This research presents a QR code-based attendance system that streamlines and digitizes the attendance process in educational institutions. It allows educators to generate session-specific QR codes for each lecture, which students scan via a mobile app to mark attendance. These QR codes are time-limited to prevent misuse. All data is securely stored in a centralized MySQL database and accessed through a real-time web dashboard. Built using Node.js and a modern frontend, the system eliminates proxy attendance, offers real-time tracking, and ensures secure, scalable operations for both teachers and students.

In an age defined by rapid digitalization and evolving consumer expectations, the essence of speed has become central to consumption patterns, particularly among younger population. This study explores the role of speed in shaping consumer behaviour, with a sectoral focus on fast fashion, within the broader framework of India's accelerating lifestyle dynamics. Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study integrates structured surveys and thematic analysis to understand generational attitudes toward speed-driven consumption. Key findings indicate that while speed is a visible characteristic of the fast fashion model, it is not a statistically dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions; factors like price, quality, and trendiness hold greater weight. However, significant associations were found between speed preference and variables like age and frequency of impulsive purchases, suggesting that lifestyle rhythm and emotional triggers may shape these preferences more than income, gender, or employment status. The study contributes to the understanding of contemporary consumer behaviour, offering insights into how businesses might navigate the tension between accelerated consumption and the emerging shift toward ethical and sustainable choices.

Agriculture is the main occupation of the people, contributes 15.4% to the state's GDP, and is a major source of income and employment in the rural areas. The development of agrarian sector always depends on the farmer's active participation in adopting scientific methods of technology, fertile land, availability of basic inputs, finance, favourable weather conditions, marketing information on real time and simultaneously pro-active policies and initiatives from the government side are the essential pre-conditions required for the attainment of real development. But while delivering public services in the farming sector, in the organization mechanism itself, we found problems like corruption, red-tapism, delay, inefficiency, lack of transparency and accountability, reasoning that 100% achievement cannot be achieved in the farming sector. However, the ICT-based public services will resolve all these obstacles due to their qualitative features, such as efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, bringing out the grassroots level upliftment of farmers. In this respect, this paper analyzes the impact of E-governance initiatives on agricultural development focus on the production area, major E-governance initiatives of the Karnataka government, and issues and challenges while delivering public services to the farmers in rural areas.

The Provisions of the Panchayats (Extension to Scheduled Areas) Act (PESA Act) aims to empower tribal communities by ensuring self-governance and control over natural resources. However, there is a lack of awareness about PESA Act amongst the tribal youth which limits its effectiveness. Educating the tribal youth about the PESA Act can help improve tribal rights awareness and skill building capacity. This paper evaluates the impact of diploma program in Community Forest Rights Management, launched by the Mumbai school of Economics and Public Policy, University of Mumbai, on its participants and can provide useful cues to effectiveness of similar programs targeting better outreach and implementation of various schemes for tribal welfare. The study explores the effectiveness of an intervention programme to improve the understanding of the participants especially in the context of effective implementation of PESA.

Abstract The problems in the Char Areas are unique in nature, due to constant threat from flood and erosion during the rainy season. According to the Assam Government records the char chapari covers 3,608 sq. km of the Brahmaputra basin which is about 4.6 % of the geographical area of Assam. It spreads across 23 sub division of 14 districts from Sadiya in the East to Dhubri in the west. Most of the char dwellers are East Bengal rooted and were brought to Assam during the British era for cultivate the wetland. Actually they are anthropologically Dravidian. No mega developmental schemes can be taken in these areas. The land mass is segregated and cut off from each other, making it very difficult for taking any major scheme for road communication, irrigation, Power supply or setting of educational institutions. There is no long run plans for Flood control and scientific permanent protection of the river Brahmaputra from devastating erosion . About 80% of the Char population lives below poverty line. The basic objective of the Char development programmed is to augment development by adopting some special schemes to be implemented directly by the Char Areas Development, Assam during the Twelve Plan. The aim of the present study is to detect the major problems faced by char dwellers of Mahajanpara village of Jamadarhat development Block under Dhubri district of Assam and try to find the way to solve this problem in the long run.

