Machining is an essential part of the manufacturing and production process. Manufacturers and producers are trying to put maximum effort to optimize all machining parameters and to make the machining process environment-friendly. Cutting fluids play an important role in the process of machining by reducing the production time, cost, and energy. The use of cutting fluids reduces heat generation, tool wear, surface roughness of machined workpiece. Since most of the oil-based and petroleum-based cutting fluids harm the environment and health effects on operators, so now industrial processes are using vegetable oil-based cutting fluids as an alternative. In this research, at first, the importance of cutting fluids during cutting has been presented, then the performance of vegetable oil-based cutting fluids used during the machining processes are discussed. Finally, some issues related to the use of vegetable oil-based cutting fluids are illustrated followed by suggestions for the future work and conclusions. Results reveal that the use of vegetable-based cutting fluids is beneficial in machining.

Now a Day world demands the high technology for solving the current and future problems. Fuel shortage is the main problem now-a-days. Considering current rate of usage of fossil fuels will let its life up to next five decades only. Undesirable climate change is the indication for not to use more fossil fuel any more. So the Best alternative for the automobile fuels to provide the mobility & transportation to peoples is only the E-bike. Future e-bike is the best technical application as a visionary solution for the better world and upcoming generation. E-bike comprises the features like high mobility efficiency, compact, electrically powered, comfortable riding experience, and light weight vehicle. E-bike is the most versatile future vehicle considering its advantages. In upcoming days we can make more advance bikes or E-vehicle using clean energy like solar energy. This can make great impact worldwide.

The aim of this study was to isolate and identify environmental bacteria from various raw water sources as well as the drinking water distributions system in Mafikeng, South Africa, and to determine their antibiotic resistance profiles. Water samples from five different sites (raw and drinking water) were analysed for the presence of faecal indicator bacteria as well as Aeromonas and Pseudomonas species. Faecal and total coliforms were detected in summer in the treated water samples from the Modimola dam and in the mixed water samples, with Pseudomonas spp. being the most prevalent organism. The most prevalent multiple antibiotic resistance phenotype observed was KF-AP-C-E-OT-K-TM-A. All organisms tested were resistant to erythromycin, trimethoprim, and amoxicillin. All isolates were susceptible to ciprofloxacin and faecal coliforms and Pseudomonas spp. to neomycin and streptomycin. Cluster analysis based on inhibition zone diameter data suggests that the isolates had similar chemical exposure histories. Isolates were identified using gyrB, toxA, ecfX, aerA, and hylH gene fragments and gyrB, ecfX, and hylH fragments were amplified. These results demonstrate that (i) the drinking water from Mafikeng contains various bacterial species and at times faecal and total coliforms. (ii) The various bacteria are resistant to various classes of antibiotics.

The civilized field is booming every day as India gains prominence as a progressing country. In urban areas, Underground cables, are rather used than overhead transmission lines. Even though Underground lines are beaten under some conditions, their usage is increasing as a result of simple advantages such as lower line losses, lower maintenance costs, and less vulnerability to severe climate effects. It's difficult to pinpoint the exact location of the flaws in underground cables. Since it's not obvious. In this paper, we used an IoT-based technique with a Google database to detect faults using the Esp8266 IoT module. It is based on the Internet of Things. In this case, we used the Esp8266 IoT module, which connects Arduino sensors to the Internet. For communication, we had set up a Hot Spot on the router. We connected each Module to the transformer and used the Google database to check the transformer status. When compared to other techniques, our proposed method is more accurate and efficient.

Presently a day's mechanized frameworks are assuming control over manual framework. Home Automation framework utilizing IOT is a framework that utilizes PCs or advanced cells to control the essential home capacities and highlights utilizing web from anyplace around the globe. It is utilized to spare the power and human energy. Home robotization is the programmed control and checking of family apparatuses and private house highlights like TV, fans, lights, entryways, door and even the windows. Occasions can be customized to be set off under explicit conditions, (for example, contingent upon the sensors information), and this can be utilized in diminishing the absolute energy devoured by certain machines. Then again, the framework can propose shrewd undertaking booking. In the pervasive computing and ubiquitous computing entering into the picture it perform the task scheduling. In the real world scenario when a person enter into the room, they should turning on the lights. In advanced installations, room can be sensed and not only identify the person but also observes the lighting, temperature, day of the week, time of the day and other factors.
