Bond strength assumes significant part in the structural performance of Reinforced Concrete (RC) component. Compressive strength and tensile strength of conventional concrete impacts bond strength of RC component. Glass powder with molecule size under 75 microns when utilized as cement substitution material, upgrades compressive strength and tensile of cement. In the examination work it is suggested to explore the impact of glass powder as a cement substitution material on compressive strength and tensile strength of reinforced concrete and bond strength in reinforced concrete. The substitution rate is proposed to be 0% to 30% with increments.

Water purification has been a necessity since the beginning of civilization. Purification is necessary to reduce the risk of toxins from recharging runoff rain water and to avoid a variety of illnesses. In India, sand filters are often used to remove suspended and colloidal particles from water more quickly during the filtering process by laying down different sand beds. It's commonly used in industry to remove contaminants from water and waste water. The filtration process weakens at the start and end, lowering the filtrate's initial quality after back washing. However, scientists believe that the quality of water will deteriorate in the near future as a result of major increases in global warming, and that we must address this issue with appropriate solutions. The goal of this study is to present a variety of low-cost water filtration materials that are both effective and efficient at purifying water without being too expensive. These filtering materials can be used to replace sand filters, which take up more space, time, and maintenance, with filters that take up less space, time, and maintenance.

Today, Increase the demand of Renewable energy resources (RES) in distribution systems because total energy demand is supplied by the burning of fossil fuels and it is limited. In this project presents a control strategy of three phase four wire grid interfacing inverter to effectively utilize the renewable energy Source with grid. Controlling of inverter in such a way that to utilize the following function 1) compensate load current (i.e. reduce harmonics), 2) compensate load voltage (i.e. reduce harmonics), 3) compensate load reactive power and load neutral Current. The Renewable Energy Source may be Solar or Wind depends on distribution system voltage level. All these works of the inverter is done either individually or combined to overcome the unbalanced effects of all types of linear, non-linear, balance or unbalance loads at distribution level. This new control concept is demonstrated with extensive MATLAB/Simulink simulation to validated result.

Abstract: Over the past decade, as financially inclusive policies have been put in place financial institutions have started experimenting with different models for reaching the excluded and for offering various services to the target population. Since an all-inclusive financial system enhances efficiency and welfare by providing avenues for secure and safe saving practices and by facilitating a whole range of efficient financial services. Financial inclusion is the ease of access, availability and usage of the formal financial system by all members of the economy. While the importance of financial inclusion is widely recognized, the literature lacks a comprehensive measure that can be used to estimate the extent of financial inclusion through Gramin Bank across economies at a regional level. In this research study an attempt is made to fill this gap, and thus, an original contribution to the literature. In this present, by proposing an index of financial inclusion of working of Gramin Bank in Jharkhand the researcher made an effort to fill the Gap.

DNA Replication can be a semiconservative technique whereby each parental strand is a templet for the synthesis of a cutting-edge complementary female offspring strand. The protein worried is DNA, that involves the relationship of deoxyribonucleoside 5?-triphosphates (dNTPs) to create the developing DNA chain. But DNA Replication is mass a number of state-of-the-art than associate in Nursing divorced protein response. Proteins which can be involved and proofreading mechanisms are needed to make certain that the accuracy of replication is like with the low frequency of mistakes it is required for mobile replication. In addition proteins and explicit DNA sequences are also wished every to affect replication and to copy the ends of eukaryotic chromosomes.

ABSTRACT The clove bud (Syzygium aromaticum) extract used to be performed with the aid of using Soxhlet equipment and fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) extract was once executed via maceration technique by way of the usage of distilled water as solvent. Evaluation of antimicrobial undertaking of both extract was carried out by means of agar nicely diffusion method in opposition to gram tremendous bacterium S. aureus and gram negative bacterium E.coli. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of combine extracts was once decide by way of using broth dilution method. TLC bioautography and phytochemical evaluation had been also performed.

Globalization seems to have a profound effect on the Assamese people in all aspects of thought, manners, eating habits, dress-up, festivals, customs, etc. Therefore, Assamese people are not bound by traditional customs of Assam only but influenced and accepted rituals, customs, manners, dress, food, etc. of other countries and other ethnic groups. One of the aspects of Assamese culture is folk Performing art. Globalization has its effect in this field of Folk Performing art too. Of course, this effect can be seen in both positive and negative aspects. Globalization has touched one of the richest folk cultures of Darrangi performing art that is Khuliya Bhauriya.

Sign Language Recognition (SLR) targets interpreting the sign language into text or speech, to facilitate the communication between deaf-mute people and ordinary people. This task has a broad social impact but is still very challenging due to the complexity and large variations in hand actions. Existing methods for SLR use hand-crafted features to describe sign language motion and build classification models based on those features. However, it is difficult to design dependable features that can adapt to the wide range of hand gestures. To address this issue, we propose a novel convolutional neural network (CNN) that automatically extracts discriminative spatial-temporal features from raw video streams without any prior knowledge, thereby avoiding feature design. Multi-channel video streams with color information, depth clues, and body joint positions are used as input to the CNN to integrate color, depth, and trajectory information to improve performance. On a real dataset gathered with Microsoft Kinect, we approve the proposed model and show how it beats conventional methodologies in light of hand-created highlights. The created framework will be utilized as a learning device for gesture-based communication fledglings including hand recognition. The pictures were taken care of into a model called the Convolutional Neural Network for order (CNN). Keras was utilized to prepare the pictures. A uniform foundation and legitimate lighting are given. The's undertaking will likely foster an AI model that can order the different hand motions utilized in gesture-based communication fingerspelling.

Abstract: The research is on investment made by different investors in Banking Assets and in Capital markets in the city of Mumbai. An investment in Banks isstill the most preferred investment in India. This is because it is an investment where returns are moderate and but the investment made is presumed to besecured. Also, this investment is what we have grown up in our country. As a culture we were taught to invest in Banks FD and similar other schemes. Investment in other avenues was not promoted in Indian families so investors hesitate to invest in other assets. But with increasing education and rising family incomes and increasing use of social media new avenues are also being tapped, especially the capital markets because with rising education and income levels and the risk-taking appetite of investors is increasing too. For the purpose of this study a sample of 1,000 respondents were randomly selected and they were given a questionnaire. Their responses have been captured and analyzed for this study.
