 Abstract

Plexiform schwannomas, which makes 3% to 19% of all schwannomas, are tumors of schwann cells in the myelin sheath, can account 5% of soft tissue neoplasms. Both sexes are equally affected, and the third and sixth decades of life are the most typical times for it to occur.Diagnostic and therapeutic challenges arise because they continue to be aymptomatic; current recommendations include imaging followed by excision

 Abstract

Controlled release (CR) dosage forms have been extensively used to improve therapy with several important drugs. Incorporation of the drug in a controlled release gastroretentive dosage forms (CR-GRDF) which can remain in the gastric region for several hours would significantly prolong the gastric residence time of drugs and improve bioavailability, reduce drug waste, and enhance the solubility of drugs that are less soluble in high pH environment. Lansoprazole Floating Drug Delivery systems can be prepared by wet granulation method using HPMCK4M: Eudragit-RL100 polymer ratio and PVPK-30 as a binder, Sodium-bi-Carbonate: Citric acid as gas generating agent. The In-vitro dissolution profiles of all the prepared Lansoprazole floating drug delivery system formulations were found to extend the drug release over a period of 8 hours and the drug release rate decreased with increase in polymer concentration, it is concluded that formulation F5 (HPMCK4M: Eudragit-RL100) is the best formulation among all other formulations because it is showing very controlled release of drug from tablet formulation 99.26% of drug release in 8 hours, and floating lag time of 11seconds with a total floating time of 12 hours. concluded that the drug release from F5 (HPMCK4M: Eudragit-RL100) shows that, as HPMCK4M used in combination with Eudragit-RL100, the drug release of formulation is increases as compare to F1-F4 (HPMCK4M) & F6-F8(Eudragit-RL100: HPMCK4M). All the developed floating tablets floated up to 12 hour

 Abstract

This research paper mainly talks about Judicial Activism and the emergence of Public Interest Litigation. Going by the word Activism we mean to take action or get things done with choice. Judicial Activism speaks about the use of Judicial Power by the courts to express and impose, which is actually beneficial for the people and society at large. With the emergence of public interest litigation, the concept of judicial activism came into the limelight. In this way, only the people from the remote areas i.e, the socially and economically backward class could approach the court as they do not have enough means to get justice in our country. This article/research paper firstly describes the evolution of Judicial Activism along with its rise and growth. Then it also describes How the process of Public Interest Litigation played a vital role in delivering justice to the people. The objective of the Study - To study the emergence of Public Interest Litigation And Judicial Activism. To study the growth of Public Interest Litigation To study the problems that are faced by the Courts in entertaining Public Interest Litigation. To study how Public Interest Litigation works as an Aid to people. Putting forward the research questions, that I have elaborated in the research paper are - 1. What is the role of Public Interest Litigation and Judicial Activism in Promoting Justice? 2. How far Judiciary is able to meet the demand of people in providing solutions to their problems? The research method that I have used is doctrinal in nature where I have studied judicial activism and what lead to the emergence of Public Interest Litigation. Data has been collected from different books, articles, online sources, and magazines. More particularly, The concept of Judicial Activism has its impact on every aspect of law in India to give justice and it has also gone beyond the laws as mentioned in books. However, the difficulties faced by this process of litigation are also discussed, and keeping in mind the problem what can be the possible check and balance approach that could be taken are given as suggestions. Besides all the systems in delivering justice, it is to be kept in mind of the judiciary that they should never overstep the limitations set by the Law of Land i.e, The Constitution Of India. And as our Indian Judicial System is quite complex, it is also very important to study that How Public Interest litigation awareness can be improved and how it is important for the Judiciary to play an active role in solving the matters in dispute.

 Abstract

Abstract: Rajasthan is the richest state in the country with regards to marble deposits (1100 million tons) both in quality & quantity. Around 4000 marble mines and 1100 marble processing units, spread over major Districts of Rajasthan.1,8 Marble processing units all over the Rajasthan are generating around 5-6 million metric tons of slurry every year. To manage this huge inorganic & non-hazardous waste in gainful/productive use and options were explored. However, due to Government orders on control of environmental pollution & public awareness, these kinds of activities have reduced & now the local Marble Associations have identified the disposal sites and the generated slurry is being disposed through tankers at identified sites without spilling out on roads.4 To access the slurry management options, a preliminary survey was conducted during 13th May to 23rd May, 2021 at Kishangarh, Rajsamand, Makrana, Udaipur and Chittorgarh regions of Rajasthan. The survey followed by an interaction meet on Marble & Marble Slurry Disposal: Problem, Issues & Probable Solutions' at Kishangarh (Rajasthan) along with the representatives of Marble Associations, Cement industries & marble processing units.

 Abstract

Panchakarma is a method of cleansing the body of all the unwanted waste after lubricating it. Panchakarma are 5 (five) in number; hence the term PANCHA (five) - KARMA (procedures). Nasya is one among the panchakarma procedure which can perform Uttamanga shudhi. Nasa is the gate way to Shirah, the drug administrated through nostrils reaches Shringataka, a Siramarma by Nasa Srota and spreads in the Murdha (Brain), taking routes of Netra (Eyes), Shrotra (Ears), Kantha (Throat) and stretches the morbid Doshas from Urdhwajatru and expels them from Uttamanga. Acharya like charaka and vagbhata has explained the potential mechanism of action of nasya, which when properly analyzed shows some resemblance to current theories on nasal drug delivery systems.

 Abstract

The two-wheeler market in India has expanded significantly, and it now plays a crucial role in the nation's transportation infrastructure. The objective of this study is to examine the numerous economic, social, technological, and regulatory aspects that have an impact on the two-wheeler market in India. For legislators, business leaders, and consumers to make knowledgeable choices and develop successful strategies, an understanding of these factors is essential. This study highlights important elements that influence the expansion and development of the two-wheeler sector through a thorough evaluation of the available literature and statistical analysis of pertinent data. Consumer purchasing power and the demand for two-wheelers are significantly influenced by economic factors like income levels, inflation, and interest rates. Social variables affect consumer choices and movement patterns, such as shifting lifestyles, urbanization, and population demography. Innovation in products and customer preferences are influenced by technological elements such improvements in engine technology, safety features, and fuel efficiency. The regulatory framework and commercial dynamics of the business are also shaped by government initiatives, taxation policies, and emission standards. This study offers helpful insights into the potential and problems encountered by the two-wheeler sector in India by analysing the elements and their interactions. The results of this study may be used as a foundation for industry stakeholders to create successful plans for long-term expansion, increased competitiveness, and meeting changing customer wants.
