Feature selection is the basic part in the area of research. The outcomes and goal achievement of the research are mainly affected by the features chosen for the research in any field. Till date it has been observed that mostly used acoustic features for speech recognition are that Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient and its derivatives. Diminishing the number of features unveils to further vigorous estimates of typical constraints and runs up the classification process more swiftly. It is very conclusive for concurrent speaker recognition while running such classification task on small source devices. Feature extraction can be implied as a phase to lessen the dimensionality of the contributed data, a lessening which obviously primes to some information malfunction. Mostly, during the speech recognition process, the speech signals are separated by using frames and then from each frame feature mining is done. In this paper, we are going to focus on some commonly used feature selection algorithms and feature dimension reduction techniques by comparing the effectiveness on the model functioning.

It's obvious that unorganised employees can't meet their most fundamental necessities. Many individuals who work in the shadow economy are, without a question, scraping by. The wage gap between men and women in the workforce persists. Several laws have been passed to protect workers, albeit they are often more strictly enforced in formalized sectors of the economy than in their less formalized counterparts. In light of the complexity of the issues surrounding informal labor and the variety of potential solutions, the author has focused on a select few for this article. There are an estimated 447 million individuals working in the unorganised sector of India's economy, which employs the remaining 90% of the country's labor. The formal economy's decline and inability to keep up with rising job demands has made the informal sector more important.

Phytochemicals are chemical compounds that occur naturally in plants. Plant based medicines are important for curing diseases. The medicinal value of plant lies in the bioactive phytochemical constituents of the plant. Phytochemical screening is one of the technique to identify new sources of therapeutically and industrially important compounds like alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolics, steroids, tannins, saponins etc. present in the plant extracts. These compounds can be derived from any part of the plants like bark, leaves, flowers, seeds, etc. Knowledge of the chemical constituents of plants is desirable because such information will be of value for the synthesis of new bioactive compound/s for treating the specific disease. The study of phytochemical screening is a step towards identifying the various important compounds which could be used as the base of modern drugs for curing various diseases. Different solvents are used under a time and temperature condition for extraction. Gas Chromatographic Analysis confirmed the presence of important phytochemicals in the Grass sample considered for the study.

As the technology is getting advance cyber- crimes are increasing with the same speed. cyber-crime is nothing but getting an unauthorised access to someone's computer, networked devices or a network to steal, copy, manipulate their data or recourses. there are many cyber-attacks present some of them are man in the middle attack, phishing attack, ransomware attack, dos (denial of services), ddos (distributed denial of services) etc. one of the most commonly used and dangerous attack is phishing attack. This research paper explores the various aspects of phishing attacks, including their definition, types, techniques, and impacts on individuals and organizations. Phishing is a major problem because there really is no patch on human stupidity. In fact, phishing attack is so cleverly executed by the attacker that most smart person is also tricked by it. Phishing attack is a type of cyber-attack which is mainly done to steal your information which may include credit card details, bank account information, password, login details and much more.

The study selected three urban market centres viz., MVP Colony, NAD Kotha road and Akkayyapalem in Visakhapatnam city and from each market 50 women were covered under study. The objective of the paper is to analyse the impact of women vending on income, savings and consumption pattern of the sample households in Visakhapatnam city of Andhra Pradesh. More than 49 per cent of women vendors are in the age group of 41-50, 69 per cent of them are literates. And a major proportion of women vendors belongs to backward classes in the study area. Regression results reveals that in the total sample, nine of the seventeen independent variables are positively related to the dependent variable (income). However, the regression results across the three sample areas shows 13 variables in MVP, 10 in NAD and 12 in Akkayyapalem were showing positive relation. However the statistical significance of these relationships were varying from each of the sample area.

The digital way is where marketing is headed in the future. To effectively reach their target audiences and establish a brand, marketers aim to use digital platforms. The stewards of a brand in this digital age are not marketers, but those who are interconnected across digital channels. Because consumers have a greater affinity for digital content than other media, brands aim to expand their presence online. Customers are avid information searchers, and the only channel for two-way contact between brands and consumers is digital media. The purpose of the study is to find out the significance of various factors that influence the brand preference and brand awareness of consumers in the digital age. It is also to gain insights on how brands are adapting to new techniques of brand building in the digital age with an aim at finding out different brand building digital strategies that brands are using across the globe and their influence on consumer preference, personality, purchase and loyalty. The study concludes that there is significant relationship between brand personality and purchase intention, gender and brand loyalty and brand visibility on social media and purchase decision.
