 Abstract

The Startup India initiative was announced by the Shri Narendra Modi Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on 15th August, 2015. The flagship initiative aims to build a strong eco-system for nurturing innovation and Startups in the country that will drive sustainable economic growth and generate large scale employment opportunities. Further to this, an action plan for Startup India has focused on areas such as "Simplification and handholding, Funding support and incentives" and "Industry-academia partnership and incubation". Indian start-ups have made their mark on the global stage. The ecosystem's rapid growth and maturity have unleashed a tremendous appetite for scalability, alternative funding options, global market expansion, and the ability to enable millions of jobs. This meteoric rise of start-ups has made India the world's third largest start-up ecosystem, and it has had a significant impact on the Indian economy, demonstrating the ability to contribute approximately 4-5 percent of India's GDP. The start-ups, like any other business, have been hit by the macroeconomic factors such as the Covid-19 pandemic, Russia-Ukraine conflict, the inflation in crude oil prices, and the changing public market valuation are some of the global factors that are slowing down the growth of the start-ups. This study aims to understand the growth of startups across the country, and the causes of startup layoffs.

 Abstract

Hypertension is frequently detected during general physical examinations at various Indonesian primary care facilities. In 2013, Riskesdas data revealed a prevalence rate of 25.8% for hypertension. Multiple risk factors, both controllable and uncontrollable, cause hypertension. Lifestyle factors (Nutrition, Psychological, Psychotic Habits, Weight) are among the controllable factors, whereas genetics and hormones cannot be altered. The greater the number of risk factors, the greater the likelihood of developing hypertension. Hypertension is also a health concern due to the public's ignorance about the condition. In fact, hypertension can increase the likelihood of developing more serious diseases, such as stroke, heart disease, blood vessel disease, kidney disease, and even vision problems. Hypertension is frequently asymptomatic, so it is not uncommon for it to be a silent killer

 Abstract

Diabetes mellitus has been traditionally classified into insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and non-insulin-dependent diabetes Mellitus. The number of people affected with diabetes is projected to increase from 172 million in 2000 to 366 million in 2030. This is a prospective and observational study. During the hospital stay of 148 patients, prescriptions with insulin are documented more than prescription with various OHAs. In the current study metformin (41.17%) was the most common prescribed OHD followed by glimepiride(30.39%) and 45.76% of OHDs were prescribed as monotherapy whereas 35.59% & 18.64% as two drug combination and three drug respectively. There were 40 DRPs have seen in subjects. Insulin was mostly prescribed compared to other antidiabetic agents as monotherapy and three drug combinations are prescribed more among polytherapy. Three drug regimens were prescribed more among other multiple drug regimen. ADRs, DDIs , Sub therapeutic dose and Overdose were the DRPs found.

 Abstract

One of the best poets of the 20th century is Pablo Neruda, who was born in Chile in 1904 and is well known for his works. He captures the essence of love, desire, and the human experience in his poems by delving into the depths of human emotions. The vivid imagery, poetic language, and raw emotion of Neruda's writing are well known and have found an audience among readers all around the world. There is, however, a critical discussion surrounding the issue of sexual objectification of women in Neruda's poetry in addition to the admiration for his lyrical skill. Some of Neruda's poetry, according to critics, reduce women to mere objects of desire, diminishing their identities to only serve male gratification. They claim that these portrayals reinforce gender stereotypes and aid in the objectification of women and their marginalisation in society. Analysing specific instances that show sexual objectification is crucial for conducting a thorough examination of Neruda's poetry. This research aims to identify the underlying meanings and implications of the portrayal of women by carefully evaluating the linguistic and imagery choices made in these poems. This analysis will clarify if these occurrences are rare or common throughout Neruda's whole body of work. In my research paper, I aim to present a thorough analysis of Pablo Neruda's poems' treatment of the sexual objectification of women. This study tries to provide a thorough view of the relationship between Neruda's work and the portrayal of women by looking at specific examples, exploring the historical and cultural background, and taking into account the poet's personal experiences. With the help of this study, I can analyse the implications of sexual objectification in his writing and add to the discussion on how gender is portrayed in literature.