Lateral load effects on high rise buildings are quite significant and increase rapidly with increase in height. In high rise structures, the behavior of the structure is greatly influenced by the type of lateral system provided and the selection of appropriate. The selection is dependent on many aspects such as structural behavior of the system economic feasibility and availability of materials. The structural performance of high-rise buildings is critically influenced by lateral load-resisting systems, especially under seismic loading conditions. This study investigates the dynamic behavior of a high-rise building equipped with bracings and shear walls when subjected to response spectrum analysis. The primary objective is to evaluate the efficiency of combined structural systems in enhancing the seismic resistance and overall stability of tall structures. A comparative analysis is conducted using structural modeling software to assess parameters such as lateral displacement, inter-storey drift, base shear, and modal behavior. The incorporation of bracings and shear walls is found to significantly reduce seismic response, demonstrating improved stiffness and energy dissipation capacity. The results underscore the importance of integrated lateral load-resisting systems in modern high-rise design, ensuring safety, serviceability, and code compliance under dynamic earthquake loading. In the design of high-rise buildings, ensuring structural stability and safety under seismic loads is a critical concern. This thesis presents a detailed analytical study on the seismic performance of a high-rise building incorporating both bracings and shear walls as lateral load-resisting systems. The building is analyzed using the Response Spectrum Method as per relevant seismic codes to assess its behavior under dynamic earthquake loading. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of bracing systems and shear walls individually and in combination in controlling lateral displacements, inter-storey drift, and base shear. A comparative analysis is carried out using structural analysis software, focusing on different configurations of bracing and shear wall placements. This research highlights the importance of hybrid structural systems in optimizing high-rise building responses to seismic excitations and provides valuable insights for engineers and designers aiming to develop safe, economical, and code-compliant structures in seismic-prone regions.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly deep learning, into medical diagnostics has revolutionized modern healthcare by enhancing accuracy, reducing diagnostic delays, and supporting clinical decision-making processes. This paper explores the transformative role of deep learning methodologies especially convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs) in advancing the precision of diagnostic tools across a variety of clinical domains. From medical imaging and pathology to genomics and electronic health records, deep learning models have demonstrated capabilities that often rival or exceed those of experienced clinicians in specific diagnostic tasks. We examine real world applications, including AI-driven detection of pneumonia from chest X-rays, skin cancer classification through dermoscopic images, and diabetic retinopathy recognition, highlighting both the performance metrics and the underlying model architectures. Furthermore, the paper addresses the significant benefits of AI integration, such as scalability, consistency, and the potential for deployment in resource-limited settings where trained professionals are scarce. However, the adoption of AI in healthcare also raises critical challenges. These include data bias, model interpretability, regulatory hurdles, and the ethical considerations surrounding patient data privacy. This paper critically evaluates these challenges, offering insights into the current limitations and proposing strategies for responsible and ethical implementation. Finally, the paper discusses the future outlook of deep learning in diagnostics, emphasizing the shift towards multimodal AI systems that integrate imaging, text, and genomic data for more holistic insights. The potential for personalized diagnostics and seamless integration with clinical workflows signifies a new era in precision medicine.

This take a look at examines how economic institutions have replied to the expansion and entry strategies of the Indian financial system through the years. In current years, we've seen that the worldwide economic system has faced many tough situations consisting of the Eurozone crisis, debts of fundamental international locations of the sector, financial ruin of banks and monetary institutions. Most important economies like the US and Europe have skilled economic slowdown due to growing uncertainty concerning the state of affairs. This increases some very important questions about sustainability, growth and survival. However, the Indian monetary market is one of the few markets that have controlled to remain robust notwithstanding some of these issues. The Indian banking region has grown at a super tempo within the closing decade. Higher lending, higher overall performance and profitability in comparison to banks in developing countries, reduced non-performing belongings and emphasis on economic inclusion have brought about a robust and good sized Indian business. To preserve a sustainable financial system, Indian banks have all started to reevaluate available possibilities and revise their boom strategies. This newsletter tries to examine the diverse challenges that Indian organizations are anticipated to stand. In 1960, the Reserve bank of India was given the authority to pressure vulnerable banks to merge with sturdy banks. Between 1951 and 1969, the overall wide variety of banks fell from 566 to 85. In July 1969, the authorities invested Rs. 200 crore in 1980. The Narasimha Committee document in 1992 endorsed vast reforms within the banking area to comply with the world over familiar banking standards. After the amendment of the economic regulation Act in 1993, new non-public companies entered the marketplace. The Indian banking zone has skilled numerous waves of economic crises. america financial crisis of 2008-2009 and the modern European crisis are latest events. the general situation of worldwide alternate is very complex. Indian legal guidelines and monetary policies have included India from international crises. To apprehend its possibilities and demanding situations, we need to first apprehend the general condition and structure of the Indian financial system.
