A tiny, prickly plant in the Acanthaceae family, Barleria prionitis goes by several colloquial names, but is most commonly known as "porcupine flower." This is a native plant to parts of Africa and South Asia. Ayurvedic and other traditional systems recognize the flower, root, stem, leaf. Its important source of secondary metabolites, which include tannin, saponin, flavonoids, alkaloids, glycosides, and phenolic compounds, has been demonstrated by recent pharmacognostical screening to have effective anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, and gastroprotective properties. This can be viewed as an overview of the present state of Barleria prionitis development. Dental health is just as vital as general wellness. People may have more oral health issues these days, such as gingivitis, periodontal disease, sore throats, plaque, mouthulcer and more. Numerous formulations are available to support the maintenance of optimal oral health. It is advised to use mouthwash to reduce bacteria, pain, bad breath, and plaque. Because herbal mouthwash has fewer adverse effects, is non-irritating, less poisonous, and doesn't contain alcohol, it is recommended over chemical mouthwash. Because herbal mouthwash is manufactured from extracts of crude medications, it has less or no side effects when compared to synthetic mouthwash. Several plant extracts are used to make herbal mouthwashes. The following herbs--which are helpful in dentistry--are mentioned in this article: clove, peppermint, tulsi, neem and honey. The current study aims to create and assess a herbal mouthwash and assess its efficacy in combating the oral cavity's microbial load. The plant materials were gathered and their water-soluble components removed. The prepared mouthwash's physicochemical characteristics and antibacterial efficacy were further assessed. The mouthwash that is currently available has good antibacterial properties. The stability study's findings support the efficacy of the preparation. Currently available mouthwash is a liquid formulation that often includes both antibacterial and antiseptic ingredients. These solutions have the potential to decrease microbial growth in the oral cavity like mouthulcers or sores.

Dermatitis, a common inflammatory skin condition, poses challenges in terms of effective and well-tolerated treatment options. It is characterized by inflammation of the skin, often necessitates treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and corticosteroids which may pose some limitations, side effects and significant health challenges with conventional treatments. This article provides a thorough exploration of the therapeutic potential of medicinal plants in the management of dermatitis exploring an alternative therapeutic approach by focusing on Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors, a class of drugs that have shown promise in modulating inflammatory pathways Dermatitis is a common inflammatory skin condition that requires minimally invasive therapeutic interventions to be effective. Many reviews reveal the involvement of JAK-STAT signaling in dermatitis pathogenesis and highlights the potential of JAK inhibitors in mitigating inflammation. discussing the specific mechanisms of action of JAK inhibitors, their role in regulating immune responses, and their potential benefits in comparison to traditional treatments centred on qualities that are skin-soothing, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory.

Women education has always been traditionally ignored or not given enough importance due to undervaluation of their contribution in family income especially of the natal family. Therefore, parents are reluctant to invest much in daughter's education. However, parental attitude towards their education has changed as societal outlook and labour market dynamics have changed over time. This paper tries to shed lights on the progress of women education since independence. The study reveals that there had been significant positive change in women participation in school education as well as higher education though there is gap in the progression from lower stages of education to higher levels. Besides, in higher education though their participation has increased largely but it is more prominent in general degree courses rather than professional degrees. Faculty wise distribution reveals that women are still far behind men in terms of their participation in professional education.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to empirically study the relationship between financial services and economic growth, and contribute to the already available literature on the relationship of financial services or sectors to economic growth Design/methodology/approach - The study used the Ordinary least square regression approach. The sample covered yearly time-series data from 1990 to 2022, i.e. 32 years. Findings - The results suggest that financial services related to economic growth were as Liquid liability as % of GDP and the commercial bank branch as per 100,000 positively correlated to the economic growth and investment and saving and capital formation negatively correlated to economic growth, given the financial liberation and reforms the country is currently enjoying, the country has not fully brought the desired positive effects on economic growth.
