Introduction: Water birth is an emerging natural birthing technique increasingly recognized for its benefits in reducing labor pain, enhancing maternal comfort, and promoting positive birth outcomes. Despite global popularity, its adoption in India remains limited due to a lack of awareness and trained professionals. Nursing professionals, as key players in maternal care, require updated knowledge and attitudes towards water birth to ensure safe and effective implementation. Objective: The study aimed to assess the knowledge and attitude of nursing professionals regarding water birth, evaluate the effectiveness of a structured teaching programme, and examine associations with demographic variables. Methods: A quasi-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design was used. A total of 96 nursing professionals from selected hospitals and nursing colleges participated through non-probability convenience sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and a modified Likert attitude scale. Results: Pre-intervention, 73.96% of participants had average knowledge and 58.33% had moderately favorable attitudes. Post-intervention, 56.25% showed good knowledge and 66.67% demonstrated improved attitudes. Paired t-tests revealed statistically significant improvements in both knowledge (t=8.08, p<0.001) and attitude (t=5.44, p<0.001). Significant associations were found between knowledge and experience, prior exposure, and interest in further training. Conclusion: The structured teaching programme was effective in enhancing knowledge and attitude regarding water birth among nursing professionals.

Abstract-- Memristor is one of the non-volatile two terminal device which stacks the resistance values in its memory and explore the resistance values as outcome directly proportional to the input voltage variances. The benefit of memristor and its cognitive voltage adjustment impact various digitally tuneable circuits with N-number of intermediate bits. The proposed system focused on deriving analog circuits with memristors. The design of memristor using configurable look up table is developed initially. The proposed memristor is getting varied from 100Ohms to 1000Kohms with the step size of 10ohms where the voltages are varied to represent the resistance from the stacked memory. The low power configurable bits simply tune the performance of the analog circuit such as gain amplifier, threshold comparator, oscillator, Schmitt trigger and filters.

Sugarcane is a prominent cash crop in India, especially in Western Maharashtra, where vast areas are devoted to its cultivation. However, the crop is highly susceptible to various diseases that can lead to considerable yield losses. This work introduces a novel approach to sugarcane disease detection using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs)--a type of deep learning architecture well-suited for image classification tasks. The system is designed to automatically learn distinctive features from sugarcane leaf images and classify them as healthy or diseased. The dataset used in this work comprises images from three major disease categories and was enhanced through preprocessing and data augmentation techniques to improve model performance and generalizability. The CNN model was trained and evaluated on this enriched dataset, achieving an impressive test accuracy of 92.7%. Comparative analysis against other state-of-the-art classification algorithms revealed that the CNN-based model consistently outperformed its counterparts, highlighting its effectiveness and robustness. This system serves as a practical and reliable tool for both farmers and agricultural researchers, enabling early and accurate disease diagnosis. By facilitating timely intervention, the model has the potential to significantly reduce crop losses and improve overall yield.

The consequences of procrastination are numerous. It maintains the focus on tension. Procrastination has detrimental repercussions on the banking sector as well, such as time waste and decreased employee and bank productivity. Procrastination affects a lot of commercial banks' operations, which is bad because it might cause their valued clients to lose faith in them. The present study aims to understand and study the factors affecting the procrastination and also to provide the suitable suggestions to mitigate the procrastination.

The present paper aims to understand and provide an overview of the psychiatric comorbidities of drug abuse. Early adolescence (12-14 years old) to late adolescence (15-17 years old) is thought to be a critical risk period for the onset of drug abuse. The highest rates of any illicit drug use and related health issues are observed in young people, aged 18 to 25 years with a lifetime prevalence of 42.9%. Young people are more susceptible to drug abuse due to a varied array of personal, micro (family, peers, and schools), and macro (socioeconomic and physical environment) factors that require further research. Additionally, substance abuse is linked to conduct disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. People who have experienced physical or emotional trauma and women with childhood sexual abuse are far more likely to report lifetime use of prescribed psychoactive drugs and illicit drugs such as cocaine, amphetamines, antidepressants, etc. Men are more prone to show destructive and impulsive behaviour whereas woman show anxious behaviour under the influence of drugs. Statistics have reported that antisocial personality disorder affects 40-55% of patients who seek treatment for addiction or substance abuse. Research evinces that roughly 21% males and 13% females with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) abuse drugs or alcohol. Escalating figures of drug use warrants an urgent need for rehabilitation and comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation that would give a deeper insight into the causality and symptoms of the disorder.

The marigold or Tagetes erecta, is a popular ornamental plant that is grown for its bright yellow to orange-red flowers. Marigold is used in the textile industry as a natural dye in addition to its visual appeal. The extraction and use of marigold-based dye, as well as an examination of its phytochemical components, are the main topics of this study. An intense yellow color was produced after the dye was successfully extracted. Phytochemicals like flavonoids, carotenoids, steroids, glycosides, phenols, tannins, and terpenoids were detected. Cotton fabric was treated with the extracted dye, and alum was added as a mordant to improve color fixation. The application of alum greatly improved dye stability and longevity on the fabric. These findings highlight the potential of Tagetes erecta as an eco-friendly and sustainable source of natural dye for textile industries.

The right against self-incrimination is a cornerstone of criminal justice system, aimed at protecting individuals from being compelled to testify against themselves. Article 20(3) of the Indian Constitution provides for the right against self-discrimination and this right has been interpreted and reinforced by the Indian judiciary to uphold the principles of personal liberty, due process, and fairness in criminal trials. This study explores the constitutional and statutory framework governing the right against self-incrimination in India, with a particular focus on recent legislative developments under the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 and the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The research delves into key statutory provisions such as Sections 137 and 23 of the BSA and Sections 181 and 183 of the BNSS, analysing how they align with or diverge from constitutional protections. It further examines judicial interpretations that have shaped the contours of this right, especially in the context of scientific investigative techniques like narco-analysis, polygraph tests, and brain mapping. The study also identifies pressing challenges, including the testimonial vs. physical evidence dichotomy, inadequate procedural safeguards, and emerging threats from digital surveillance. Through doctrinal and case law analysis, the study concludes that while the Indian legal system offers robust constitutional guarantees against self-incrimination, statutory implementation and enforcement remain inconsistent and underdeveloped. The paper offers a set of practical suggestions for legislative reform and judicial clarity to strengthen the protection against involuntary self-incrimination in both conventional and emerging investigative contexts.

The research work focuses on determination of various aspects that are hindering the satisfaction level of handloom weavers of Durg Sambhag with respect to CGAPEX. The research work employe 5-point Likert Scale and ROC analysis for the same. The data analysis revealed that lack of Marketing assistance, untimely supply of yarn for the orders, and low levels of payment for the weaved products are hindering their satisfaction level with respect to the agency. The research work concludes with suggestions for reducing the level of dissatisfaction among the weavers.
