales etc. as their unique identity. However, today, they are facing several challenges in their culture and identity with the coming of modern education, religion and the wave of globalization.

Pustular psoriasis is a distinct subset of psoriasis that presents with involvement of the skin in the form of sterile pustules along with systemic manifestations. Though it has been conventionally grouped under the umbrella of psoriasis, recent research has shed light on its pathogenetic mechanisms associated with the IL-36 pathway, which is distinct from conventional psoriasis. Pustular psoriasis in itself is a heterogeneous entity consisting of various subtypes, including generalised, localised, acute, and chronic forms. There is confusion regarding its current classification as entities like deficiency of IL-36R antagonist (DITRA) which are closely related to pustular psoriasis both in their pathogenetic mechanism and its clinical manifestations, are not included under pustular psoriasis. Entities like palmoplantar pustulosis, which presents with similar clinical features but is pathogenetically distinct from other forms of pustular psoriasis, are included under this condition. Management of pustular psoriasis depends upon its severity; while some of the localised variants can be managed with topical therapy alone, the generalised variants like Von Zumbusch disease and impetigo herpetiformis may need intensive care unit admission and tailor-made treatment protocols. The advent of newer biologics and better insight into the pathogenesis of pustular psoriasis has opened the way for newer therapies, including tumour necrosis factor-alpha inhibitors, interleukin-1 inhibitors, interleukin-17 inhibitors, and granulocyte monocyte apheresis. Skin is the outermost covering of the body serving as a barrier between the external and internal environment. It is the largest organ of the body which acts as a first line of defense in providing resistance to the body. The aggravation of various Dhatus and Doshas result in skin diseases. More than one-fifty skin related diseases are mentioned in various Ayurvedic texts. They are categorized as Visarpa, Kustha, Shotha, Upadansha etc. Visarpa is a very common disease mentioned in Ayurvedic texts which spreads in body in various directions. It manifests as Daha, Jwara, Anunnatashopha and Vedana. Ayurveda consider Raktmokshana (blood sucking) and Pradeha (local application of drugs) as the best suitable treatment modalities for Visarpa.

Abstract: COVID-19 is a current outbreak disease in the world which is also known as corona virus. Most people infected with COVID-19 virus. In India, COVID-19 virus infected people also increasing day by day. So the govt. of India has locked down the whole state to break the chain of COVID-19 pandemic for three months. In some cases, now, partially have withdrawn and the educational institution is totally closed till today. Lock down for the COVID-19 pandemic is impact on the educational institution. If we see last three months, pre-primary and primary education has been affecting much more than other. The school going infancy, neither they can go to the school nor they can take online classes because their age is not allowing them. So, they lost everything to learn for the corona virus.

An emerging progress of the Internet of Things (IOT) and 5G wireless technology boosts widespread applications of flexible electronics in diverse fields. On other side, the unwished outcomes of electronic wastes includes toxic matters causes environmental contaminations. Hence, researchers found biomaterial as an alternate for conventional electronic devices. Among diverse biomaterials, silk is discovered as an excellent fiber material in view of its mechanical robustness, better affinity with conductive materials, good biocompatibility and biodegradability used for designing the flexible electronic devices. In this article, we emphasize on an overview of Silk Fibroin (SF)-infused flexible electronics and their utilization in different areas. Silk protein can be amalgamated with flexible electrons evolved into progressive materials like membranes, hydrogels, conductive fibers and scaffolds for smart wearable gadgets comprising sensors, e-skin, energy storage devices, silk based memristors and energy harvesters. SF even being unified with sensors such as food sensors and wearable body sensors for bio-monitoring. The broad applications of SF based devices in medical industry includes wearable devices, resorbable gadgets for therapy and drug release, e-skin, blended SF for ocular lens, biosorbable screws for fracture fixation and brain interfaces made from silk film. Eventually, the critics and prospects of developing silk infused flexible electronics were contemplated.

: Diabetes mellitus is one of the most serious health challenges confronting the world today, with its prevalence and associated mortality increasing. Poor blood sugar regulation is hazardous to one's health. Traditional anti-diabetic drugs are effective, but they have unavoidable side effects. Groundnuts and seeds, on the other hand, can provide an alternative supply of anti-diabetic drugs. Groundnuts and seeds can be highly useful to folks. They have a low glycemic index, which means they cause blood sugar levels to rise more slowly than high-glycemic foods. This can aid with blood sugar control. They're high in Fiber and healthy fats, both of which can help with blood sugar regulation. The antioxidant and alpha-amylase inhibitory activities of groundnut and seed extracts were determined using the 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid method and the diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl assay model, respectively. Tamarind seeds and almonds had the highest percentage inhibition (76.40% and 71.3%, respectively). Flaxseed had a moderate amount of enzyme inhibition of 54.0%, whereas Walnut had the lowest level of enzyme inhibition of 46.8%. The Glucose Yeast Uptake Model was used to compute the percentage increase in glucose uptake, which was highest in flaxseeds (76.0%) and tamarind (72.3%), 56.4% in almond, and lowest in walnut (40.4%). To learn more about the nature of the samples, the Phytochemicals test was done on all of them. Alkaloid, Tannins, Steroid, Protein, and Carbohydrate were all positive, meaning they were present in all four samples. Flavonoids were found in flaxseeds and tamarind seeds. Saponins and Phlobatannin were only found in Almond. Keller Killani Test was positive for Almond and Tamarind seeds. The phenolics test was used to determine the unknown value for samples, and the results were as follows: Almond 75.88mg/ml, Walnut 85.57 mg/ml, Flaxseeds 85.57 mg/ml, and Tamarind Seed 77.55 mg/ml. Tamarind and flaxseeds were found to be significantly more active than other samples in vitro, however each sample has its own variance and effectiveness. The in-silico molecular docking method was used to determine the efficiency of the samples, and the samples were docked with Human Receptor Protein GLP 1 and the ligand of each sample.

Kaumarbhritya is a branch of Ayurveda that deals with the care of children from conception to maturity. The word "Kaumarbhritya" comes from the words "Kaumar" which means "children" and "Bhritya" which means "to take care of". Kaumarbhritya is one of the eight branches of Ayurveda, called Astang Ayurveda, and deals with both preventive and curative care for children. The breast milk vitiated by three doshas has bad smell and resembles water; by drinking it the child eliminates hard or thin frothy feces of varied colors along with discomfort in abdomen. Urine is yellow, white and thick. Fever, loss of appetite, thirst, vomiting, belching, yawning, twisting of body, moaning, shivering, giddiness and ulceration of nose, eyes and mouth develop. This disease is called 'Kshiralasaka'. It can be corelated with Cow's milk allergy, Lactose intolerance. So this article is focusing on 'Kshiralasaka' with special reference to Kaumarbhritya.
