Genetics has undergone a revolution because of gene editing technologies, especially CRISPR-Cas9. These technologies allow for accurate, effective, and cost-effective modifications to DNA. Although the scientific world applauds these developments for their potential to improve human capacities and eliminate genetic diseases, there are significant ethical questions. The goal of this paper is to present a thorough analysis of the ethical discussions surrounding gene editing technology by looking at case studies, moral dilemmas, and legal issues.

ABSTRACT: A new global change in the earth's atmosphere is greatly affected by climate change and degradation of natural resources and environment. Environmental mitigation measures in this paper examined the collection of baseline information on Chinnagoundanur, Sankari, Manjakalpatti, Devannagoundanur, Kaliyanur villages in Sankari Taluk in Salem Districts. Identifications of the 4 areas of villages and aspects in these air pollution studies are very important role in dispersion of air quality and health benefits from a comprehensive mitigation strategy in the residential areas of pollutants, mining and is estimated within the atmosphere. The Ambient of Air Quality has been monitored around the areas of villages. At all locations, the PM2.5,PM10, SO2,and NOx values are found to be within the limit and as the existing airquality measured during the season. Compared to the baseline, the residentialmitigation scenario will result in 28% and 11% lower PM2.5 and SO2 emissions. Thispaper helps to reduce the dust and noise levels below the desirable limits in Sankari Taluk and further improved the working environment.

Through her powerful storytelling, Bama, a Dalit writer from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, dismantles oppressive narratives and creates a liberating world by weaving complex webs from her lived experience. This paper embarks on a linguistic journey through selected works by Bama, focusing mainly on his novel Karukku and short stories, and how he used language as a tool for social criticism and cultural flexibility. Examining Bama's skillful use of code-switching between Tamil and Dalit dialects, we see how she subverts linguistic hierarchies and brings the marginalized Dalit voice to the fore. We analyze the deployment of imagery and metaphors often rooted in nature and the body to highlight the harsh realities of caste discrimination and its embodied experiences. This study explores Bama's innovative manipulation of syntax and narrative structure, particularly his non-linear storytelling, to challenge dominant social stereotypes and offer a subversive perspective on history. It acts as a transformative weapon and destroys the language of the oppressor. Creates alternative worlds within the fabric of words. Their linguistic choices empower Dalit communities by fostering a sense of shared identity and weaving paths of resistance and liberation.

The removal of benzene derivatives through an advanced oxidation process known as Fenton Reaction utilizing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is an effective method to address environmental pollution. Benzene, a common environmental contaminant, poses significant health risks as a known carcinogen. Advanced oxidation processes like Fenton H2O2 offer a sustainable solution for the remediation of benzene-contaminated water and soil. The Fenton Reaction, a catalytic process, involves the generation of hydroxyl radicals (oOH) through the reaction between H2O2 and ferrous ions (Fe +2). These highly reactive oOH radicals can efficiently degrade organic pollutants such as benzene derivatives through oxidation processes, leading to the formation of non-toxic by-products. One of the key advantages of employing H2O2 in the Fenton process is its ability to generate oOH radicals under mild conditions without producing harmful by-products. This environmentally friendly characteristic makes Fenton-H2O2 a suitable choice for benzene removal in terms of sustainability and efficiency. Research studies have shown the effectiveness of the Fenton-H2O2 process in degrading benzene derivatives, highlighting its potential for environmental remediation. The synergy between H2O2 and Fe +2 ions ensure the continuous generation of oOH radicals, leading to the degradation of benzene compounds into less harmful substances. Furthermore, the Fenton-H2O2 process can be optimized by controlling various parameters such as pH, H2O2 concentration, and Fe +2 dosage to enhance the removal efficiency of benzene derivatives. By fine-tuning these parameters, the process can be tailored to specific environmental conditions, making it a versatile and adaptable solution for benzene contamination. In conclusion, the advanced oxidation process Fenton-H2O2 offers a sustainable and effective approach for the removal of benzene derivatives in contaminated water and soil. Its ability to generate highly reactive oOH radicals under mild conditions makes it a promising technology for environmental remediation. By harnessing the power of H2O2 and Fe +2 ions, the Fenton process provides a viable solution to address the challenges posed by benzene pollution, contributing to a cleaner and safer environment for all.

A significant barrier to success in academics and other academic domains is academic anxiety. An increasing percentage of students worldwide are experiencing anxiety related to science. Science is a subject that is important and required for all students in the Indian educational system, from primary school through higher secondary school. The understanding of science is constantly improving at every school level. Because of this, students who have a large amount of science to learn and who must prepare for scientific aptitude frequently feel pressured. There is a growing amount of pressure on secondary pupils to do well in science, solve scientific problems in the classroom, and prepare for school and other competetive exams. The investigator felt it was worthwhile to investigate the relationship between academic anxiety and the acquisition of scientific concepts by checking achievement in science among students in class XI. For this study, the sample was drawn from six higher secondary school students of Koraput district of Odisha state. The sample of 120 students in the class XI was randomly selected from Govt. school/college students. For the present study the researcher have used the Academic Anxiety Scale for children of Dr.A.K.Singh and Dr. A Sengupta (1984) and Science marks of each students of second term examination were taken into consideration from school registered record. The findings show that the correlation between academic anxiety and science achievement was very weakly positive.

ABSTRACT: The prevalence of suicidal tendencies among college students has become an alarming public health issue, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of its multifaceted causes and implications. This study delves into the rising tide of suicidal behaviors in higher education settings, examining psychological, social, and academic factors that contribute to this phenomenon. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research synthesizes quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from in-depth interviews with students, mental health professionals, and educators. Key findings reveal a correlation between increased academic pressure, social isolation, financial stress, and mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. The study also explores the impact of digital media and societal expectations on students' mental well-being. Recommendations include the implementation of robust mental health support systems, proactive intervention strategies, and the promotion of a campus culture that prioritizes emotional well-being and resilience. By highlighting the critical need for targeted mental health initiatives, this research aims to inform policy-makers, educators, and healthcare providers in developing effective strategies to mitigate the risk of suicide among college students and foster a supportive educational environment.
