The paper concentrates on the necessity to investigate and determine which of the many influencing factors affects students' selection of mobile service providers. The evaluation of data and description were done using statistical techniques such bar charts, pie charts, line charts and frequency approaches involving Likert scale methodology. According to the study's findings, 51% of the respondents were male students while 49% are female students. Furthermore, majority of the respondents chose MTN network with 40% followed by Airtel network with 30% respectively. Ultimately, Coverage and Network Quality, Data Roller, Device Compatibility, Students Offers and Discounts, Data Speed, Flexibility of Plans and Cost and Pricing Plans are the most significant components that influenced learners choice of mobile service provider for educational and other academic desires.

The career adaptability represents the psychosocial resources necessary to cope with the dynamic work and working environment. It covers getting used to different tasks, the need to be constantly learning from experience, and making decisions about one's career. Furthermore, career adaptability goes hand in hand with the continuously changing requirements by the employers who demand more and more adaptability in the workforce. An important model of career adaptability envisions it as psychosocial strengths (or capacities) to solve the unfamiliar, complex, and ill-defined problems of development tasks, workplace transitions, and workplace challenges.

Abstract- Job satisfaction is defined as the extent to which an employee feels self-motivated, content & satisfied with his/her job. Job satisfaction happens when an employee feels he or she is having job stability, career growth and a comfortable work life balance. But there is no stability, career growth and comfortable work life balance. Many self-financed colleges have opened in last 8-10 years. With all degree colleges there are large number of teacher training colleges in it. Numbers of Assistant Professors are working on very low wages in self -financed colleges. Even though the work, work method, working hours is completely same but on the one hand, a very generous salary (Government College) and on the other, not even enough to live on. What a tragedy? There is a close relationship between wages/salary and job satisfaction. Low wages get low satisfaction and high wages get high satisfaction. Researcher mentions one thing that Low/high wages is not only one factor that affects job satisfaction but also other factors may be responsible. But the factor wages emphasis more than other factors to job satisfaction. The main objectives of this research paper was to study to know job satisfaction of Assistant Professor working in self -financed teacher training colleges of Nagpur.

Objective :To evaluate the effect of stroke on diaphragm in chronic stroke individuals Method : A systemic review of observational, cross sectional and case series was performed. SCOPUS, Google schola, EBSCO and PubMed were searched using the terms respiratory muscle strength and trunk control and stroke.Preferred reporting items for scoping review, PRISMA,CASP-systemic review checklist was used to examine the section of each report. Result: A total of 52 studies were identified of which 14 were copyright hence excluded and 9 were full text reviews hence were included. Conclusion: In our study we have found that their is reduced diaphragm thickness, reduced mobility and reduced excursion of diaphragm in the affected side hemidiaphragm in chronic stroke individuals, all the studies are based on ultrasonographic or radioscopic findings, also in the studies which focused on pulmonary function test it was found that stroke patients had poor results in respiratory capacities.

Big data is a new driver of the world economic and societal changes. The world's data collection is reaching a tipping point for major technological changes that can bring new ways in decision making, managing our health, cities, finance and education. While the data complexities are increasing including data's volume, variety, velocity and veracity, the real impact hinges on our ability to uncover the `value' in the data through Big Data Analytics technologies. Big Data Analytics poses a grand challenge on the design of highly scalable algorithms and systems to integrate the data and uncover large hidden values from datasets that are diverse, complex, and of a massive scale. Potential breakthroughs include new algorithms, methodologies, systems and applications in Big Data Analytics that discover useful and hidden knowledge from the Big Data efficiently and effectively.

Abstract This study explores India's trade dynamics from 1991-1992 to 2019-2020, a period marked by significant economic reforms. Utilizing data from reputable sources like the RBI, WTO, UNCTAD, World Bank, and WITS, detailed analysis was conducted on exports and imports, categorizing them by industries, countries, and regions. Through rigorous cleaning and analytical methods such as time-series analysis and trend detection, the study reveals fluctuating trade balances, with exports and imports both experiencing substantial growth. The widening trade deficit underscores the need for sustainable balance policies. Furthermore, global events like the 2008-09 Global Financial Crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic have impacted India's trade. Pre-1991, India operated as a closed economy with high import duties and restrictions on foreign investment, emphasizing domestic control of commercial sectors. Ethical considerations were prioritized, adhering to terms of use specified by data sources. India's trade balance shifts between surplus and deficit due to global ties and economic factors. Exports rise steadily, demonstrating product competitiveness. Imports grow, showing increased international product integration. However, the widening trade gap, reaching $184 billion in 2018-19, calls for sustainable policies. External events like the Global Financial Crisis and COVID-19 affect India's trade balance, emphasizing the need for adaptability.

The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) remains a major global health challenge, with millions of people infected worldwide. While significant progress has been made in HIV treatment over the past few decades, here is still an urgent send for novel therapeutic agents to combat drug resistance and improve patient outcomes. In silico drug design has emerged as a powerful tool in the discovery and development of new anti-HIV drugs. By leveraging computational methods and structural data, researchers rapidly identify promising compounds, optimize their properties and predict their interactions with viral targets. This review provides a comprehensive overview of recent advances in in silico drug design strategies for HIV, including structure bases drug design, ligand-based drug design, and machine learning approaches. We discuss the key viral targets for drug discovery, such as reverse transcriptase, protease, and integrase, and highlight successful case studies of computationally-designed HIV inhibitors that have progressed to clinical trials. We also explore the challenges and future directions in this field, such as the need for more accurate binding affinity prediction tools and the integration of in silico methods with experimental validation. Overall, in silico drug design offers a promising avenue for accelerating the discovery of novel anti-HIV therapeutics and improving the lives of those affected by this devastating virus.

Abstract: The novel Wife by Bharati Mukherjee deftly examines the psychological decline and deep estrangement that its lead character, Dimple Dasgupta, undergoes throughout her move from Calcutta to a suburban existence in the United States. This research explores the complex interplay of cultural dislocation, marital strife, and societal expectations that lead to Dimple's unravelling mental condition. The way that Mukherjee depicts Dimple's trip offers a moving look at the psychological effects of migration and the difficulties that immigrants have juggling competing cultural identities. Dimple experiences a bewildering identity crisis as a result of her move to America, which upends her sense of self, which is firmly anchored in her Indian ancestry. Through Dimple's internal difficulties and exterior battles to fit into American culture while retaining her cultural identity, Mukherjee exposes this problem. Dimple has increasing psychological discomfort as a result of the conflict between her conventional upbringing and the modern cultural standards she meets, which exacerbates her mental decline over time. The novel sheds light on the psychological decline and alienation that immigrants go through when they have to balance their ethnic identity with society expectations. Through Dimple's story, Mukherjee asks readers to reflect on the psychological and emotional toll that migration takes, providing a nuanced portrait of the resilience and internal conflicts faced by people torn between two very different cultural contexts.
