Integrated Rural block Development is a new approach to rural planning ,which emerges from the fact that past efforts have contributed very little to improving the well-being of people, the concept is based on the notion that such micro planning directly involves the people at the grassroot and the fruits are directly reaped by the participants. As migration of people for the sake of employment and better living are increasing in number, and when it fails, they lead to become urban poor. The present situation of pandemic has taught us a lot, and it is a live example which could be taken to learn how people are suffering from the problem of migration, where they are left with nothing, and the concept of returning back leads to a question of what next, in relation to survival of themselves and family. The main aim of the study is to analyse the development of rural areas and implementation of policies in those areas. People need to get aware of the thought of use of existing resources like agriculture, water and other natural sources, and create self-employment through this initiative and government help. The study area, Vijayawada Rural block covering 187 SqKms and comprising 18 villages, is located in west of Krishna district., well connected with the City, the research is done in the through various data that are collected are discussed, through primary and secondary sources, and analysis of the existing data Obtained from Rurban cluster guidelines and other sources, and the total block is divided into 4 different zones, according to connected villages nearby and strategies proposed therefore, there would be a significant change in the rural development, as tomorrow as a part of urban agglomeration, these villages would become parts of the main city, and hence development strategies suggested would work in terms of Integrated rural block development planning

Particle swarm optimization(PSO) and Ants colany optimisation (ACO) which can be used in optimization problems. This makes a evaluation of the two strategies on a optimization trouble and additionally it helps for PID controller parameters. It is additionally used in the step response of a third order device to get better results. Its described in terms of overshoot, settling time and constant state error. The simulation is carried out the use of MAT LAB. The end result is in contrast with the performance of PID controller tuned the usage of traditional methods like Ziegler Nichols, Tyreus Luyben and Internal control. The proposed PSO based totally PID controller has most reliable aspects like convenient implementation, steady convergence characteristic and good computational efficiency.

Abstract The paper aims at analysing the trade scenario of the states of Indias North Eastern Region (NER), in general and Tripura in Particular with the neighbouring countries of India in the regime of ACT East Policy to promote economic development of this region. The North-East Region (NER) has been thriving to keep pace with the rest of India in terms of socio-economic indicators due to its geographical isolation. Its Poor infrastructure and limited connectivity has emerged as key constraints to its growth of economic development despites of its plenty of natural resources in-terms of forests and spices, minerals like natural gas, oil and coal, limestone, etc. as well as human resources. North Eastern Region has a strategic location in view point of international trade concern. Geographically this region is situated in the tri-junction of South, South-East and East Asia. Government of India has taken several initiatives to improve connectivity and physical infrastructure to facilitate formal border trade through the NER under Act East Policy in 2014. The setting up of modernised Land Customs Centres (LCS) and Border Haat are the positive initiatives towards the direction of increasing formal border trade. The official trade between Tripura and Bangladesh started in 1995-96 and import-export trade of Tripura with the neighbouring country of Bangladesh has increased from a meagre Rs 4.12 crores during 1995-96 to about Rs 537.08 crore during the year 2018- 19. In the light of the above, the paper based on secondary data is an effort to highlight the export-import scenario of NER with the neighbouring countries particularly with Bangladesh. Appropriate statistical tools are to be used for analysis of data. The paper is to be divided into three sections. Section- I is introductory in nature, highlighting methodology, objectives of the study and review of literature, Section II deals with discussion and analysis, Section III remains for conclusion and suggestions.

The main objective behind writing this article is to study the revival of the economy in the post Covid period through Indian MSME sector which is considered as the backbone of the Indian economy. Due to the lockdown the hardest hit is the MSME segment with their activity coming to a complete halt. The worst part of this crisis is that the Government and big business together owe these small firms nearly Rs 6 lakh crore. The definition of MSME is revised and the way MSMEs are defined now will bring more enterprises under the purview of being classified as MSME. Covid-19 and the anger against China have made global corporations to actively look to source products outside China. To grab this once in a life time opportunity speed is critical. Current areas of strength should be consolidated and the export to be more diversified. To make the MSMEs atmanirbhar the dues owed to them should be repaid promptly. The industries which are heavily dependent on China must be identified and the MSME sector should be encouraged to become independent of such global disturbances. The new backbone of MSMEs is the technology as in the post Covid world remote access to everything will be the order of the day. There is a need to focus on import substitution to replace foreign imports with domestic production. An important part of larger supply chains are MSMEs and their health has a bearing on the supply chain.

In the past, human rights have been conceptualized in a way that did not take account of womens lives and the fact that they experienced violence, crime, discrimination, and coercion. In the past, women followed certain norms and traditions that put many restraints upon them, primarily in the male-dominated society. The work of activists, human rights mechanisms, and States have been critical in ensuring that the human rights framework has developed and adjusted to summarize the gender-specific dimensions of human rights violations to safeguard women in a better way. Efficiently ensuring womens human rights requires a wide-ranging understanding of the fundamental societal structures and power relations that define and stimulate the ability of women to enjoy human rights. These power structures have an impact on all aspects of life, from law and politics to economic and social policy, family and community life, education, training, skill development, and attainment of employment opportunities.

ABSTRACT Human rights education is defined as the learning process that builds up the required knowledge, value and proficiency of human rights of which the objective is to develop an acceptable human rights culture. The emphasis on Human Rights Education began in 1995 with the beginning of the United Nation Decade for Human Right Education. Human Right Education is a learning that develop the knowledge, skill and values of human rights with the board goal of building a universal human rights culture. Human rights education will move students for understanding human rights concepts to examining their experiences from a human rights perspective and incorporating these concepts into their personal values and decision-making process. Human Right Education promotes awareness and understanding of human rights issues so that people recognize violations of human rights. It develop skill, ability and attitudes necessary for the defence and respect for human rights, so people do not violate the rights of others. Human Rights Education promote awareness and understanding the idea that human rights provide a framework for negotiating and agreeing on standards of behaviour in the family community, school society and the work. Human Rights Education gives knowledge about the interdependence of civil, social, cultural, economic and political rights. It helps to recognize the absolute root causes of human rights concerns. Actually, Human Right Education gives knowledge about the key concepts such as freedom, justice, human dignity, equality, non-discrimination, sustainability, poverty, democracy, rights, duties, responsibilities, solidarity, peach and interdependence. Human Right Education develops the skill of critical thinking by finding relevant information, appraising evidence critically, being aware of preconceptions and biases. It also develop the ability to work cooperatively address conflict positively and participate in organize social groups. In this present paper researcher highlights 360 degree perspective of Human Right Education.

In the current era, opinions and ideologies of people are often expressed through the internet via sites like social media sites, micro blogging sites, etc. Sentimental analysis, a part of text mining is used classify these opinions or sentiments in a positive, negative or neutral manner. For this particular work, the sentiments of the tweets or reviews published in the twitter is identified by specific keywords in tweets. They tweets are then classified as to whether they have a positive or a negative outlook. The sentiments of the tweets are based on a specific selection of tweets. In this paper, we will check the accuracy of different fields such as precision, accuracy, etc, with three machine learning classifiers, namely, Random Forest, Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine(SVM).
