This study presents a robust deep learning framework for the segmentation and classification of liver tumors from CT scan images, utilizing the publicly available 3Dircadb dataset. A comprehensive methodology is adopted, encompassing data preprocessing, augmentation, and dynamic generation to enhance training efficiency. Central to the approach is the ResUNet architecture, which integrates the strengths of U-Net and residual learning to accurately delineate liver tumors. The model is trained using the Adam optimizer with Dice coefficient loss, and its performance is evaluated using key metrics such as pixel accuracy, true positive rate, and Dice score. The system achieved a Dice coefficient of 0.89 and a true positive accuracy of 99.68%, demonstrating its high reliability in medical image segmentation. Comparative analysis with existing models highlights a notable improvement in accuracy and robustness. This research offers a promising direction for clinical diagnostics and computer-aided treatment planning in hepatology.

The aim of this research was to formulate and evaluate a herbal foot cream utilizing the synergistic properties of Aloe barbadensis, Azadirachta indica and Moringa oleifera along with the moisturizing benefits of Almond and Coconut oils. These herbal ingredients are traditionally known for their antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and skin-healing properties, suggesting their potential in addressing common foot problems such as dryness, cracking, and minor infections. The cream was formulated using a stable emulsion base, incorporating the selected herbal extracts at predetermined concentrations and the emollient oils. The formulated cream underwent a series of evaluation tests, including physical appearance, pH, viscosity, spreadability, skin irritation studies, and in vitro antimicrobial activity against common foot pathogens.

Numerous organizations have faced substantial environmental performance challenges resulting from more than a half-century of worldwide industrialization. Grounded in social learning theory and recourse-based view theory, this study explores environmental performance and its impact on employees and industry outcomes. Drawing on a cross-sectional online survey of 500 full-time employees working in the chemical industry in Lahore, Pakistan. The results revealed a significant positive influence of Green HRM practices on employees' green innovation as well as on environmental performance. Additionally, significant influences of study variables were recorded on outcomes such as green compensation and reward, green performance management and appraisal, green training and development, and green recruitment and selection. Several key policy insights related to consumer resistance to innovation in low-income societies and future research directions are suggested, along with theoretical and practical implications.

In the digital transformation era, IT Service Management (ITSM) is transforming from historical, reactive support paradigms to proactive, intelligent service ecosystems. This paper discusses the impact of intelligent automation, specifically with reference to the Flow Designer platform, in the transformation of ITSM operations. The article outlines an innovative architecture model which combines AI/ML decision engines, low-code workflow orchestration, and closed-loop feedback loops--offering a single, scalable framework for ITSM process automation.Contrary to existing work that separates AI methods or process automation into solitary silos, this work presents an overarching, multi-layered system design that unifies data consumption, smart analysis, automated processing, and perpetual optimization. The work is novel in the conceptualization of Flow Designer as being more than just an automation tool for tasks, but rather as a core orchestration engine that powers smart decision-making, adaptive workflow, and domain-specific extensibility.Through experimental outcomes and performance measures, the review illustrates considerable improvements in mean resolution time (-45.8%), automation coverage (+620%), and cost savings (-36%). The results are placed within the wider context of AI-based IT operations, providing practical insights for practitioners and a technically sound basis for further work in enterprise automation.

Filtration has gained increasing importance in the present global era in every day life owing to the advances happening in countries at a fast pace, which pose challenges to the environment due to the pollution. Filtration when rightly understood involves separation of insoluble substance from a fluid, permitting it to pass through a porous material. Developments are taking place various technologies are being utilized for filtration of air and water with continual improvement of the quality of filtration. This paper leads to use of filter cloth on different processes and will make the clear understanding on the factors that directly or indirectly influence of the quality and quantity of filtration using different kinds of filter cloth.

Edge computing, IoT, and microservices--on their own, each has value. But together, they're quietly reshaping how distributed commerce actually works. Businesses today want more speed, more flexibility, and experiences that feel tailored. That's where this trio starts to shine. This review gathers a mix of recent studies, practical insights, and conceptual thinking to unpack how these technologies interact on the ground. It digs into system design, shows how latency gets reduced, and how scaling and reliability are handled under pressure. It also doesn't ignore the messy bits--implementation hurdles, uneven results, or trade-offs teams face in real settings. All told, the evidence suggests that this combined approach isn't just clever--it's one of the more realistic paths forward for commerce that actually keeps up.

Customer-centric innovation in service promotion was explored to understand how emerging marketing techniques shaped customer loyalty and purchase intention via the mediating influence of customer trust among frequent e-commerce users. A structured web-based survey was administered to 350 active online shoppers, measuring customer-centric innovation, personalization, and use of emerging marketing techniques alongside customer trust, loyalty, and purchase intention on a five-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling with mediation analysis using SPSS AMOS revealed that innovative platform features and tailored promotional efforts did not directly influence loyalty or purchase intent; instead, their effects were realized exclusively through the cultivation of customer trust. These findings from this study suggested that without first establishing trust, even highly personalized or innovative digital service offerings failed to foster consumer commitment. Managerial implications underscore the importance of transparent data practices, secure transactions, and clear communication in deploying new interactive tools, recommendation algorithms, and loyalty programs to ensure that customer-centric initiatives effectively translate into loyalty and repeat purchasing.
