BACKGROUND The sternalis muscle is a rare anatomical variant of the anterior chest wall located superficial to the pectoralis major muscle. The incidence of the sternalis muscle varies among different populations, and it may occur unilaterally or bilaterally. Although usually asymptomatic, its presence is of clinical significance because it may be mistaken for a pathological mass during radiological examinations and may be encountered during thoracic and breast surgeries. MATERIALS AND METHODS During routine cadaveric dissection conducted as a part of a dissertation study in the Department of Rachana Shareera, Government Ayurveda Medical College Bengaluru, the anterior thoracic wall of a 72-year-old male cadaver was carefully examined. Anatomical variations encountered during dissection were documented and photographed. RESULTS A unilateral sternalis muscle was identified on the right side of the anterior chest wall. The muscle was located parallel to the sternum and superficial to the pectoralis major muscle. Its morphology, attachments, and anatomical relations were observed and recorded. CONCLUSION The present finding highlights the importance of recognizing the sternalis muscle as a rare anatomical variation. Knowledge of its occurrence is valuable for anatomists, radiologists, and surgeons to avoid diagnostic errors and facilitate appropriate surgical planning.

A sedentary lifestyle has significantly contributed to musculoskeletal problems, particularly hamstring tightness among healthy individuals. The human body require daily movement as to maintain flexibility and functioning of body but, due to changing lifestyle and reduction in daily workout tightness of muscle has become a common factor in individual.This study aimed to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of dynamic stretching and neurodynamic mobilization in reducing hamstring tightness. A randomized controlled trial was conducted on 38 healthy individuals with hamstring tightness, divided into two groups: Group A (neurodynamic mobilization) and Group B (dynamic stretching). Interventions were administered for six consecutive days. Outcome measures included the 90-90 Straight Leg Raise (SLR) test and Active Knee Extension (AKE) test. Results showed statistically significant improvement within both groups (p < 0.05). However, comparison between groups using independent t-test revealed no statistically significant difference (p > 0.05), although the neurodynamic group showed slightly higher mean improvement. The study concludes that both dynamic stretching and neurodynamic mobilization are equally effective in improving hamstring flexibility. These techniques can be used interchangeably based on patient preference and clinical setting.

Abstract: Kanyadaan (1983) is one of the controversial plays of Vijay Tendulkar which depicts the conflict between bourgeois liberalism and dalit consciousness and the consequent catastrophic failure of idealism and inter-caste marriage. The play focuses on the inter-caste marriage between a Brahmin girl, Jyoti and a dalit boy Arun Athavale which was settled by Jyoti's father Nath Devalikar in the illusion of establishing a sentimental reconciliation between the upper caste and lower caste. Ironically the marriage proves to be a fiasco and Jyoti becomes the victim of oppressive caste system. The article argues that the tragedy of the play is not only the failure of inter-caste marriage, but also a collapse of the entire ideological, illusive attempt to obliterate the historical scars of dalit consciousness. It ruthlessly exposes the violence, hypocrisy and power politics, deep into Indian society. It criticizes the progressive reformism which tries to remove inequality

This paper presents a Context-Aware Framework for Real-Time Recognition of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) players using hybrid deep learning techniques for intelligent sports analytics. The proposed system integrates Viola-Jones face detection, Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), and AdaBoost classification to accurately identify players in dynamic cricket environments. Unlike conventional face recognition methods that depend solely on facial features, the framework incorporates contextual player identification to enhance recognition performance under challenging conditions such as varying illumination, occlusion, pose changes, facial expressions, and broadcast camera variations. A comprehensive dataset comprising images of RCB players collected from match broadcasts and public sources was utilized for training and evaluation. Facial features extracted using LDA are classified through AdaBoost, while an enhanced VGG19-CNN model is employed for comparative analysis. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves 91% recognition accuracy, whereas the enhanced VGG19-CNN model attains 95% accuracy with superior precision, recall, and F1-score values. The effectiveness of the system is illustrated through real-time recognition of RCB players, including Virat Kohli during the IPL 2026 final, from live broadcast footage. Furthermore, a Flask-based interface enables real-time player identification, making the framework suitable for sports broadcasting, player tracking, performance analysis, and intelligent cricket analytics applications.

The concept of using living people to display clothing originated in the 19th century. English couturier Charles Frederick Worth is widely credited as the first designer to use live models to display his creations to clients, largely inventing the modern fashion show in 1858. Professional modeling involves navigating rigorous casting processes, relentless travel schedules during fashion months, and the constant balancing of the profession's glamorous exterior with the business of retail and garment fittings. The fashion models are facing new challenges nowadays as transition from live human models to AI models in fashion replaces traditional photoshoots with digital avatars. The need for live models in the fashion industry stems from their critical role in runway shows, showrooms, fittings, and brand activations. Live models bring garments to life through movement and real-time client interaction, which cannot be replicated by digital mockups. The fashion industry's live model segment is evolving rapidly, driven by the surge of real-time livestream shopping and the need for relatable, experiential marketing. The fashion industry is undergoing a digital and technological revolution, driven by the explosive growth of live-commerce and the rapid integration of artificial intelligence. Traditional live runway modeling is expanding to include shoppable digital broadcasts and AI avatars. Runway shows have moved beyond the physical realm. Events like Metaverse Fashion Week allow brands to dress 3D digital avatars in immersive, sustainable, and accessible formats. Augmented Reality (AR) and VTO applications have become baseline features for online fashion retailers.
