This research paper aims to preserve the intricate traditions and unique skills of Kashmiri traditional crafts by creating a comprehensive knowledge bank. The project aims to ensure continuity, appreciation, and innovation in these crafts, as the essence of craftsmanship is at risk of being lost due to globalization and modernization. The documentation will provide craftspeople, researchers, and enthusiasts with a resource to explore the subtleties of conventional techniques, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the craft. The transfer of skills through this documentation will enable new students to carry forward the legacy. Traditional crafts extend beyond artistic endeavors and are vital components of a community's cultural heritage. The documented knowledge and techniques serve as inspiration for modern artists, designers, and artisans, stimulating innovative and environmentally friendly adaptations. The project aims to celebrate the works of artisans, pay tribute to their craft, and ensure the legacy of traditional crafts in Kashmir is preserved for future generations. By sharing this comprehensive documentation, the project aims to encourage renewed interest, inspire innovation, and contribute to the sustainable development of traditional crafts worldwide.

The concept is to develop a web application that can be used to manage and centralize, control most of the activities that can occur during the arts festival days. Slight modifications can migrate it from the category of 'arts festival' to any kind of competition that is conducted by a college or an institution, because in its core, the base of every competition follows similar procedures that contain; event schedule calendar, participant registering result tracking status, appeal filing, final result publishing, etc. In this way an educational institution can ease up the efficiency of managing the entire programme and reduce the workload and paperwork drastically. It also helps to avail and deliver information regarding the programmes to anyone. The presence of such web applications does make the background.

To formulate and evaluate poly herbal cream using aloevera gel, Haritaki powder, Sandalwood powder and Amla powder, Neem powder, were used. The cream was prepared by using the cream base that is stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, Sandalwood powder, methyl paraben, distilled water, rose oil, aloevera gel, Haritaki powder and amla powder. The cream was prepared by using the homogenous mixing of all the excipients and the herbal extracts. By using homogenous mixing developed six batches of our herbal cream were prepared namely Y1H, Y2H, Y3H, Y4H, Y5H and Y6H. All six batches were evaluated for different parameters like appearance, pH and viscosity. All the six formulations Y1H, Y2H, Y3H, Y4H, Y5H and Y6H showed good appearance, pH, adequate viscosity and no phase separation was observed. Also, the formulations Y1H, Y2H, Y3H, Y4H, Y5H and Y6H showed no redness and irritation during irritancy study and they were easily washable. All the six formulations Y1H, Y2H, Y3H, Y4H, Y5H and Y6H were stable at room temperature. We used herbal ingredients shows significant various activities. Based on the results, we can suggest that all the six formulations Y1H, Y2H, Y3H, Y4H, Y5H and Y6H were stable and can be safely used on the skin.

Some locally fermented foods have been associated with several microorganisms including Lactic Acid Bacteria(LAB) which have several potential health or nutritional benefits. Therefore, the aim of the study was to screen the locally fermented food condiments for predominant organisms for safe utilization. The fermented food condiments; fermented seeds of fluted pumpkin(ogiri) and African Oil bean seed(ukpaka) were utilized in this study. Isolation of various microorganisms were carried out using differential media such as mannitol salt agar, Macconkey agar, Salmonella shigella agar and De Man, Rogosa and Sharpe agar respectively. The developed colonies were subjected to phenotypic characterization such as macroscopic examination, Gram staining, biochemical tests and genotypic characterization. The phenotypic and genotypic characterization revealed the predominant isolates as Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus sp. Other isolates were Salmonella sp., Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The isolate, Bacillus subtilis has 92.01% pairwise similarity with Bacillus subtilis strain C3a-FIIRO with NCBI accession number MW577298. The obtained results proved the presence of beneficial LAB in the assayed fermented food condiments, hence safe for consumption.
