Sudha Murty being a disciplined and renowned Indian English Writer has contributed to the Indian English literature though her remarkable fictional and non-fictional works. Her works reflect the plights and the earnest issues in the society. She outspeaks the problems of women in the Indian society who have to struggle for getting their fundamental rights of equality. The society which is basically known as the patriarchal one, does not seem to be based on the doctrine of egalitarianism. As a result of it, the women have to suffer and make their own ways in a quest of egalitarian society. The researcher has tried to highlight the struggles, concerns and the quest for egalitarian society in Sudha Murtys novels Gently Falls the Bakula and houses of cards. The protagonists of these novels, Shrimati and Mridula have to undergo through many difficulties despite of being well-educated due to the domain of patriarchal society. At last the women protagonists of the novels take the ultimate decision of leaving their husbands to empower themselves and try to create the egalitarian society.

Background: Tuberculosis has always been one of the most feared diseases of mankind caused by the mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. As far as India is concerned Tuberculosis continues to be a major public health problem. Tuberculosis inflicts a varied spectrum of hematological and biochemical manifestations. Aims: The aim of this stud the various changes in hematological and biochemical profile in patients affected with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) Patients and Methods: This study was conducted from July 2018 to December 2019 at civil hospital nagrota Bagwan, Kangra, Himachal pradesh. A total of 100 diagnosed PTB patients (59 males and 41 females) were recruited in this study. All patients underwent plain chest X-ray, sputum smear for acid-fast bacilli, and Complete blood count and ESR measurements along with renal function test, liver function test with serum electrolyte level. All the smears were read with fluorescence microscopy. Blood sample were obtained from patient and processed with the help of automated cell counter and semi auto analyser for biochemical results. Results: The study was carried out on 100 diagnosed cases of tuberculosis. Majority of cases were in second to fifth decade (55%) of life The commonest hematological findings were anemia 100% (31% having Hb less than 10g/dl),then raised ESR 92%, followed by, leukocytosis 29% , thrombocytopenia 5% and leukopenia 2%. The commonest peripheral smear picture was microcytic hypochromic anemia 73% followed by normocytic normochromic anemia 27% then macrocytic anemia (5%). Hypoalbuminemia (serum albumin < 3.5g/dl) was present in 51 (51%) patients. Conclusion: hematological and biochemical profile should be assessed periodically so as to implement the corrective measures in order to achieve faster improvement in patient clinical profile

Nowadays, the data scarcity problem has been supplanted by the data deluge problem. Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialists have access to rich data on consumer behaviour patterns. Customer relationship management (CRM) has been one of the fastest growing businesses of the new millennium, critics point to how the CRM tools can be of any help in inside sales as evidenced by commercial market studies. This study explores the characteristics of the integrated tools in CRM for inside sales managers. The purpose of the study is to investigate CRM system implementations that can play a role in increasing the inside sales of companies. A systematic literature has been conducted to achieve this goal. It is found that various properties of the CRM tools seem to have an effect on the inside sales in a firm.

In present business scenario training has became necessary factor in order to achievement of organizational goal. Training is very essential for employer and employees in an organization. Thematic Apperception Test is one of the essential tools for implementing in training & development program. This technique is helps examiner to find out cognitive learning of an employee and their behaviour. In this whole study finding the impact of training and development on employee performance and how its increase the productivity & efficiency of employees & analyzing the various parameter of training to apply Thematic Apperception Test. Present study dealt with relationship between training & development and employee performance by using Thematic Apperception Test. Findings of the study suggested that among various aspects of training & development only one such as Behavior not significantly and positively related with employee performance while another four are related.

At present, natural fibers are the renewable resources of reinforcing material for the production of composite material. This analysis report provides the analysis data on the effect of fiber volume fraction on the physical and mechanical properties of natural fiber composite. Composite is fabricated by using jute, hemp, and coconut fiber as a reinforcing material and phenol-formaldehyde as an adhesive material. The conclusion of this analysis is at 40% fiber volume fraction the moisture inside the composite, water absorbed by the composite during the water absorption test, and expansions in length, width, and thickness are found minimum. Modulus of elasticity found maximum at 50% fiber loading.

India faces continuous environmental and health oriented concerns from expired, unwanted or unused drugs. It remains as a persistent issue with no proper studies carried to evaluate expired drugs and to the managerial repercussions, therefore, are not hitherto known fully. There are numerous loopholes within the laws governing the expiry of drug. The municipal corporations handling the waste have not been sensitized to it. There is a grave necessitation for the expired/ unused medicines to be managed in a much more effective manner, as the drugs could pose accumulation of potentially toxic substances in the environment. In India, there is currently limited literature on the methods and protocols that are applied by community pharmacists in the disposal of expired drugs. This study assessed disposal practices of expired and unused medications by pharmacists which was determined via carrying a cross-sectional survey, conducted via face-to-face interviews using pre-validated and structured questionnaire. The returned questionnaires were subjected to statistical analysis using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.From the observed findings it was concluded from the questionnaires were returned showcasing response rate of 100% with majority of the respondents were male compared to female in participation. Over half of the respondents educational qualification reported as graduates. Interestingly, 84.4% of respondents admitted that they purchased medicines on the prescription of which 47.2% were university graduates, while 14.6% purchased medicine over the counter.

The rapid technological changes have facilitated working in a virtual environment which has become a common workplace around the world. Accessing the intellectual power of a global workforce through virtual teams has its own advantages. But the absence of face-to-face settings poses various challenges which have to be considered while working in such environment. There arises the need for an e-leader with the requisite e-leadership competencies. The purpose of this paper is to study the unique features of e-leadership, qualities necessary for effective e-leadership, the challenges involved and to recommend solutions.

In this paper, improved algorithms for radix-8 FFT are presented. Various schemes have been proposed for computing FFT. It has Different target domains of applications and different tradeoffs between flexibility and performance. Typically, they need reconfigurable array of processing elements .The applications have been restricted to domains based on floating arithmetic. We introduce floating-point Arithmetic which is based on processing elements. After developing the FFT design we present a routing Algorithm and use topology to reduce power dissipation. These modified radix-8 algorithms provide savings of more than 33% in the number of twiddle factor evaluations.

At this time, the natural fibers are easily available resources of reinforcing material for the fabrication of composite. This investigation provides the final data on the effect of fiber length on the physical and mechanical behavior of natural fiber-based composite. A composite sample is prepared by using jute, Munja, Sisal, and coconut fiber as a reinforcing material and phenol-formaldehyde as matrix material. The final results of this study are at 9mm fiber length the moisture in composite, water-soaked by the composite during the water-soaked test found minimum. The extension in width, length, and thickness are found minimum for 6mm fiber length composite. Modulus of elasticity found maximum a 15mm fiber length.
