Agriculture is highly dependent on weather conditions, and unexpected climatic changes can severely affect crop yields. This project aims to develop an automated system that forecasts unwanted weather conditions and provides protection to crops accordingly. By integrating IoT-based sensors and machine learning algorithms, this system will detect unfavorable conditions such as heavy rainfall, extreme temperatures, or storms and take preventive actions like activating protective shelters or adjusting irrigation levels. The goal is to minimize losses and enhance agricultural productivity using real-time data analysis.

The AI-powered virtual try-on system represents a transformative approach in the fashion industry by enabling consumers to visualize clothing items on themselves digitally. This system utilizes state-of-the-art Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) for realistic image synthesis and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to generate personalized fashion recommendation, the system addresses key challenges in e-commerce such as fitting uncertainty and personalization. This system improves user experience by generating high-fidelity, pose-adaptive try-on images and recommending garments based on temporal user behavior patterns. Implemented via a modular GAN-LSTM pipeline, this technology aims to minimize the gap between physical and online shopping by allowing consumers to virtually try garments tailored to their body shapes and preferences. The system's dual focus on visual realism and behavioral personalization improves user engagement, reduces return rates, and facilitates data-driven fashion insights. Experimental results demonstrate notable improvements in image realism and recommendation accuracy.

Plea bargaining, a process through which an accused voluntarily pleads guilty in exchange for a lesser sentence or reduced charges, was introduced in India to address the chronic delay and burden on the criminal justice system. Initially incorporated through the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2005 by inserting Chapter XXIA (Sections 265A-265L) into the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the concept has now been retained in the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 under Chapter XXIII (Sections 289 to 303). The objective remains to promote judicial efficiency and reduce case pendency. However, the limited scope of applicability, excluding offences affecting the socio-economic fabric or carrying severe punishments, along with concerns over coercion, lack of awareness, and procedural inadequacies, continues to challenge its practical impact. This paper critically evaluates the current scope, effectiveness, and challenges of plea bargaining under the new legal regime and proposes reforms for its fair and effective implementation.

The advancement of automation in agriculture is critical in addressing the growing concerns of labor shortages, overuse of pesticides, and the health hazards faced by farmers due to manual spraying methods. In response to these challenges, the development of a Bluetooth-controlled agricultural pesticide spraying robot car offers a sustainable and low-cost solution. This paper reviews the design, implementation, and performance of a robotic spraying system that leverages embedded systems and wireless communication to control pesticide distribution efficiently. The system uses an Arduino UNO microcontroller, DC motors, servo motors, Bluetooth communication via an HC-05 module, and a 12V DC water pump to execute spraying functions precisely. The robot is controlled using an Android application, allowing farmers to manage the direction, movement, and spray mechanism remotely. This reduces direct contact with harmful chemicals, optimizes pesticide usage, and enhances spraying accuracy. Through a comparative literature review and practical implementation, this paper highlights the impact of such low-cost robotic innovations in revolutionizing small to mid-scale farming practices.

In a democratic society, we hope that every religion, no matter its core beliefs or moral views, will show respect for all faiths. This means that anyone who wants to follow their religious beliefs or any other personal convictions should be free to do so without interference from the government. The recent court case involving Article 25 of the Indian Constitution, which is all about "secularism," doesn't give us much to cheer about. This situation has become complicated because of external pressures that have really impacted the Constitution. This paper takes a critical look at how the current discussion surrounding the 1991 Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act is testing the very idea of secularism, a cornerstone of true democracy. The 1991 Act creates a clear responsibility for us to uphold secularism as outlined in the Indian Constitution. The Act aims to preserve the status of places of worship for all faiths as they existed on August 15, 1947, and to halt legal disputes over changes to their religious character. However, its validity is being challenged due to the rise of religious fervour and some indirect legal battles. The statute's preamble espouses the noble principle of secularism, which currently seems as elusive as bats that emerge in the dusk but vanish in the light of reality.

With college academics moving quickly, students try to get affordable resources that help them get the needed learning materials properly. Now, students are able to use a marketplace where they can trade educational documents such as textbooks and scholarly texts, among themselves. The bidding system offered by the platform results in more participation from students in their textbook deals. Students get to use the platform's accessible design which works for people familiar with technology as well as those who are new to the field. As well as providing user bids, the platform offers sustainability support by encouraging students to trade books as opposed to having them stay unused. The cost of textbooks has risen so much that it is now a big problem for students everywhere. Many students must decide to pay for education materials or daily needs because the cost of books is too high for them. Using traditional ways to get college books such as bookstores and libraries, means that costs go up and operations cannot be maintained. Having to update their materials because of new editions makes textbooks much more costly for students. Many students still prefer old-fashioned books to digital textbooks and Open Educational Resources (OERs) when gathering study materials for schoolwork. Because of the resale system, students are able to get materials for school at a better price and without problems. Because of enhanced security, reliable materials can be found and exchanged by using personal search tools and accessing information from the member community. The platform encourages sharing ideas at school, helps students save money and makes learning more environmentally friendly. There is a plan to help students during their studies by connecting each book to a new audience. Our mission is to academic resource swapping through collective membership.

The foundation of Viksit Bharat (Developed India) by 2047 rests on four key pillars, collectively known as 'GYAN': Garib (the poor), Yuva (youth), Annadata (farmers), and Nari (women). The empowerment of women, as one of these essential components, is vital for achieving this national vision. However, India continues to grapple with deep-seated challenges, including systemic barriers and persistent societal norms, which contribute to significant gender disparities in educational attainment and workforce participation. Addressing these issues demands strategic interventions that focus on improving access to education, ensuring healthcare availability, fostering financial independence, and implementing comprehensive policy reforms to promote and uphold gender equality. Empowering women both politically and economically will yield considerable societal advantages, leading to increased productivity, stronger communities, and more inclusive governance. By prioritizing women's empowerment, India can move closer to its 2047 goal of becoming a prosperous and equitable democracy.
