Nature and earth has invariably been an outlet for emotions offered to artists and writers as an enormous expanse of indulgence further as submersion. This increased feeling of attachment, loss and immortality towards nature, has typically been mirrored and explored by the poets and novelists that gave them the title of a 'Romantic'. However, once this sense play attention from a vital school of intellectuals, it came to be referred to as inexperienced Studies or Eco-Criticism. The Romantic poets tried to re-discover the mystery and marvel of the globe, and tried to ascertain a purposeful relationship between literature and nature. To them, nature was the principal supply of inspiration and non-secular enlightenment. Wordsworth is taken into account to be the representative of the movement. He celebrates the wonder and mystery of nature in a number of his most noted lyrics, including 'Michael' that portrays a simple shepherd who is deeply connected to the natural world around him. He viewed nature as a living entity blessed with feeling and purpose. The poetry of Coleridge, John Keats, and Shelly conjointly enclosed emotional descriptions of the natural world and opt a number of the most effective far-famed nature verse in English.

In India, phulkari and kathak embroidery are renowned for their important traditional and cultural backgrounds. These embroidery designs have equal folk significance and come from two very distinct places. Although Phulkari is believed to have originated in the Punjab region, Kantha flourished in eastern India, specifically in Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, and Bangladesh. Although embroidery was once primarily thought of as a craft that women pursued to decorate household objects, research has shown that many rural women also used embroidery as a means of releasing suppressed emotions by using it to narrate their innermost thoughts and feelings. Through the research it is clear that Kantha and Phulkari have this resemblance of using embroidery as a means of self-expression for rural women. According to the literature, the startling similarities between these two practices are due to the fact that they were women-centric and, despite being practiced in two very different regions, shared a common or at least somewhat similar method of expressing their voices, desires, and dreams--things that the male-dominated society would have otherwise dismissed as unimportant. Intricate and exquisite embroidery by the rural women of Punjab and Bengal not only adorned their homes and personal belongings but also served as a lovely means of expressing their unfulfilled dreams. This research article explores the historical parallels between the Bengali-born Kantha and the Punjabi-born Phulkari, highlighting the ancient art practices of both groups as well as the innately feminine nature of these textile arts. The study examines the development of Kantha and Phulkari within the socio-cultural contexts of Bengal and Punjab, acknowledging the important responsibilities performed by women in creating these complex myths. We investigate the ways in which the feminine essence is woven into the artistic manifestations of Kantha and Phulkari, going beyond simple ornamentation to function as a potent tool for resistance, cultural preservation, and storytelling.

This research paper delves into the important role emotional intelligence (EI) plays in effective leadership. EI, which refers to the skill of identifying, comprehending, and regulating one's own feelings as well as those of others, has been recognized as an essential component of leadership, surpassing the conventional emphasis on cognitive intelligence and technical abilities. This article examines the fundamental aspects of EI--including self-awareness, self-control, drive, understanding others' feelings, and social abilities--and looks at how these factors affect leadership performance. Research findings and examples from different fields illustrate the ways in which leaders who possess high EI improve their decision-making, communication, handling of conflicts, team dynamics, and management of changes. Additionally, the article covers methods for incorporating EI into leadership training programs, aiming to create leaders capable of nurturing positive and efficient workplace cultures. The insights highlight the critical role EI plays in achieving leadership excellence and lay the groundwork for further studies on its utilization across various leadership scenarios.

In fact, the Vedic rituals like 'Yajna' i.e. offerings to Gods and Goddesses, have also been designed to fulfill the objects of environmental conservation and maintain the balance between "Pinde" and "Brahmande" (that is, the man and his/her environment)."Yatha pinde thatha bhrahmande, Yatha bhrahmande thatha pinde"

"E-waste" is a popular, informal name for electronic products nearing the end of their "useful life."E-wastes are considered dangerous, as certain components of some electronic products contain materials that are hazardous, depending on their condition and density. The hazardous content of these materials pose a threat to human health and environment. Discarded computers, televisions, VCRs, stereos, copiers, fax machines, electric lamps, cell phones, audio equipment and batteries if improperly disposed can leach lead and other substances into soil and groundwater. Many of these products can be reused, refurbished, or recycled in an environmentally sound manner so that they are less harmful to the ecosystem. This paper highlights the hazards of e-wastes, the need for its appropriate management and options that can be implemented.
