The preeminence of education as an instrument of modernization is widely assumed in the contemporary literature on the so-calledtraditional societies or developing nations. Thus, we are advised that,, "the progress of modernization will......be directlyrelated tothepace of educational advance and the one sure way to modernize quickly is to spread education, to produce educated and skilled citizens and train an adequate and competent intelligentsia." The Indian Central Government finds it very difficult to formulate, co-ordinate, or implement national educational policy. Among the principal reasons for this difficulty are a federal structure that places authority foreducational matters in the hands of the states, and marked differentials among the states with respect to the nature and level of their educational development. India are facing a mounting demand for more and better education. Adequate financing is required to produce greater quality and equality within the educational system.s

The rapid evolution of financial technology (fintech) has revolutionized the way consumers interact with financial services in India. With the proliferation of digital payment systems, neobanks, peer-to-peer lending platforms, and robo-advisors, consumer engagement in the financial sector has undergone a dramatic transformation. However, this progress raises significant regulatory concerns related to data privacy, cybersecurity, financial inclusion, and consumer protection. This paper explores the existing regulatory landscape governing fintech in India, focusing on the role of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and other key institutions. It evaluates how these regulations influence the consumer experience in terms of trust, accessibility, innovation, and transparency. The study also highlights regulatory challenges and suggests ways to create a balanced framework that promotes innovation while safeguarding consumer interests. The paper concludes by emphasizing the need for adaptive, technology-neutral, and consumer-centric regulatory policies to foster sustainable fintech growth in India.

Home automation is transforming traditional living spaces into intelligent environments through the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and smart control systems. This project presents a low-cost, scalable, and intelligent home automation system utilizing the NodeMCU (ESP8266) microcontroller and the Cadio mobile application as a control and monitoring platform. The system enables users to remotely manage household appliances--such as lighting, fans, and other electronic devices--via Wi-Fi connectivity and cloud-based communication. The Cadio app serves as an intuitive and flexible interface, allowing users to interact with connected devices without the need for complex coding or hardware modifications. It supports real-time monitoring, custom dashboards, and multi-device management, which makes it ideal for both novice users and developers. The NodeMCU collects sensor data and sends status updates to the Cadio cloud, while receiving control commands from the mobile application. To enhance the automation experience, basic AI functionalities such as rule-based automation, time scheduling, and conditional triggers are integrated. These AI features allow the system to make intelligent decisions based on sensor inputs--like turning off lights when no motion is detected or adjusting fan speed based on temperature readings. Advanced extensions can also include voice assistant integration, energy consumption analysis, and predictive maintenance alerts. This implementation demonstrates how combining the simplicity of NodeMCU hardware with the power of the Cadio app and AI-driven logic creates a robust home automation solution. The system is highly customizable, energy-efficient, and offers an accessible entry point for smart home development.

Jajpur, a historically significant region in Odisha, holds a rich archaeological heritage that reflects the cultural and architectural synthesis of various dynastic influences. While primarily known for its Hindu and Buddhist antiquities, the medieval period saw the emergence of Indo-Islamic architectural traditions, shaped by the region's evolving political and social landscape. This study explores the medieval archaeology of Jajpur, focusing on the Indo-Islamic monuments that stand as testaments to cultural integration and artistic exchange. By examining mosques, tombs, and other structures, this research highlights their architectural features, construction techniques, and historical significance. The study also delves into the role of Sufi saints and the gradual spread of Islamic influences, emphasizing the coexistence of diverse traditions. Through an analysis of material culture, inscriptions, and historical records, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Jajpur's Indo-Islamic heritage and its broader implications for medieval Odisha's socio-religious landscape.

In an age dominated by digital connectivity, the Fear of Missing out (FOMO) has emerged as a potent psychological and economic force, significantly shaping consumer behaviour. This paper explores the intersection of FOMO-driven consumption patterns and the pursuit of sustainable development. Through a multidisciplinary lens integrating behavioural economics, environmental psychology, and sustainability studies, this research examines how FOMO influences impulsive consumption, undermines eco-conscious decision-making, and contributes to environmental degradation. Drawing on global and Indian case studies, digital marketing analyses, and youth behavioural trends, the study identifies key challenges and offers policy recommendations to align consumer culture with the goals of sustainable development. The paper concludes that addressing FOMO at both structural and behavioural levels is essential for fostering responsible consumption and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The growth of e-commerce has been significant in India over the past few years, and it has provided a platform for businesses to reach consumers in a much more efficient way. However, this also exposes consumers to various digital risks. Digital risks refer to the various risks that consumers face when they engage in e-commerce activities. Some of the significant digital risks include data breaches, cyber-attacks, phishing, identity theft, and fraudulent transactions. These risks can cause significant damage to both consumers and e-commerce businesses. Consumers can lose their personal information, suffer financial losses, and even face reputational damage. E-commerce businesses can face significant financial losses, damage to their brand reputation, and legal issues. Effective risk management strategies are essential for mitigating these risks and ensuring the continued growth and success of ecommerce businesses. Companies must adopt a proactive approach to identify, assess, and manage potential risks to protect both their assets and their customers' interests.

The present study aimed to find the difference in the level of Academic Motivation, Depression, Anxiety, and Stress in first-generation male and female college students, and also to find out the relationship between Academic Motivation, Depression, Anxiety, and Stress in both groups. For this purpose, 200 students were selected following the criteria of inclusion. They were divided into two groups, first-generation male students (N=100) and first-generation female students (N=100). Finally, they were assessed on Academic Motivation, Depression, Anxiety, and Stress with AMS C-28 and DASS-21. The result of the present study shows that male and female college students of first-generation do not differ in their Academic Motivation and Depression, but female students have more Anxiety and Stress, compared to male students. In case of male students, Academic Motivation and Depression are negatively correlated, and the relationship is low, and other variables do not show a significant relationship. But in the case of the female, all variables Depression, Anxiety, and Stress are negatively correlated with Academic Motivation, and the relationship is weak, but Anxiety, Stress, and Depression have a moderate positive relationship.
