Abstract: Rising number of women taking part in Panchayati Raj Institutions has changed how local governance works across India, but how effective women leaders are still depends on lots of socio economic and institutional background. In this conceptual review, education is treated like an important needle of leadership effectiveness among women Gram Pradhans, by pulling together ideas from leadership, governance, human capital, and empowerment research. Overall, the review points out that when educational levels rise, it supports administrative competence, stronger legal understanding, better financial handling, digital competence and also more willing involvement in collective choices. It also surfaces some clear research gaps, and it stresses that education should be paired with ability building efforts--so inclusive governance, wider democratic participation, and long-term rural development can really be strengthened across India.

Anthropology is the study of humans past and presents to understand the full sweep and complexity and culture across all of human history, social and biological sciences as well as the humanities and physical sciences. It is the science that deals with the origins, physical and cultural development, biological characteristics and social customs and beliefs of human kind. Textile is the word which denotes a cloth, especially one manufactured by weaving, knitting or non-woven. Also refers to the yarns, threads and wools that can be spun, woven, tufted, tied and otherwise used to manufacture cloth. Many textiles have been in use for millennia, while others use artificial fibres and are recent invention in the last 100years. Anthropology textile is the study about textiles life in the human time periods that is unique in culture and dramatic effects on world economics. Recent studies show that many textiles were used before 1000 to 1400AD. The designs from these anthropology textiles has been adopted and innovated according to the modern era. In this project considerable amount of data has been collected from various sources about the study of anthropology textiles i.e. from the pre-historic period and the development of textiles till the modern era, and incorporating the ancient textiles in the modern wear based on the anthropological textiles prints, silhouettes, motifs etc...

Pervious concrete is an eco-friendly construction material that promotes stormwater infiltration and groundwater recharge through its interconnected void structure. However, its low compressive strength limits its wider application. This study investigates the effect of mineral admixtures, namely silica fume (SF) and metakaolin (MK), on the compressive strength of pervious concrete. Concrete specimens were prepared by replacing Ordinary Portland Cement with 10% and 20% SF and MK, and compressive strength was evaluated after 7 and 28 days of curing. Results showed that silica fume significantly improved compressive strength, with the highest value of 22.56 MPa achieved at 20% replacement. In contrast, metakaolin reduced compressive strength at both replacement levels. The findings indicate that 20% silica fume is an effective supplementary cementitious material for enhancing the mechanical performance of pervious concrete in sustainable pavement applications.

Football is a high-pressure team sport characterised by uncertainty, physical contact, public scrutiny, and frequent setbacks such as defeat, injury, and exclusion from selection. Psychological resilience, broadly defined as the capacity to adapt positively in the face of adversity, has been increasingly recognised as a core determinant of sustained competitive success in football. This paper presents a systematic review of twenty recent studies examining the relationship between psychological resilience and competitive outcomes among football players across age groups, performance levels, and cultural settings. The reviewed literature converges on several themes: resilience is built through the interaction of personal qualities (mental toughness, hardiness, grit, self-efficacy) and contextual resources (social support, coaching climate, team culture); resilience training and psychological skills interventions produce measurable gains in mental toughness, decision-making, and on-field performance; and resilience operates as a protective factor during injury recovery and high-stakes competitive moments such as penalty shootouts. Gaps remain in longitudinal and causal designs, in research on female and youth players, and in culturally diverse samples. The review concludes with practical implications for coaches, sport psychologists, and talent-development pathways.

Fraud remains one of the most significant challenges facing the banking industry worldwide. It undermines financial stability, reduces customer confidence, and results in substantial financial losses. As banking operations become increasingly digital and complex, fraud schemes have evolved, making effective internal control measures more important than ever. Internal controls are the policies, procedures, and systems established by banks to safeguard assets, ensure the accuracy of financial records, promote operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Strong internal control measures play a critical role in detecting fraudulent activities at an early stage and preventing fraud before it occurs.
