Career maturity refers to an individual's readiness and ability to make informed, realistic, and appropriate career decisions at different stages of life. It reflects how well a person understands themselves, their interests, strengths, values, and the world of work, as well as their capacity to plan and make career-related choices. Career maturity and self-confidence are positively related; individuals with higher self-confidence are better equipped to make informed and realistic career decisions. Self-confidence enhances one's ability to explore options, set goals, and commit to a chosen career path. Hence, the present investigation was carried out to study the career maturity of senior secondary school students in relation to gender and self-confidence. Descriptive survey method of research was used for the study. A sample of 819 senior secondary students was selected by employing random sampling technique. Data were collected by using standardized research tools i.e. Career Maturity Inventory by Nirmala Gupta and Self-Confidence Scale by Madhu Gupta and Bindiya Lakhani. Descriptive statistic and Analysis of Variance were used to Analyze the data. There was no significant difference in career maturity of senior secondary school students with respect to their gender. Senior secondary school students with different level of self-confidence differed significantly from each other with regard to their career maturity. Gender and self-confidence taken together have no significant interactional effect on career maturity of senior secondary school students.

The automatic transfer switch is helpful transfer the load from various power sources to ensure continuous operation of load. Automatic transfer switch is needed in developing countries where frequent power failure is a major problem. Industries, public and private sector organization and even domestic user cannot handle power outage due to it pushes them in loss in business disturbance in normal official work, hindrance in routine and domestic life. In this system we have highlighted the use of good border in term of switching speeds and smooth evolution. Allowable by means of an automatic connection to a network of other sources of supply in case the main source of power supply distress. The automatic transfer switch which is a switchgear control system, provides a functional system that offers an automatic switching of power supply between a primary source and secondary source is generator. The method laboring in designing the automatic transfer switch include the use of electromechanical relay, contactor, voltage monitoring relay and delay timer relays as main component of the system.

The twelfth century is a very important period in Indian and Karnataka history, especially in the unique forms of Kannada literature, the 12th century Vachana literature is a very important stage socially, culturally, religiously and literary. As soon as we hear the word Kayaka or the word, the saying "Kayaka is Kailasa" and the sharanas of the entire Vachana literature suddenly come to mind. Kayaka is related to the body (body). Work, labor and physical effort... such meanings can be understood. That is, the real Kayaka is the work that is earned honestly by tiring the body and sweating. That is, there should be no distinction between superior and inferior. The word Kayaka acquired more meaning from the 12th century to the present. It came into use as a terminological term in True Kannada. There was a class of people who earned money with their intellect without tiring the body increasing. (This class is still increasing. Everyone wants this).

This project aims to develop a polyherbalnutraceutical gummy using chasteberry (Vitexagnus-castus), liquorice (Glycyrrhizaglabra), and fenugreek (Trigonellafoenum-graecum) extracts, known for their hormone-balancing and anti-inflammatory properties. The formulation process involved extraction of plant using soxholation apparatus and standardization with phytochemical screening. Optimization of gummy texture, and evaluation of physicochemical properties was pefromed. Preliminary analysis confirmed good stability, palatability, and bioactive retention in the final product. The developed gummies offer a convenient and natural approach for managing PCOS symptoms, potentially enhancing patient compliance and providing a novel delivery system for herbal therapies. The gelatin was used as the gummy base which provided the essential consistency for the formulation. The formulation was proved to have good compatibility and patient compliance. Multifacet approach was used make the formulation in which plants extract like Chasteberry, Liquorice and fenugreek were used to attain the therapeutic effects.

A quantitative research approach and non-experimental descriptive research design were used to assess the knowledge regarding DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet among 50 hypertensive patients attending OPD at selected hospitals in Bathinda. Convenience sampling was used. Demographic variables included age, gender, education, occupation, income, type of family, dietary pattern, family history of hypertension, regular medication, and source of information. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. Findings revealed that 50% had poor knowledge, 46% had average knowledge, and only 4% had good knowledge. No significant associations were found between knowledge and selected demographic variables. This study highlights the need for health education and dietary counselling to promote DASH diet adherence among hypertensive patients.

In today's digital world, streaming platforms like Netflix have revolutionized the way content is delivered and consumed. With a strong emphasis on user interface and experience, these platforms set a high standard for modern web design. This project aims to recreate the Netflix homepage layout using only HTML and CSS, without involving any scripting languages or backend technologies. The primary goal of this project was to gain a thorough understanding of front-end development fundamentals, while attempting to emulate the look and feel of a globally recognized platform. The project involved designing various sections such as a visually striking hero banner, a call-to-action form with an email input field, a FAQ section. The design also focused on color schemes, typography, spacing, and alignment to closely match Netflix's minimalist and user-focused design philosophy. Keywords: HTML, CSS, Web Page, Project

Purpose: This study examines the impact of e-commerce adoption in Indian agriculture, exploring its benefits, challenges, and prospects. The research focuses on government-led digital marketplaces, private AgriTech startups, and the role of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in transforming traditional agricultural trade. Design/Methodology/Approach: This paper employs a systematic review of literature, case studies, and policy analysis to assess how digital platforms enhance market access, streamline supply chains, and improve price transparency. Secondary data sources, including government reports, scholarly articles, and case studies from successful e-commerce models like eNAM, AgriBazaar, and DeHaat, are utilized to evaluate key trends and challenges. Findings/Results: E-commerce has improved farmer profitability by eliminating intermediaries and facilitating direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Digital platforms have significantly reduced transaction costs, increased price realization, and enhanced supply chain efficiencies. However, challenges such as digital literacy gaps, inadequate rural internet access, regulatory constraints, and logistics inefficiencies remain barriers to widespread adoption. Originality/Value: This paper provides a comprehensive review of e-commerce in Indian agriculture, offering insights into the technological, economic, and policy dimensions of digital agricultural trade. The study highlights successful case studies of AgriTech startups, government initiatives, and FPO-led digital trade, making it valuable for policymakers, agricultural entrepreneurs, and researchers.

Due to rapid emergence of digital communication technologies, particularly group chats, has profoundly reshaped social and academic interactions among university students, raising concerns about their impact on mental well-being. This quantitative study aim to assess the relationship between group chat participation and mental well-being among BSEd English students at WVSU-HCC. A correlational research design was employed, involving 87 BSEd English students selected via stratified sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made group chat participation scale and the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (WEMWBS). To analyse the data, descriptive statistics and Pearson's Correlation coefficient were utilized. Results revealed a high extent of group chat participation (Mean = 3.85, SD = 0.76) and an average level of mental well-being (Mean = 3.49, SD = 0.76) among the students. Crucially, a statistically significant positive relationship was found between group chat participation and mental well-being (r=0.485, p<0.001). This indicates that increased engagement in class group chats, fostering connection and support, tends to be associated with improved mental well-being. The findings underscore the dual role of group chats as academic tools and vital platforms for socio-emotional support. Educators and institutions should leverage these digital spaces to promote positive online engagement and enhance student mental health by encouraging supportive and collaborative online communities.
