 Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) remain a leading cause of mortality globally, necessitating effective risk prediction models for early identification and intervention. In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a promising tool for predicting cardiovascular events, offering the potential to enhance risk stratification and clinical decision-making. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of current trends and future directions in AI-based models for predicting cardiovascular events. We survey the literature to examine the various AI techniques, including machine learning (ML) algorithms, deep learning models, and ensemble methods, employed for cardiovascular risk prediction. Additionally, we discuss the key features, strengths, and limitations of these models, highlighting their potential clinical applications and challenges. Furthermore, we explore emerging trends such as multimodal data fusion, interpretability, and personalized medicine, and their implications for advancing cardiovascular risk prediction. By synthesizing existing research findings and identifying areas for future exploration, this review aims to provide insights for researchers, clinicians, and policymakers involved in cardiovascular disease management and prevention.

 Abstract

The rapid advancements in medical imaging and computational techniques have significantly improved brain tumor diagnosis and treatment. OpenCV, an open-source computer vision library, has emerged as a pivotal tool in enhancing brain tumor image segmentation. This review explores the recent developments in utilizing OpenCV for brain tumor segmentation, highlighting the integration of traditional image processing methods and modern machine learning algorithms. Key techniques such as thresholding, edge detection, and morphological operations are discussed in the context of their implementation via OpenCV. Additionally, the paper addresses the challenges encountered, including the variability in tumor appearance, the need for high computational resources, and the necessity for large annotated datasets. The review concludes by identifying future directions, emphasizing the potential of OpenCV in combination with deep learning frameworks to achieve more accurate and efficient brain tumor segmentation.

 Abstract

The proliferation of fake news on digital platforms poses a significant threat to the integrity of information and public discourse. This study explores the application of machine learning techniques to identify and analyze fake news. By leveraging natural language processing (NLP) and various classification algorithms, we aim to develop a robust framework for distinguishing between genuine and fake news articles. Our methodology involves data collection from diverse sources, feature extraction, and model training using algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines (SVM), and Neural Networks. We evaluate the performance of these models based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Our findings indicate that combining NLP techniques with machine learning classifiers can significantly enhance the detection of fake news, offering a viable solution for mitigating the spread of misinformation. This research underscores the importance of advanced computational approaches in preserving the authenticity of information in the digital age.

 Abstract

The Hungry Tide calls for an inclusive approach to equality and conservation by exposing the vulnerability of underprivileged women and the ecology through the interweaving of ecofeminism and environmental justice. Gender and diversity are connected through a number of intersections. The idea that women are the "second sex" is akin to the incapacity to accept diversity, which is mirrored in development ideologies that cause biological diversity to be replaced and eventually exterminated. A patriarchal worldview marginalizes variety and promotes hierarchy by placing man as the primary measure of value. Women are therefore seen as inferior and unequal because they are different. This viewpoint also applies to nature, when variety is commercialized for profit rather than appreciated for its inherent value. Therefore, diversity is troublesome due to commercial criteria, which see it as a deficiency. According to Environmentalists Vandhana Shiva, this ideology fosters the development of monocultures and encourages the erasure of diversity in order to uphold the demands of capitalist patriarchy.

 Abstract

Maintaining the beauty and youthfulness of our face and other body part tend to be a daily preoccupation for many women and men. Skin, particularly the face is in constant contact with the external environment and is also significantly affected by internal factors like our health and lifestyle. Age perception is based on the facial attributes such as- wrinkles, skin gravity, lustre etc. The beauty of the skin depends on the proper sleep, moisture, exercise, age, pollution, smoke, alcohol, etc. Aging of the skin is due to the deposition of free radicals. Cosmeceutical can be defined as a cosmetic product that is purported to have therapeutic action capable of affecting the skin positively beyond the time of its application. Derma-cosmeceuticals are medical-dermatological skin care products that are claimed to maintain and even improve the skin's function. Ayurveda cosmeceutical products already play an important role in the global industry of cosmetics and the use of Panchakarma in cosmeceutics made a strong stand in the cosmetic industry as well. Panchakarma is the complete purification of body and it is popular for cellular detoxification. It also acts like antioxidant and it reduce the inflammation by inhibiting the T cell activation. Through this literary review it has been attempted to outline the Panchakarma as an effective therapy in the world of cosmeceutics.

 Abstract

With this research work, the researchers were motivated by their continued intellectual joy and field contribution to work as bridge and alerting junior entrepreneurs who are interest to invest in tourism and hospitality sector in the study location ( Gasabo District-Bumbogo Sector) or elsewhere. Within six months, researchers collected qualitative data to deeply understand types of customers being expected, demagogies used by worse customers, important business partners and how to finance the newly opened business. The varieties of customers such as information seekers, real buyers, royal buyers, challengers, destroyers and other more, are the results of this research work. Four recommendations are given to junior business entrepreneurs engaging in tourism and hospitality, those include: (1) know to deal with customer varieties, (2) Early detection of business antagonists, (3) Maintain good partnership with all important partners, and (4) Improve personal financial discipline

 Abstract

The paper is a reflection of the descriptive study done for observations thereof on Bakery industry in India, as a means to have a comprehensive understanding of the industry. The paper amply throws light on how the market grew in size over decades, and what the current scenario is and what are the expected future prospects. The observations brought in here in the paper from various sources of the repository of expert study papers, would provide a view for the readers, as to what the future will be for the bakery industry, which is currently growing, making giant steps forward, on account of the changing life-styles and eating habits. The bakery foods also have the credit of having to contribute to the food security and sustainability issues, which is a great value that bakery, per se, has been able to give to the food industry. The paper thus makes possible a descriptive study on Bakery in India, the past, present and the future.

 Abstract

"Sunlight on a Broken Column" is a novel by Attia Hussain that explores the impact of the Partition of India in 1947 on a young woman named Laila. The story follows Laila as she navigates the changing political landscape and social dynamics of her country, grappling with the loss of her family's ancestral home and the upheaval of her once privileged life. The broken column in the title symbolizes the shattered lives and fractured identities of those affected by the Partition. The sunlight represents hope and resilience, shining through the cracks and illuminating the possibility of healing and rebuilding in the aftermath of tragedy. Through Laila's personal journey, the novel sheds light on the larger themes of nationalism, identity, and the enduring impact of historical events on individual lives. It is a poignant and powerful exploration of the human cost of political upheaval and the struggle to find meaning and belonging in a world torn apart by division.
