This research investigates the integration of Digital Twin (DT) technology with quality-aware production management in apparel sewing lines. Traditional DT applications focus primarily on production efficiency, often overlooking the critical aspect of quality control (QC). This study proposes a novel digital twin framework that incorporates real-time quality data to enhance decision-making in apparel manufacturing. Using system simulation, real-time data feeds, and quality performance metrics, the model was tested in a simulated apparel production environment. Results show significant improvement in product quality, defect reduction, and production responsiveness, establishing a new paradigm in textile Industry 4.0 practices.

Depression is a prevalent and debilitating mental health disorder affecting over 300 million people worldwide. Current pharmacological treatments, including selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants, are limited by delayed onset of therapeutic action, incomplete efficacy, and adverse side effects. This has stimulated growing interest in exploring natural products as alternative or complementary antidepressant agents. Argyreia nervosa, a climbing plant native to the Indian subcontinent and traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, has demonstrated promising neuropharmacological properties. The seeds of Argyreia nervosa are rich in bioactive compounds such as ergoline alkaloids, flavonoids, and polyphenols, which are implicated in modulating central nervous system functions. This review critically examines preclinical evidence assessing the antidepressant potential of Argyreia nervosa seed extracts in male Swiss albino mice. Behavioral models widely used to evaluate depressive-like symptoms, including the Forced Swim Test and Tail Suspension Test, consistently show significant reductions in immobility time following administration of the extracts, indicating antidepressant-like effects comparable to standard drugs. Mechanistic studies highlight multiple pathways by which Argyreia nervosa exerts its effects, including enhancement of monoaminergic neurotransmission, inhibition of monoamine oxidase enzymes, antioxidant and neuroprotective activity, upregulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and normalization of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. Safety assessments indicate a favorable toxicity profile for Argyreia nervosa seed extracts at therapeutic doses. Taken together, these findings support the therapeutic potential of Argyreia nervosa seeds as a natural antidepressant and warrant further investigation, including clinical trials, to validate efficacy and safety in humans.

Abstract: Media plays a significant role in shaping public perception and influencing societal behaviours, with the power to promote progress and social norms. Ideally, the media should maintain accuracy and impartiality, yet there are notable disparities in its coverage, especially regarding women and their viewpoints. Female politicians, in particular are often underrepresented in media. Studies show that when a man enters politics, his gender is rarely mentioned, whereas a woman's gender becomes a central theme in media discussions. Research also suggests that female politicians are less visible in the media compared to their male counterparts and are often portrayed through biased lenses, involving stereotypes or discrimination. Media coverage of elections is crucial not only for the public, civil society, state institutions and political parties but also for the private, nongovernmental sector, and the international community. Nagaland is no exception to this media bias, particularly concerning the focus on women candidates. This paper focuses how media projects women candidates in Nagaland, assess the portrayal of women candidates in the media, and make a brief comparison of media treatment of male and female candidates during elections in Nagaland. The study is primarily based on secondary data.

As self-checkout technology advances in today's retail settings, ensuring smooth interaction between various devices has become an essential task. With the increasing complexity of systems that include barcode scanners, payment terminals, RFID readers, and mobile applications, innovative solutions are necessary to close communication gaps, boost efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This research presents a multi-layered approach that incorporates standardized protocols, middleware, AI-powered coordination, and real-time monitoring to enable seamless device communication. Tests conducted in a simulated environment showed notable improvements, including a 58% reduction in communication delays, a 68% drop in error rates, and a 67% decrease in the time it takes to resolve issues, along with a 28% increase in transaction processing speed. The paper wraps up by discussing ongoing challenges and future directions for improving system scalability, privacy protection, and robustness.

The transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 to Oracle Cloud ERP represents a monumental shift in enterprise operations, driven by the demands of digital transformation, scalability, and real-time data intelligence. This review explores the strategic, technical, and organizational dimensions of migrating to Oracle Cloud ERP with minimal operational disruption. Drawing from peer-reviewed studies, industry case analyses, and vendor best practices, the study identifies critical factors such as organizational readiness, change management, phased deployment strategies, and adaptive learning systems. It also proposes a theoretical model and presents empirical results from real-world implementations. The analysis reveals that, when strategically planned, Oracle Cloud ERP upgrades lead to substantial improvements in operational efficiency, financial reporting cycles, and user satisfaction. However, customization rework, data cleansing, and third-party system integration remain persistent challenges. This paper concludes with future directions that emphasize AI augmentation, industry-specific deployment frameworks, and intelligent migration automation.

According to the 2025 world GDP rankings, India is the fourth-largest economy in the world. GDP represents the total monetary value of all goods and services produced within a country in a given year. The sectoral contribution to GDP provides insight into the composition of the economy and the relative contributions of different sectors. The primary objective of this study is to analyze India's GDP growth and the contributions of various sectors. The study reveals that the pattern of sectoral contribution has remained largely consistent over the years, some variations in intensity have been observed.
