This study investigates the learning experiences of learners, acquiring French as a second language, emphasizing the methods of input, interaction, and the integration of technology. Through a comprehensive survey, this research examines the preferences, challenges, and strategies employed by learners in various environments (including formal classrooms and immersion settings). The findings reveal that structured input and spontaneous interaction are both critical to successful language acquisition. Formal classroom settings provide essential feedback and support, while immersion environments offer practical language use, highlighting the importance of a balanced approach. Technology significantly enhances accessibility and interaction, though it introduces challenges such as managing conflicting information and maintaining self-discipline. Learners report a range of strategies to overcome obstacles, including setting specific goals, utilizing diverse learning materials, and engaging in language communities. The study concludes that personal motivation and tailored learning approaches are paramount in navigating the complexities of second language acquisition. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of effective language learning practices and suggest avenues for future research on optimizing the balance between input and interaction in various learning environments.

The dynamic and competitive nature of today's business environment necessitates organizations to leverage all available resources effectively, including human resources. Human Resources (HR) have long been acknowledged as a crucial asset to any organization, yet quantifying their value remains a complex challenge. It is a financial analysis, and during the past ten years, an enormous amount of literature has been stated outlining numerous evaluation processes. Academicians have given the theory and basic concepts of accounting measurement a great deal of consideration at the same time, and a sizable body of literature has resulted from this. Traditional accounting practices do not consider human resources to be tangible or monetary assets. This research paper is an attempt to review the comprehensive literature on human resource accounting practices during the period of five years from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The study is descriptive and exploratory in nature. The secondary data was used for the study which was collected from various sources, online databases, journals, websites, books, newspapers, and magazines, etc.

This research investigates the relationship between exchange rates and imports and exports in India. The study employs panel co-relation analysis using annual data from 2018 to 2024. The findings reveal a co-integrated relationship between effective exchange rates and exports-imports in the long run. Regression analysis finds a positive correlation between the Kuwaiti Dinar and the US Dollar, and a negative correlation between the Japanese Yen and other currencies. An increase in the USD exchange rate is associated with an increase in imports and a decrease in exports. The Euro's impact is inverse. Overall, the study suggests intricate relationships between currency exchange rates and trade activities, highlighting the importance of exchange rates in understanding and predicting trade dynamics.

Industry 4.0 marks a significant paradigm shift through the convergence of digital, physical, and biological systems, characterized by the integration of cyber-physical systems, cloud computing, cognitive computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Central to this transformation is the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI), which drives economic development by optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and fostering innovation. This study investigates the pivotal role of AI in Industry 4.0, employing a mixed-methods approach that includes a comprehensive literature review, critical analysis of research papers, and expert interviews. The findings reveal that AI technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and computer vision substantially improve industrial operations by reducing costs, improving product quality, and increasing efficiency. Furthermore, the study identifies significant challenges, including data privacy concerns, the need for skilled workforce adaptation, and ethical considerations. By exploring the strategic importance of AI, this research provides insights into how AI adoption can enhance industrial competitiveness and economic growth. The study concludes with recommendations for future research and practical implementations, emphasizing the need for interdisciplinary collaborations, robust regulatory frameworks, and responsible AI deployment. These insights aim to guide stakeholders in harnessing the full potential of AI-driven Industry 4.0, paving the way for sustainable and inclusive economic development.

Creativity is the subject of many views. In liberal viewpoint, creativity is considered as the core of the ``economical competitivity'', being a key driver in terms of change rate and economical growth. On the other side, the intellectual vision often seen creativity as a reflection, a mirror of our civilisation. It seems hazardous to consider a single creative method ? An interesting highlight is the comparison between the outcomes of two different creativity processes, the introspective one and the collaborative approach. Striking differences in terms of timescale, relationship, emotion and final products can be identified unfortunately at the end of the creative process. A particular care should be taken to prevent imitation or conformity effects resulting from the misuse of modern technologies. The human nature of reflexion process based on agregating informations, coordinating imagination, associating ideas, has been disrupted by the introduction of hyperconnected digital space. Creativity is probably more fragile, more human and cultural related that it was previously thought. Environmental factors play a major role in the way, creativity is organized.

Leriche syndrome, also known as aortoiliac occlusive disease, is a specific condition of peripheral arterial disease characterized by thrombotic occlusion at the aortoiliac bifurcation. We report the case of a 50-year-old patient with a history of hypertension, who presented with severe abdominal pain and claudication of the lower limbs. Abdominal aorta and lower limb arterial CT angiography revealed extensive arterial thrombosis from the abdominal aorta to both external iliac arteries.
