Herbal therapy and herbal drugs predominates in traditional medicine as well as in alternative medicine practiced in the developed world. Among the various indications where traditional herbal medicines are used, skin and skin related disorders is ranked top. Thus, the main objective of the present study is to formulate and evaluate a poly herbal ointment with antiseptic activity. Even in areas where modern medicine is available, the interest on herbal medicines and their utilization have been increasing rapidly in recent years. Plant derived substances and herbal medicines have recently attracted the great interest towards their versatile application, as medicinal plants are the richest source of bioactive compounds used in traditional and modern medicine. The present work is to formulate and evaluate the herbal ointment containing Neem (Azadirachta indica) and Turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract. The ethanolic extracts were prepared by using maceration method. The ointment base was prepared and formulation of herbal ointment was done by incorporating the extract in the base by levigation method. After completion of formulation it was evaluated for its physicochemical parameters like colour, odour, pH, spreadability, extrudability, consistency, solubility, washability. Also the formulation was evaluated for its stability at various temperature conditions which shows no change in the irritancy, spreadability. Thus, it could become a media to use the medicinal properties of Neem and Turmeric effectively and easily as a simple dosage form.

Maximum power point tracking techniques are used in solar photo voltaic system to maximize PV array output power. Different techniques are proposed for implementing the MPPT. In this study, a Buck-Boost converter operating on a 5KW PV system has been designed. The designed circuit is analyzed using two MPPT techniques, viz, P&O and INC algorithm and simulation studies are made using MATLAB/SIMULINK software. The obtained results are presented in the result section and the results are compared to verify the effectiveness of the techniques considered.

The study not only examines the effect of demography on the delinquent behaviour of individual but also considers the loan characteristics as determinants. The data denoting characteristics of loan has been collected in the form of secondary data. Total 250 samples collected from one of the applications and web based microlending Institutions in West Bengal. The data collected in the form of primary and secondary has been analysed with the use of descriptive statistics and non-parametric test to develop the findings of the study.

The pursuit of healthier, more vibrant hair has led to the rise of herbal shampoos, marking a shift towards natural alternatives in the realm of hair care. This paper delves into the evolution and characteristics of herbal shampoo formulations, exploring their advantages, limitations, and role in promoting holistic hair health. Herbal shampoos, formulated with botanical extracts and essential oils, offer a gentle yet effective approach to cleansing and nourishing the hair and scalp. With a foundation rooted in traditional remedies and natural ingredients, herbal shampoos cater to the growing consumer demand for safe, sustainable, and efficacious hair care products. The advantages of herbal shampoos are multifaceted, encompassing increased hair luster, decreased hair fall, and the preservation of natural oils essential for hair health. These formulations also boast a completely natural composition, free from harsh chemicals, making them gentle on both the skin and scalp. However, herbal shampoos are not without their limitations. Challenges such as ingredient variability, stability issues, and the need for preservatives can pose obstacles to formulation and quality control. Nonetheless, the benefits they offer outweigh these challenges, making them a compelling choice for those seeking a more natural approach to hair care. The exploration of herbal shampoo formulations exemplifies the fusion of science and nature in personal care. By harnessing the power of botanical ingredients, herbal shampoos offer a holistic solution to hair care needs, prioritizing safety, efficacy, and sustainability. As the demand for natural hair care alternatives continues to grow, herbal shampoos stand poised to play a central role in shaping the future of hair care practices.
