 Abstract

Analog-to-digital coverters (ADCs) are used for digital signal processing in biomedical wearable devices,in implantable medical devices such as pacemakers, sensor interfaces such as in temperature and image sensors, and in the Internet of Things ( IOT ) applications . Several works have aimed to reduce the power consumption as the previously mentioned applications require low power for long term operations where the primary source of power is usually batteries. This introduces a new successive approximation register circuit ( SAR ) for SAR analog to digital converter (ADC) based on Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) cells. Based on the proposed DRAM based SAR ADC and a differential capacitive DAC, a 10-bit ADC is designed in 0.18um CMOS technology.

 Abstract

Dermis problems are dangerous and often contagious, especially melanoma, eczema, and impetigo. These skin diseases can be cured if detected early. The basic problem with it, only a dermatologist can diagnose such a disease. At times, doctors also fail miserably to properly diagnose the disease and thus give the wrong medication to the patient. Our paper proposes a way to diagnose skin disease based on Image Processing and Deep Learning Strategies. Our system is based on mobile phones so it can be used even in remote areas. I the patient needs to provide a picture of the infected area and is provided as an input application. Graphic Processing and In-depth Learning Strategies process us and bring us the most accurate output. In this paper, we present a comparison of two different real-time skin diseases to find an algorithm based on accuracy. We compared the Navies Bias Classifier. Results for real-time testing is introduced.

 Abstract

Abstract : Stress can be considered as a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. Stress is as the result of an interaction between an individual's emotional, intellectual, social and physical resources and the demands on him or her. Argued that stress is a different phenomenon from pressure. Stress is something more than pressure1. In addition, most of the aged are not accorded the dignity of care they deserve in later life. Alternate nostril breathing such as Anulom Vilom is noted for its physical and mental health benefits, including: improved patience, focus, and control. relief from stress and anxiety. Improvements to brain, respiratory, and cardiovascular health. Perceived stress is higher for students in various healthcare courses. Previous studies have shown that pranayama practice is beneficial for combating stress and improve cardiovascular functions but both fast and slow pranayama practice produce different physiological responses.7MATERIAL AND METHOD: A quantitative research approach with non-experimental survey design was used to conduct the study in selected area of Jhalawar District of Rajasthan . The study setting was in Green park area Jhalwar Rajasthan Non-probability convient sampling technique was adapted to select 30 senior citizen selected area of Jhalawar District of Rajasthan .A standardized Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) was used to assess the stress among senior citizen . Ethical permission was taken from authorities in concerned areas. The written consent form was prepared for the study participant regarding their willingness to participate in the research studyThe present study found that in the pre assessment of stress the most of Senior citizens had severe stress 53% followed by moderate 30 % mild level of stress and 17%. After doing regular Anulom Viloma pranayama majority of the senior citizens shifted to moderate level of stress 66.7% and in 10% in mild stress. These results were supported by Panigrahi S et al (2015) which found that the most of the elders (86.66%) residing in selected old age home had moderate stress whereas similar percentage (6.66%) of them had mild and severe stress respectively

 Abstract

The study aim is to determine the effectiveness of deep cervical flexor training in treating neck pain in health care professionals. Objectives of the study: -To determine the presence of neck pain in dental professionals. -To assess the symptoms of neck pain in dental professionals using the neck disability index. -After grouping them based on the presence of neck pain, random allotment in the experimental group will be performed. -To evaluate the effect of deep cervical flexor training in the study group Method: The study included 50 dentists diagnosed with neck pain at Rajah Muthiah dental college and hospital. The neck disability index score was used to categorize 50 subjects as moderate and mild. There were 30 subjects in the moderate group and 20 subjects in the mild group. The subjects were divided into two groups at random: experimental and control. The experimental group received deep cervical flexor training, while the control group did not receive the training. Results: The mild group's pre-therapy (10.40) score had a higher mean value than the 8th week (1.20). For this group, the calculated 't' value is 19.82 and the Probability value is 0.001 at the 0.01 level of significance. Pre test (31.33) score in moderate group was higher with mean value than 8th week (2.80). For the moderate group, the calculated 't' value is 27.92 and the probability value is 0.001 at the 0.01 level of significance. As a result, the effectiveness of deep cervical flexor training has been proved. Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, there was a highly significant improvement in the experimental group due to the effectiveness of deep cervical flexor training, but little improvement in the control group, which did not receive deep cervical flexor training. This exercise has been shown to be an effective intervention for reducing neck pain in dental professionals. Less pain may allow for better ergonomically good posture, to work better.

 Abstract

Images taken from underwater usually suffer from the problems of quality degradation and distortions due to various factors such as absorption, scattering, presence of the suspended particles, etc. To address these problems, a series of underwater image enhancement and restoration technologies are applied to underwater vision tasks. There are various methods like filtering based methods, color correction based methods, image fusion based methods, and deep learning methods for underwater image enhancement This paper is to review different image enhancement techniques and an image enhancement method is proposed here.. A novel color correction method based on color filter array(CFA) and an enhancement method based on Retinex with dense pixels and adaptive linear histogram transformation for degraded color-biased underwater image is proposed here .This aim to bring more enhancement in underwater degraded images with high fidelity leading to an improved global contrast, reduced noise level, and also retaining intricate and sharp details of the original images
