ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: This study evaluated the long term outcomes of exercise therapy for adhesive capsulitis. In this study, we understood how to overcome pain and improves ROM of shoulder. In this, we studied on two group Group A and Group B. In Group A we were using therapeutic protocol of treatment and in Group B we were using the conventional physiotherapy treatment. METHOD: The research was a clinical experimental trial using convenient sampling having 30 participants from the college OPD of Sanskriti university. The inclusion criteria were Unilateral primary Adhesive Capsulitis., Age group 40-70 years old and Patients who had not taken physiotherapy treatment previously for same condition, while the exclusion criteria were Patients who had Adhesive Capsulitis secondary to Shoulder dislocation, fractures, reflex sympathetic dystrophy and rotator cuff tears, Previous reduction under general anaesthesia, Neurologic deficits affecting Shoulder function in normal daily activities or Injection with corticosteroids in the affected Shoulder in the preceding 4 weeks. The tools and instrumentations used were Shoulder Pain and Disability Questionnaire, consent form, Goniometer, SWD, Thera Band, Dumbbells, Wand, Moist pack, etc. RESULT: All shoulder ROM showed significant improvement in both groups when compared with paired t-test for within group analysis. Group A had a significant decrease of SPADI score as compared to Group B by the end of treatment. Group A reduced by 19.73 and for Group B reduction was 12.53. CONCLUSION: From the results obtained from this study it could be concluded that given therapeutic protocol is effective for management of Adhesive Capsulitis. It has been demonstrated that the given therapeutic protocol is more successful in managing adhesive capsulitis than conventional treatments. The patient's functional ability and joint mobility both improved as a result of this therapeutic protocol. Subjects did, however, considerably improve with both treatment approaches; the differences with the conventional treatment strategy were negligible. FUNDING: There was no funding related to this study.

Cerebrovascular accident is the medical term for a stroke. A stroke is when blood flow to a part of brain is stopped either by a blockage or the rupture of a blood vessel. Stroke is the third leading cause of death and the most common cause of disability in the developed and developing countries. Stroke is a major cause of disability, mainly caused by motor disorders. Although most patients show significant improvement in motor function soon after stroke, 75% of patients remain deficient in the upper limbs after 3-6 months. Constraint-induced movement therapy is a neurorehabilitation approach developed, characterized by the retention of the less affected upper limb and the forced use of the affected arm. The aim of the study is to compare the effect of Conventional therapy and Constraint-induced movement therapy on upper extremity function among stroke patient. A total of 30 Stroke patient were recruited into this study and randomly assigned into two groups, the control group and trained group. Data were collected before training and 3 months after completing the training program. The study is Quasi Experimental study design. The study was conducted at outpatient Department, Physiotherapy. Group A - Receives Conventional therapy (Experimental - I) Group B - Receives Constraint-induced movement therapy (Experimental group - II). The Inclusion criteria and Exclusion criteria are considered in this research. The result is that CIMT is proved to be more statistically significant and clinically effective intervention in comparison to motor relearning programme among the patients aged between 35-60 years. Constraint induced movement therapy is significantly effective in improving upper limb function than conventional therapy on cerebrovascular accident patient.

Indians are the second highest speakers of English in the world. The higher education at the national or international level predominantly relies on English language as a means of communication among the students, pupils, tutors and professors. Writing in English language is a productive skill. It is difficult to become proficient and prolific in writing English with appropriate grammatical structures and forms because it is non-native language. Writing and communicating in English with proper grammatical structure and agreeable vocabulary at the level of post-graduation in Balaari and Koppal districts is accounted as the most complex process. English is learnt as a foreign language in these districts. Most of the students are from pastoral areas, where the students communicate in their mother tongue and regional language. This kind of atmosphere in the country side is the major cause for fossilizing the sophisticated English language in their daily routine. . This study is significant because it embraces the error analysis in learning context focusing on language use for postgraduate studies. The study would provide a clear linguistic feature analysis on term papers based on students' own research interest for educators and researchers. Challenges in writing English is described as a set of procedures to check out, analyse and rectify the errors which are practised unknowingly by the post graduate students in their writing in English. Rectification is made with the proper explained reason.

A robotic vision system is a technology that enables a robot to "see." These systems enable the machine to be able to identify, navigate, inspect or handle parts or tasks. To interact with the real world, robots require various sensory inputs from their surroundings, and the use of vision is rapidly increasing nowadays, as vision is unquestionably a rich source of information for a robotic system. In recent years, robotic manipulators have made significant progress towards achieving human-like abilities. There is still a large gap between human and robot dexterity.. The development of deep learning methods for vision applications has become a hot research topic. Given that deep learning has already attracted the attention of the robot vision community, the main purpose of this survey is to address the use of deep learning in robot vision.

Cash flow is the increase or decrease in the amount of money a business, organization, or individual has. Cash flow shows cash inflow and outflow in detail. The resulting Free Cash Flow often creates a disparity of interests between managers and investors. Managers want Free Cash Flow to be used for profitable investment plans to increase the remuneration received, while for investors Free Cash Flow is new funds that can be distributed as dividends. Therefore, problems will arise within the company which are usually referred to as agency problems. Conflicts of interest between the two parties will greatly influence the decisions taken by the company in Operating Performance. In managing their companies, managers more often put their own interests first, not the interests of the owners. This gives rise to initiatives for shareholders to design various governance tools in order to monitor managers and create confidence that the company will be managed according to the interests of investors (owners). Costs incurred due to the emergence of potential conflicts of interest are called agency costs. Agency Costs due to additional consumption and neglectful behavior and increases in Free Cash Flow resulting from internal operational efficiency, can result in better company performance. Free Cash Flow can provide companies with investment opportunities that will generate more value for the company which will increase Firm Value.

Thymus vulgaris, commonly known as thyme, is a culinary herb with a long history of traditional medicinal use. The present study involves the extraction of phytochemicals using various solvents of Thymus vulgaris extracts. The extracts were subjected to qualitative phytochemical analysis and quantification of important phytochemicals such as flavonoids, alkaloids and tannins was also done. The antioxidant capacity and anti-inflammatory potential of Thymus vulgaris methanolic extract was evaluated through DPPH scavenging assay and proteinase inhibition assays. This work provides valuable insights into the phytochemical profile of Thymus vulgaris and its potential applications in combating oxidative stress and inflammation-related disorders. This research may contribute to the development of natural remedies and pharmaceuticals with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties derived from Thymus vulgaris.