 Abstract

This research paper begins with the evolution of the Essential Religious Practice Test and various judicial precedents expanding and developing the essence of the doctrine. It highlights the dissenting and conflict of opinions of balancing the mantle of secularism divulged in the Indian constitution under fundamental rights of Article 25-28 and the advent of judicial activism by the dint of protection of interests of citizens under the ambit of equality and justice. It then includes comparative analysis of this test with others marking the different approach of state in the matters of religion leading to analytical study indicating the statistics of religion and state. The paper then points to the critical analysis of the test which underlines both the precedence and the dissension of the test making a dichotomy in its application in existence. It highlights the arbitrary and judge centric approach, subjectivity of interpretating religious texts, disregard of normative pluralism, rationalisation of the religion which is braced by this test but on the other side of the coin filtering of unjust and unreasonable practices that violate other fundamental rights such as Article 14 and 15, and the limitations of public order, health and morality mentioned under Article 25 justifying the origin of only protecting religious activities that are at the crux of the religion as emanated in the Essential Religious Practice Test. The paper concludes with encapsulation of the entire research paper and outlining certain suggestions or alternative practices that could be further incorporated.

 Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a floating sustained release ranitidine hydrochloride drug delivery system tablets. Floating tablets of drug Ranitidine hydrochloride have been prepared to prolong the residence time in the stomach and thereby increase its bioavailability. Floating matrix tablets of ranitidine hydrochloride was prepared by direct compression technique employing a combination of hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose K4M (HPMCK4M) and karaya gum as an polymers and sodium bicarbonate is used as generating agent. The floating tablets have been assessed for weight variation test hardness thickness , friability ,swelling index, in vitro floating ability floating lag time. This natural karaya gum which is swellable hydrophilic polymer is used to control drug release. The results showed that the optimized formulation F3 containing 24% karaya gum 40 mg and 20% HPMC 70 mg had good floating property and shorter floating lag time and sustained drug release for 12 hours.

 Abstract

However, the wide spread of the species is non availability of seed both hatcheries and natural sources. The possibility to collect Magur seed from natural sources has become low. Because, the gradually increasing of pesticides use in the breeding grounds of catfish. In the natural environment, it spawns once a year and the period is July-August. Now, the way of induced breeding, by creating an artificially natural environment for hatching eggs very easily. The commercially available synthetic hormone WOVA-FH has been found most efficient inducing agent for the breeding of the Clarias batrachus with high success rate. In breeding, male scarification and female stripping are the major procedure. Also, high level survival rate of Magur spawn to fry, with high care. My research shows that the breeding and rearing of Magur (Clarias batrachus) can be achieved at the village level condition using a simple low-cost technology. Since, it is a small-scale unit; a greater number of farmers can adopt the technology for producing the seed as per requirement.

 Abstract

A current field of study in computer vision and machine learning is the recognition of hand gestures and sign language for human-computer interaction. Making systems that can recognize certain gestures and utilize them to transmit information or control devices is one of its main objectives. However, hand postures are the static structure of the hand, but gestures are the dynamic movement of the hand, and gestures need to be described in the spatial and temporal domains. The two main methods used to recognize hand gestures are vision-based methods and data glove methods. A vision-based system capable of real-time sign language recognition is the major goal of this effort. The rationale behind opting for a vision-based system is that it offers a more straightforward and natural means of interaction between a person and a computer. Given that the human hand is one of the most crucial communication tools in daily life and thanks to the ongoing development of image and video processing methods, research on human-machine interaction through gesture recognition has led to the use of such technology in a huge variety of applications, including touch screens, video game consoles, virtual reality, medical applications, and sign language recognition. Deaf individuals tend to communicate with one another most naturally using sign language, however it has been noted that they have trouble interacting with hearing people in a regular fashion. In the same way that spoken language has a vocabulary of words, sign language has a vocabulary of signs.
