This paper reconstructs B.R. Ambedkar's moral philosophy of gender justice by examining his criticism of Hindu patriarchy, his embrace of Buddhist ethical principles and his vision for legal reform. Ambedkar denounced religious customs that subjugated women and treated such norms as moral violations against human dignity. He turned to rational humanism and Buddhist compassion to frame a moral worldview grounded in equality, liberty and public responsibility. Drawing from core texts--Annihilation of Caste, The Buddha and His Dhamma and the Constituent Assembly Debates--this study uncovers a coherent ethical framework that places gender justice at the center of democratic morality. Ambedkar did not view patriarchy as a sociological byproduct but as a foundational ethical crisis in Indian civilisation. His synthesis of rational autonomy and social compassion offers a transformative moral paradigm that retains urgent relevance in modern feminist and legal discourses.

The Sand Filter Machine is a mechanical system designed to remove impurities, debris, and suspended particles from sand, making it suitable for construction, water filtration, or other industrial uses. The machine operates on the principle of mechanical separation, where sand passes through a series of sieves, vibrating screens, or filter beds that allow fine particles to pass while retaining larger contaminants. It may be powered manually, electrically, or through automated systems depending on the design requirements. This filtration process enhances the quality and consistency of the sand, improving its utility and reducing environmental pollution caused by unfiltered sand use. The machine is especially beneficial in regions where natural sand contains high levels of clay, silt, or organic materials. Through efficient design, the sand filter machine promotes resource sustainability, operational efficiency, and reduced labor costs in sand processing.

In modern educational and organizational environments, accurate and efficient attendance tracking is critical for performance monitoring and security. This project presents a dual-mode attendance entry system that integrates face recognition technology with RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) to enhance both security and reliability. The system captures and verifies facial features using a camera and facial recognition algorithms, while also validating identity through RFID tags assigned to individuals. By combining these two methods, the system reduces the chances of proxy attendance and improves automation in attendance logging. The proposed solution is scalable, user-friendly, and ensures high accuracy, making it suitable for institutions seeking to modernize their attendance procedures.

This research proposes a hybrid machine learning model to predict academic performance of students in rural colleges. The model integrates Random Forest and Support Vector Machine algorithms to analyze various academic and socio-economic factors. The dataset includes parameters such as attendance, internal assessment scores, family income, internet access, and parental education level. The aim is to develop a predictive system that can assist educators in identifying students at academic risk and provide timely interventions. Results show over 89% prediction accuracy using the hybrid model.

Demographic Factors of Moral Distress: A Correlational Study on Indian Nurses Rimi Chakraborty Guide Dr. Asha Sreenivasan ABSTRACT Introduction: Moral distress in the healthcare sector significantly impacts the well-being and performance of healthcare professionals, particularly nurses. This study aims to explore the demographic correlates of moral distress among nurses, focusing on two major domains: Frequency and Distribution of moral distress levels. Methods: A Correlational study was done on with 50 nurses working in Kolkata, a metropolitan city in the state of West Bengal, India. Participants were selected from diverse demographic backgrounds, including variations in Gender, Educational Qualification, Work Experience, and Unit of Work. The levels of moral distress (Frequency and Distribution) were assessed in relation to these demographic variables. A descriptive design and Purposive sampling technique was used in this study Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Also, point biserial correlation was employed to examine the relationships between moral distress and demographic factors. Results: Descriptive statistics indicated minimal discrepancies in the mean levels of both Frequency and Distribution of moral distress across all demographic variables, except for the unit of work (frequency 22.921, SD = 3.057 and distribution 26.934, SD = 3.284). The unit of work (ICU) the mean differences in Frequency and Distribution were comparatively larger. The point biserial correlation revealed that Frequency and Distribution of moral distress levels among nurses were significantly and positively correlated (r = .282, p<0.01). The unit of work was the only demographic variable found to be significantly (and positively) correlated with both Frequency and Distribution of moral distress. Discussion: The findings of the research could elucidate the importance of the unit of work in influencing the levels of moral distress among nurses, suggesting that the nature of work plays a critical role in the experience of moral distress among the nurses. The need to identify and improve factors associated with moral distress among nurses to enhance their well-being and performance has been established.

This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of customer satisfaction levels between two leading housing finance providers in India: The State Bank of India (SBI) and LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (LIC HFL). Utilizing primary data from 460 housing loan borrowers in the Krishnagiri district, the study assesses critical factors influencing satisfaction such as application procedures, transparency, processing time, and EMI schedules. Findings indicate significant differences in borrower experiences, particularly in the areas of screening, disbursement, and regional service accessibility. The study provides practical recommendations for service enhancements and proposes policy implications to improve customer engagement and retention in the housing finance sector.

In this study the P-delta effect on high rise building is studied. Linear static analysis (without P-delta effect) and nonlinear static analysis (with P-delta effect) on high rise buildings having different number of storey is carried out. For the analysis G+19, G+24 and G+29 (i.e. 20, 25 and 30 storey) R.C.C. framed buildings are modelled.Earthquake load is applied on model of structure as per IS-1893(2002) for zone III in SAP2000-12 software. Load combinations for analysis are set as per IS-456(2000). All analysis is carried out in software SAP 2000-12. Bending moment, story displacement with and without P-delta effect is calculated and compared for all the models

The research entitled "perceptions of employee pricing strategies in SNQS Internationals Private Limited" mentions that pricing perceptions affect sales performance, customer relationships, and even the alignment of an organization. Since employees can be one of the most important and effective communicators about pricing values communicated to customers, this study looks at how they view, trust, and feel toward pricing approaches within the company. A well-structured questionnaire was distributed to 150 employees from a variety of departments, and it revealed important perceptions around pricing, including factors like transparency, fairness, and communication. Major statistical tools like Chi-square, ANOVA, and rank correlation show the existence of a significant association between demographic variables and their perceptions of price effectiveness. In conclusion, this research substantiates the very importance of employee engagement in pricing strategies while suggesting more training, clear communication, and alignment of incentives for better employee engagement within the firm, further contributing to total business success.

This study explores the major barriers to career development faced by in-service teachers, aiming to understand the professional challenges that impact their growth and effectiveness in the field. Despite the critical role of teachers in shaping student learning, many encounter significant barriers that hinder their career progression and access to professional development opportunities. Using qualitative approach, this research analyzes data from semi-structured interviews conducted with 30 in-service teachers in the Udham Singh Nagar District of Uttarakhand, identifying key challenges such as (limited access to training resources, lack of institutional support, time constraints, and insufficient opportunities for skill enhancement). The study underscores the need for targeted support systems, professional development programs, and policy interventions that address the unique needs of teachers. By identifying these obstacles, this research aims to contribute valuable insights into improving professional development frameworks, ultimately supporting the growth and effectiveness of school teachers in their careers.
