Organisation is a combination of different skilled people working towards a common objective. The objectives of the organisation cannot be achieved by a single individual or a group. Success is possible with different groups of employees working together. All the employees do not have the same attitude towards their goals, work, and organisation. Employee Conflict is usually caused by a myriad of reasons arising from having employees with differing opinions, objectives, cultures, interests, and structural limitations. The employer needs to follow many strategies to resolve conflict among the employees. The present paper attempts to study the various models of Conflict management that are used by organisations to resolve conflicts that arise within them.

Better and more accurate travel time estimates are essential for traffic management, road planning and congestion reduction. This manuscript presents a machine learning-based method for real-time multi-camera vehicle analysis and travel time estimation. The proposed system uses data fusion techniques, machine learning algorithms, and computer vision techniques to efficiently estimate travel time and track vehicles on multiple camera providers transport authorities can improve traffic flow by integrating the system with existing monitoring tools. The experimental study demonstrates the potential of the proposed approach to improve urban mobility and transportation systems by demonstrating its effectiveness and applicability in real-world scenarios

Domestic work is work done in or for multiple households. In India, household work is always considered to be the responsibility of women. It has become essential for both men and women in a family to earn money for a better life. However, the need to employ a female worker to do all the household chores has increased. Domestic workers make up a part of the unorganised workforce in the Indian population. Their working conditions are often undervalued, unprotected, and unregulated. The pandemic has highlighted the importance of keeping our homes and surroundings clean. On the other hand, it has also highlighted the importance of acknowledging the presence and skills of domestic workers. Domestic workers do not receive minimum wages or working conditions that are safe. In this context, this paper aims to discuss their challenges, working conditions, and their rights to be protected.

Though more than 200 symptoms have been known to occur, the most frequently occurring symptoms include headache, fatigue, bloating, backache, breast tenderness, food cravings, fatigue, anxiety, irritability, social withdrawal and depression .Premenstrual syndrome for most women started at their age of menarche. Educational status shows 60 (100%) were Higher secondary. Based on family history of premenstrual syndrome 50 (83.3%) were present with PMS. According the previous knowledge about PMS 53(88.3%) were have previous knowledge about PMS. Adolescent girls 57(95%) had moderate level of stress on premenstrual syndrome and 3(5%) had severe level of stress on premenstrual syndrome. Mean (42.02) and standard deviation (5.70) of adolescent girls regarding level of stress on prevalance rate. Association shows significant relationship with the demographic variables. Age (p=0.866) , types of family (p=0.983) and No of siblings ( p=0.003) had shown statistically significant association between the level of stress on premenstrual symptoms among adolescent girls with their selected demographic variables respectively.

A nation always confers its citizens with that of rights either may be a legal right or a fundamental right. It is very genuine to receive such rights as provided by the nation. The nation should not take away the rights of its citizens nor should put any restrictions while they use the rights. There are chances at times that the government, for the sake of development may displace few people and there could a chance of losing the rights on the place provided for them. The 1998 UN Guiding Principles stresses on Internal Displacement that are not legally binding and an increasing number of Human rights supporters and scholars have been arguing in recent past years that the instrument is likely to be assumed as a legal significance which is beyond its status as a mere declaration of principles. This paper reflects how India is striving for the development of the displaced person and to protect the rights as a part of human rights keeping in mind the guidelines as provided by the UN.

Education plays a very important role in shaping the future of the society and the group of people living together form societies which in turn form the nation. Meaning thereby the education and its delivery pattern that is the pedagogy is one of the integral aspects to shape the future and this paper discusses the learner centric pedagogy (LCP)as the pivot of architectural education. The purpose of this study is to relate all the components of LCP to architectural education and propose the ways in which they should be applied to curriculum. The methodology consisted of a qualitative questionnaire with last section as descriptive type to enlist the insight of students on the same. Nearly 65 students were approached where two failed to submit and so the analysis is done on the answers received from 63 students. The result clearly stated that the students require LCP as the fundamental pedagogy tool for all the topics discussed with them within the academic year.

Automatic learning (Machine Learning) is part of a branch of intelligence artificial that makes use of a significant number of algorithms developed to give it the possibility for the machine to learn and respond to problematic situations, of which the machine has been trained, using a data set. Machine learning applications abound in pattern identification and data classification, which have been well received in the scientific and industrial community for the implementation of solutions ranging from the detection of anomalies in industrial processes, detection and prediction from fraud to the analysis of texts and their classification. This document presents the development of the implementation of a Machine Learning model to carry out the diagnosis of breast cancer, where, in detail, the antecedents will be shown Regarding the development of existing Machine Learning models in the area of health and especially for the diagnosis of breast cancer

The empowerment of tribal women is a vital aspect of inclusive development. The 73rd Amendment to the Indian Constitution, enacted in 1992, aimed to empower women by reserving seats for them in local self-governance bodies known as Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs). This paper focuses on the empowerment of tribal women in Telangana, a state with a significant tribal population, through the implementation of the 73rd Amendment. The study explores the impact of political representation, socio-economic empowerment, leadership development, and the challenges faced in the process. It highlights the transformative potential of the 73rd Amendment in breaking gender stereotypes and fostering a more inclusive society.
