Climate change is increasingly affecting urban environments, particularly through extreme rainfall events that challenge traditional water management systems. Rainwater from impervious surfaces and storm runoff can lead to heightened wastewater volumes that require treatment, often resulting in combined sewer overflows and the release of untreated effluent into the environment, which can damage urban infrastructure. To address these issues, many cities are adopting sustainable water management strategies aimed at enhancing resilience and environmental protection. This paper highlights Oslo's success in implementing such sustainable stormwater solutions, demonstrating how analyzing effective cases can reveal patterns and practices that urban planners and policymakers can adopt to improve stormwater management and urban sustainability.

In the data-driven marketing era, business analytics is central to customer profiling and campaign targeting. This paper examines ethical concerns surrounding these practices, using the Bank Marketing Dataset from the UCI Machine Learning Repository. Employing Excel and Tableau, the study analyzes demographic segments by age, job type, and education to assess marketing efficacy and ethical fairness. Findings reveal disparities in targeting, with overemphasis on low-performing segments such as blue-collar workers, and underutilization of high-performing ones like retirees. The paper advocates for integrating ethical auditing into analytics strategies to ensure fairness, transparency, and respect for customer autonomy.

Natya Shastra, which is believed to be the basic book of Natya, is the contribution of Bharata Muni. This book explains all the elements related to Natya in 36 chapters. In this, Aharya Abhinayam is included in the 23rd chapter. Since the book focuses on theatre, the influence of this book on our performing artforms is very less. Since it is a scientific book on Natya, this influence should be observed. Bharata Muni in 23rd chapter as 208 verses, explains everything related to Aharya, such as ornaments, books, theatrical tools and its making, male and female costumes and make up, etc. Aharya, one of the four components of chathurvidhabhinaya, is the primary act done by an actor or actress for their presentation. Though the other three abhinaya namely, angikam, vachikam and sathvikam helps to connect with the character, the fourth aharyam is the factor that helps the audience understand the character more easily by observing the physical appearance itself. The costumes are determined in each art form in accordance with the presentation style of the stage performances. In addition to the general criteria of time, country, age, and nature, there are also symbolic differences in aharyam. Natya Sasthra discusses the basic elements that must be taken into consideration with respect to aharyam in performing artforms. It can be observed in the makeup and costume styles adopted in each artform.

: In the evolving landscape of education, the effectiveness of teachers extends beyond subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills. Emotional Intelligence (EI), defined as the ability to perceive, understand, manage, and utilize emotions in oneself and others, has emerged as a critical factor influencing teacher effectiveness. Teachers with high EI are better equipped to navigate the complexities of the classroom, fostering positive learning environments and enhancing student outcomes. Research indicates that emotionally intelligent teachers excel in various aspects of teaching, including classroom management, student engagement, and interpersonal relationships. They are adept at recognizing and responding to students' emotional cues, creating a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning. Moreover, EI contributes to teachers' resilience against stress and burnout, promoting job satisfaction and retention. So, the aim of this research paper is to examine the relation between the emotional intelligence and teacher effectiveness. After analyzing certain existing literature findings, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the emotional intelligence and teacher effectiveness.

Work-life balance forms a major characteristic of the quality of work and life of individuals especially women, who are trying to deal with multiple roles (e.g. employee, partner, and career). The balance does not always denote an equal distribution of time, energy or other resources between the work and non-work domains but is a highly individualized and an impulsive concept of being able to manage one's work, family and personal life in a self-fulfilling way. This research study is exploratory and empirical study in nature. Simple random sampling method was used to collect data from 100 Female employees working across various IT Companies in Gwalior District. Data was analyzed through SPSS and Regression analysis was applied to check the hypotheses of the study. The findings state that work life balance is having significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance.

In the development of more automated and adaptive learning environments, a large part of it is to use artificial intelligence in machine-generated multiple-choice questions (MCQs) generated from a combination of different sources. Therefore, we propose a novel intelligent Quiz Generator with which an educator can automatically generate multiple choice questions (MCQs) with high quality questions as well as contextually relevant and challenging questions. In the proposed system, we propose large language model with high quality questions and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and some optimization techniques for prompt engineering for generating very high quality and contextually relevant quiz questions. A chain-of-thought and self-refine prompting techniques are applied for enabling the model to generate questions that not only are consistent with learning objective but also take into account the common student misconceptions. In addition, we apply performance matrix to support the analysis of individual learning progress of each student. The matrix takes into consideration the results of previous questions, which finds areas of strength and weaknesses, and adjusts future quizzes accordingly to foster accurate discovery of learning needs among students. Based on extensive evaluation we could conclude that the automated system can generate various and adaptive MCQs with higher engagement and comprehension of students. With the aid of artificial intelligence and adding performance analytics, this project provides a reliable and innovative solution for automatic quiz generation and moving forward Personalized.

The Goods and Services Tax (GST), implemented in India in 2017, introduced a unified indirect tax regime. A key feature of this reform is the Input Tax Credit (ITC) mechanism, which allows businesses to claim tax credit on inputs used in operations. This study explores the impact of ITC on business operations in Coimbatore, a significant industrial hub. The study uses a descriptive research design, drawing from primary data collected via a structured questionnaire with 250 respondents and secondary sources. The findings highlight that while ITC improves profitability and compliance, challenges such as technical issues, delayed refunds, and awareness gaps persist. The study recommends targeted training and improved system efficiency to maximize ITC benefits.

Allium sativum L., also called as Garlic has always remained a dietary item and an age-old remedy with proven antimicrobial efficacy. This study attempts to investigate in comparative terms and test the antimicrobial activity of sun-dried, air-dried, and wet garlic against selected bacterial strains. The zones of inhibition from each garlic sample on Mueller Hinton agar seeded with the respective bacteria were measured by the agar disk diffusion technique. However, there existed clear discrepancies in the antimicrobial activity depending upon the kind of garlic tested and the strain of bacteria involved in the testing. Thus, air-dried garlic was most potent in inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus, whereas sun-dried garlic was strongest in its antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli. Least antimicrobial activity against both strains was manifested by the wet garlic, suggesting a drying process that may increase the bioavailability or concentration of bioactive compounds, such as Allicin. Therefore, the results of this study prove that any difference in the processing of garlic significantly affects its antimicrobial activity; hence, the differences ought to be taken into consideration in clinical and food preservation uses. Thus, the natural antimicrobial activity of dried garlic is accentuated here, with considerable implications in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and food safety.
