Iot Based Greenhouse Monitoring System using Arduino primarily focuses on the improvement of current agricultural practices by using modern technologies for better yield. This work provides a model of a smart greenhouse, which helps the farmers to carry out the work in a farm automatically without the use of much manual inspection. Greenhouse, being a closed structure protects the plants from extreme weather conditions namely: wind, hailstorm, ultraviolet radiations, and insect and pest attacks. The irrigation of agriculture field is carried out using automatic drip irrigation, which operates according to the soil moisture threshold set accordingly so as optimal amount of water is supplied to the plants. Based on data from soil health card, proper amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other minerals can also be supplied by using drip fertilization techniques. Proper water management tanks are constructed and they are filled with water after measuring the current water level using an ultrasonic sensor. Plants are also provided the requisite wavelength light during the night using glowing lights. Temperature and air humidity are controlled by humidity and temperature sensors and a fogger is used to control the same. Using Wi-Fi module data from sensors can be observed in our mobile phones and so efficiency is improved. Hence this project improves plant quality and yield.

In these days of the 4th industrial revolution, real-time object detection and dimensioning is an important aspect from an industrial point of view. These are requisite topics of computer vision problems. This study presents an augmented technique for detecting objects and computing their real-time measurements from an IoT video device such as a webcam. We have suggested an object measurement technique in real-time using AI and IoT technologies like OpenCV libraries and webcam respectively. OpenCV includes many libraries and algorithms that are used. And we are using Algorithms like canny edge detection algorithm[2] and mobile/ web camera capture video in this paper. The Project has four stages: (1) capturing image (2) object measurement process (3) save output (4) displaying output.

Urolithiasis is commonest problem which has been engaged by many practitioners during last 3 decades and which has to be looked into and many think that diet is the most common cause leading to precipitation of stone. In computer field security and protection, the recognition of object is very important to take particular action becomes very necessary for making decisions. The objective of the paper is to determine the Work life balance and Quality of Work Life (QWL) of the employees working across different public Sector and private sector in Chhattisgarh Region. There is a rapid surge in opportunities of employment in both the sectors and to get the work done from employees their needs should be fulfilled. This paper identifies the sector which is performing well and in which dimension it needs improvement. For present study research Quality of Work Life Scale by Santosh Dhar, Upinder Dhar and Rishu Roy has been used. The sample size is 120. To analyze the data t-test has been applied to know the general perception of employees towards various factors affecting the Quality of Work Life (QWL) in both the sectors. It has also been witnessed that there were least studies done considering different kind of jobs in each sector. In this study 12 Different types of job were taken into consideration with two broad categories i.e. Desk job & field job for the variable to be controlled. Findings and results of the study shows that the quality of work life of people working under government sector is significantly high as compared to the people working under private sector. The study results are supportive to managers, scholars as well as policy makers of the Government and will make contribution to future research as a reference.
