ABSTRACT In this paper, we have tried to focus on women entrepreneurship in India. Empowerment refers to measures designed to increase the degree of autonomy and self determination in people and in communities in order to enable them to represent their interests in a responsible and self determined way, acting on their own authority. Empowerment refers both to the process of self-employment and to professional support of people, which enables them to overcome their sense of powerlessness and lack of influence and to recognize and eventually to use their resources and chances. Women empowerment principles equalities means business empowering women to participate fully in economic life across all sector is essential to build stronger economies, achieve internationally agreed goals for development and sustainability and improve the quality of life for women, men, families & communities. Across the world, educating and empowering women has proven time and again to be the catalyst for rapid socio-economic growth. Conversely, societies where women are repressed are among the most backward. In spite of Indian women have proved themselves and women (both rural and urban) have played crucial role in economic development of country.

In recent years, the use of UAVs has significantly increased due to their wide applicability in surveillance, agriculture, search and rescue, and delivery services [1]. The versatility and efficiency of UAVs make them increasingly popular, especially in specific areas such as surveillance, agriculture, search and rescue, and delivery [2]. Effective path planning is essential for enabling UAVs to operate autonomously and navigate through unfamiliar or dynamic environments [3]. Reinforcement learning has revolutionized pathfinding in complex environments by offering credible solutions to challenging navigation problems [4]. To enhance the autonomy and efficiency of UAV operations, this study introduces an adaptive learning strategy with reinforcement learning (RL) for UAV pathfinding [5]. The proposed approach aims to make the pathfinding process adaptable to changing environmental conditions by leveraging UAV experiences [6]. The system was evaluated in simulated environments, successfully navigating through challenging operational scenarios, and demonstrating the robustness of the approach and algorithm [7]. Using adaptive learning techniques and powerful deep reinforcement learning algorithms, the system effectively learns from high-dimensional inputs to achieve precise characteristics [8]. The system learns dynamically by interacting with the environment, thus adapting the pathfinding and resulting in robust performance in real-world applications [9]. The experiments conducted in simulated environments demonstrate that the proposed system is more efficient and safer compared to traditional pathfinding algorithms [10]. This research addresses a critical gap in UAV operations by presenting a novel solution that can lead to significant gains in autonomy and effectiveness across various domains. The advancement of UAV pathfinding capabilities through the development of a robust and adaptable solution for autonomous navigation in a variety of real-world applications is a key objective of this research

Crossandra infundibuliformis, a firecracker flower native to southern India and Sri Lanka, is often used as an ornamental plant for its medicinal properties. Traditional medicine often involves various remedies using different parts of a plant, with ethnomedicine playing a role in drug discovery. Infectious diseases remain a significant cause of morbidity and mortality among humans, especially in developing countries. In recent years, resistance to antibiotics by microbes has increased, forcing scientists to search for new antimicrobial substances. Plant- based antimicrobials represent a vast untapped source of medicines. Over the last few decades, the incidence of opportunistic infections in patients treated with immunosuppressive drugs or intensive chemotherapy has increased at an alarming rate. Higher plants produce diverse chemical compounds with different biological activities, which have an important ecological role. Plant extracts have been used as alternative sources for treating fungal infections, such as Candida albicans, which are responsible for 80-90% of infections in dermatology. The phytochemical test of Crossandra infundibuliformis leaf extract revealed its antibacterial, antifungal, and anticandidal activity. By testing the inhibitory level against Candida albicans species, a topical substance could be developed against these infections. Antifungal creams, liquids, or sprays have shown effective antifungal activity in the past few years. Herbal extracts and essential oils have shown effective antifungal activity, and nanohydrogels can be applied to infected areas to reduce fungal infections. Skin acts as a protective barrier against external agents, sunburn, and body temperature, but pathogens can cause skin diseases or infections. Fungal infections are more severe because they occur on the third layer of the skin, leading to subcutaneous infections. In this study, the extract from Crossandra infundibuliformis will be collected and formulated as a cream against Candida albicans, potentially helping to treat skin infections caused by Candida albicans.
