In this Paper the effect of uncertainty in processing time was studied. Total processing time is randomly increased to some percentage, of standard test problems and variation of makespan is computed with CDS insertion method. Various situations were considered where one of the machines started slowing down, two machines slowing down, One old machine replaced with a new machine and one old machine is replaced with another old machine. Uncertainty was incorporated by changing the processing time randomly within a limit for a machine and results were studied. Sub grouping of small processes was done and tested as depicted in the case studies.

The low-cost chemical bath deposition (CBD) method was used to deposit a ternary Cadmium Zinc Sulfide (Cd-Zn) S thin film on a glass substrate, and its morphological, structural, and optical properties were reported in this paper. When making a composite thin film, Zinc Acetate and Cadmium Acetate are mixed in the right proportions. XRD, SEM, EDX, UV-VIS spectrophotometry, and PL spectroscopy were used to investigate the effect of deposition time on the properties of the fabricated sample. The particles have seen to be spherical and asymmetrical. For various arrangements of single layer, double layer, and as deposited multilayer thin films of CdS and CdZnS, the polycrystalline growth was confirmed by XRD, with all films exhibiting cubic and hexagonal structures. Some impurities, as well as cadmium, zinc, and sulfur, were found in the EDS tests. The presence of impurities like carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen during film deposition is clearly visible due to the presence of air. The films had thicknesses of 1.20 m. The absorption edge spectra range from 550 to 600 nm, with the CdS thin film having a band gap of 2.52 eV, the CdS- (Cd0.8 Zn0.2) S thin film having a band gap of 2.65 eV, and the CdS- (Cd0.8 Zn0.2)S- (Cd0.5 Zn0.5)S thin film having a band gap of 2.75 eV. PL Spectra shows excitation peak.

Due to the excessive availability of the fundus cameras, large amount of fundus images are being generated. The fundus images can be utilized by the ophthalmologists to automatically diagnose the retinal diseases. At the same time, the development of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, especially deep learning (DL) models finds useful for object detection in several application areas, including medical imaging. In this view, this paper presents an automated DL based multi-retinal disease diagnosis and classification model. The presented technique comprises three processes, such as pre-processing, feature extraction, and classification. For feature extraction purposes, AlexNet and Residual Network (ResNet) models are employed. Besides, convolutional neural network (CNN) and deep neural network (DNN) models are applied to classify the retinal fundus images into different retinal diseases. The incorporation of DL models for feature extraction and classification resulted to enhanced diagnostic performance. A series of experiments were conducted on benchmark dataset and the experimental results are examined under different aspects. The experimental values exhibited that the ResNet-CNN model has achieved better performance with the accuracy of 98.84%, precision of 98.84%, recall of 98.17%, and F1-score of 98.48%.

Sign language is a communication method that is mainly used by people with hearing or speaking disabilities. Number sign language recognition is an important task in sign language recognition. We are proposing a model of number sign language recognitions by OpenCV, Keras, and CNNs. We have achieved 100% accuracy in ideal conditions. The images captured are converted to black and white for training and predicting purposes while showing a coloured feed. The image sizes are 64x64 and there are two layers of convolution. The proposed model can be used for real-time recognition of number sign language.

Human Values have an impact on daily life by focusing our attention on the things that are most significant to us as individuals. It is needed to find how to balance our human instinct's extraterrestrial demands with the material wonders of invention. Mr.Naisbitt clearly expressing the ideals we uphold, we can influence the designers and planners of computer frameworks for the ensuing ten years, century, and beyond. With an off possibility that we clearly outline quantifiable targets, enlist the assistance of professionals, and design appealing human-PC interfaces, PC innovation can assist in achieving these unquestionably level objectives. Plan considerations include giving individual client differences enough thought, promotes community and authorized structures, planning for dependability and safety of access by the old and unskilled or handy-covered, and appropriate client controlled adaptation. We can achieve simplicity by using proper hypotheses and meticulous examination.

Set in the 1960s, Romesh Gunesekera's Suncatcher (2019) depicts the friendship between Kairo, the adolescent narrator, and Jay. The purpose of this paper is to examine their friendship within the conceptual framework of "sex" and "gender". This paper aims to analyse the homosexual undertones of their friendship and how it becomes "genderless love". The novel depicts a friendship that can be termed "genderless love" as it violates the conventional gender-norms that are followed in a relationship. The conventional norms regarding gender and sexuality delimit and affect the relationship between two boys. But Kairo's psychological connection with Jay and his desire for Jay subvert the established supremacy of heterosexual relationships. However, the triangular relationship among Kairo, Jay and Niromi, a girl who likes Jay, makes defining Kairo's sexuality difficult as he finds interest both in Jay and Niromi.
