Epigenetics refers to the changing in gene expression without changing the underlying nucleotide sequence. This addition of compounds to DNA (DNA Methylation), addition of compounds to other proteins (Histone modifications), and Non-Coding RNA. The debate between nature and nurture is probably as old as time itself. How much of our identity is shaped due to the environment, and how much of it is shaped due to our genes? The bridge linking these vastly different factors is environmental epigenetics. This paper aims to outline some examples of the effects the prenatal environment can have on a fetus even years after its birth and factors controlled by transgenerational epigenetics, as well as review research done in the field.

Driver drowsiness is a significant cause of road accidents worldwide, making early and accurate detection critical for enhancing road safety. This study presents a novel approach to driver drowsiness detection utilizing facial recognition and advanced image analysis techniques. By employing face recognition technology, the system ensures secure user authentication via a login interface, utilizing the face_recognition library to match face encodings accurately. Following authentication, the system leverages OpenCV and dlib to perform real-time video analysis, calculating the Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) from facial landmarks to monitor driver alertness. Advanced image processing methods are integrated to improve the accuracy of drowsiness detection, addressing challenges posed by varying facial features and lighting conditions. The system also includes adaptive algorithms to account for different driver demographics and environments, enhancing its versatility and effectiveness. The proposed method is evaluated against existing techniques, demonstrating superior performance in terms of accuracy, robustness, and efficiency. This approach not only enhances the ability to detect driver drowsiness but also contributes to more effective road safety practices, ultimately supporting safer driving and reducing accident rates.

The monastic Sattras of Assam, established as part of the Neo-Vaishnavite movement initiated by Sankardeva in the late 15th century, have played a significant role in shaping the religious, socio-cultural, and economic landscape of Assamese society. These institutions, founded to propagate Bhakti Dharma and foster social cohesion through egalitarian principles, have influenced various aspects of Assamese culture, including music, dance, drama, literature, art, and craft. Despite their historical importance, the monastic Sattras face numerous contemporary challenges such as land encroachment, economic constraints, and the impacts of modernization and natural disasters. This paper explores the historical evolution of the monastic Sattras, their contributions to Assamese society, and the multifaceted challenges they encounter in the modern era.

Men and women both play an important role in the society. Women are a crucial part of the society. When it comes to the economy, women share an imperative role globally. A person who risks his finances by establishing a business or business in the hope of profit is called an entrepreneur. There might be different conditions based on gender because the predictions might be different for women entrepreneurs. Although the participation rate of women in entrepreneurship is less, they are an untapped source of economic growth (LEHTONEN, 2023). Women entrepreneurs are the employment creators in several sectors. Although women face more obstacles to having access to the same opportunities as men. The unemployment rate is reduced due to increased labor participation in women-run businesses (Mirza, 2023).

Ayurveda, a traditional Indian medicinal system, promotes physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Maintaining dosha balance (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) prevents and treats sickness. Ayurveda uses herbal medicines, yoga, meditation, and customised food and lifestyle advice based on an individual's constitution and health needs. Nutrition, or aahara, is essential to good health. It includes food preparation, meal schedule, and mental health. A healthy person has balanced physical and mental humours, effective digestion, normal tissue function, and waste removal. Physical, mental, and social well-being define health, not just the absence of illness or weakness. Aahar boosts athleticism, complexion, and energy. Food before and during conception affects prakriti. Oral substances Aahara or Ausadha are called Aahar. This review examines the concepts, health benefits, and current relevance of Ayurvedic eating practices to help integrate them into current health practices.

Abstract: The goal of India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is to restructure the current educational system in order to better meet the needs of the twenty-first century. Significant changes are brought about by this approach in all educational domains, from early childhood education to postsecondary education and vocational training. A move towards a more comprehensive and diversified education, the incorporation of technology, a concentration on creativity and critical thinking, and an emphasis on experiential learning are some of the main components of NEP 2020. The strategy also emphasises the significance of inclusion and equity, seeking to close gaps brought about by socioeconomic inequalities. With a focus on teacher empowerment and learner-centric approaches, NEP 2020 seeks to establish an adaptable, current, and inclusive educational framework. This change in perspective is anticipated to provide pupils with the abilities required for a world that is changing quickly, encouraging creativity, flexibility, and lifelong learning. NEP 2020's complete design establishes it as a critical reform with the goal of reviving India's educational system for upcoming generations. The Modi 3.0 government has unveiled a budget that carries significant implications for India's trajectory. This budget, presented amidst evolving global economic conditions and domestic challenges, offers insights into the government's approach to managing fiscal responsibilities, stimulating economic growth, and addressing socio-economic issues. The Union Budget 2024-25 was presented by the finance minister of India, Nirmala Sitharaman, in parliament on July 23, 2024. The nine priorities listed in the budget are productivity and resilience in agriculture, inclusive human resource development and social justice, urban development, infrastructure, employment and skilling, manufacturing and services, innovation, research and development, energy security, and next generation reforms (Money Control, 2024). The budget, however, also poses difficulties that will call for close observation and calculated modifications. The budget of the Modi 3.0 government demonstrates a proactive approach to economic management, marked by large expenditures in important industries and an emphasis on growth spurred by innovation.

Human Emotion Recognition (HER) Holds an important role across various fields, including human-computer interaction (HCI), mental health monitoring, and affective computing. In this study, we propose a new method to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of human emotion recognition by combining electroencephalogram (EEG) signal analysis with fuzzy inference systems (FIS). EEG signals offer crucial information about the brain's electrical functioning, closely related to emotional states. Fuzzy inference systems, on the other hand, offer a powerful framework for modelling complex relationships and uncertainties in the data. By integrating these two techniques, our goal is to create a durable and effective system for recognising emotions. This entails initially pre-processing EEG signals to identify important features and then designing and implementing a fuzzy inference system to predict emotions. We explore various fuzzy logic rules and membership functions to capture the nonlinear relationships between EEG features and emotional states. We assess the efficacy of the suggested system through examination of real-world EEG datasets, against existing methodologies. Our findings indicate a notable enhancement in both efficiency and accuracy of human emotion recognition when employing the integrated approach, as opposed to conventional methods the results of this research carry significant consequences for the development of advanced emotion recognition systems with potential applications in healthcare, gaming, virtual reality, and beyond.

This study examines the changing patterns of Indian migration to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, with a focus on Telangana. It highlights the historical context and the socioeconomic drivers, such as agricultural stagnation and high unemployment that propel migration. The study reveals that remittances from Gulf migrants are crucial for their families and contribute to India's economic growth. However, migrants face challenges like exploitation and poor working conditions. The research underscores the need for better migration management, skill development, and legal protections. The COVID-19 pandemic has further complicated the migration landscape, reducing job opportunities and exposing vulnerabilities. Policy recommendations include utilizing existing skill development programs, creating comprehensive migration databases, and enhancing legal and social protections for migrants.
