Psoriasis is an inflammatory skin disease that is often chronic and relapsing. Scientists do not fully understand the causes of psoriasis, but they know that it involves a mix of genetic and environmental factors. A 46-year-old female patient suffering from plaque psoriasis for almost 10 years switched to homeopathy because the treatment she was taking before was costly and did not yield satisfactory results. Medicine was selected after detailed case taking, based on individualization. During homoeopathy treatment, the patient began showing improvement in overall symptoms and became free from lesions in the areas of the face, scalp, abdomen, arms, and back.

This study investigates the ecological characteristics, life-cycle, reproduction of the freshwater snail Physella acuta within the water tank of tap water in Taranagar region, located in the Churu district of Rajasthan. Direct observation and sampling techniques were employed to assess the presence of P. acuta in aquatic habitat in the study area. Additionally, studying environmental parameters such as water quality, substrate composition and vegetation to understand the ecological preferences of P. acuta. The study also explores the potential implications of P. acuta on local aquatic ecosystems and human health. Findings of this research provide valuable insights into the ecology of P. acuta in the Taranagar region, contributing to the broader understanding of freshwater snail dynamics in aquatic ecosystems.

It is a remote local cloud that addresses cloud robotics security issues with End Point Balancing Technology (CRT). There is extremely little literature with theoretical and statistical backing, even though numerous related hypotheses have been put out. The research on model construction and performance evaluation is the main topic of this work. First, an End Point Technique-based cloud robotics security model is created. With this model, the system's concurrency and distributed large-capacity storage performance are greatly in- creased, and numerous security vulnerabilities associated with typical cloud robotics systems may be avoided. Second, average latency and throughput are used to assess the performance of the suggested model; these metrics are significant for further study and optimization in this area. The analysis and test results show that the security model based on End Point Balancing is successful..

Ophthalmic artery occlusion is a partial or complete obstruction of the artery, which can lead to severe ischemia of the globe and associated ocular tissues. It is a formidable entity, rarely described in the literature, and may represent a major indicator of a severe systemic, embolic, inflammatory or infectious disorder in the context of cavernous sinus thrombosis. The severe picture is marked by painful ophthalmoplegia. These acute, symptomatic occlusions represent urgent ophthalmic situations requiring rapid assessment and management.

Lung cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Early detection and accurate prediction of malignancy in small cell lung nodules is crucial for improving patient outcomes. Deep learning techniques have shown promise in analyzing medical imaging data for lung cancer prediction in recent years. This paper comprehensively reviews the latest deep-learning approaches applied to predicting lung cancer in small-cell malignant lung nodules. We discuss various deep learning architectures, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and hybrid models. We also examine the datasets commonly used for training and evaluating these models, as well as the performance metrics employed. Furthermore, we highlight the challenges and limitations of current deep-learning techniques and outline potential future research directions. This review aims to provide researchers and practitioners with a thorough understanding of the state-of-the-art in deep learning for lung cancer prediction, facilitating the development of more accurate and robust models for clinical decision support.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present the various religious texts written indifferent languages such as Classical (Pali, Sanskrit, Tamil, Farsi) and Medieval text (Telugu, Punjabi, Kannada Bangla and so on) which show us the right direction about what kind of relationship we need to establish with money. Also not limited to only earning, money, taught about to saving, spending and investing of that money too. The present paper attempts to critically review the remarkably deep religious and traditions in India. The Paper finds many relations between classical texts and financial lessons. Many deities are worshiped and why they worshiped is the key findings in this paper. The Didactic nature of this paper makes its limitation in terms of nature including particular contextual boundary. Financial lessons are meant to practice in this modern era, while in India, it has been taught by our ancient text thousands of years ago. We need to identify them in order to bring it to the world. The paper contribution in its integrative value of some theme which are key points of financial lessons from Ancient Indian Classical texts.

This study presents a comprehensive physicochemical analysis of the groundwater resources from three villages of Shahada Taluka, a region that is witnessing an increase in agricultural and urban activities. The primary objective was to evaluate the quality of groundwater to determine its suitability for domestic consumption and agricultural usage. The groundwater samples were collected from three villages (Dongergaon, Manrad, & Lonkhrda) of Shahada Taluka. The samples were analysed for a range of physicochemical parameters, including pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), hardness, electrical conductivity, chloride, fluoride, nitrate, sulphate, and heavy metals such as lead and arsenic. The findings revealed significant variations in groundwater quality across different areas of the taluka. In several locations, levels of TDS, hardness, and certain heavy metals were found to exceed permissible limits established by national and international water quality standards. Elevated nitrate levels were also observed in some samples, which could be attributed to agricultural runoff and inadequate wastewater treatment. The presence of contaminants such as arsenic and lead in specific locations raises concerns about potential health risks for the local population, particularly regarding drinking water safety. The study emphasizes the critical need for regular monitoring and management of groundwater resources in Shahada Taluka to maintain water quality and ensure the safety of both residents and agricultural operations. Potential solutions may include the implementation of water treatment systems, stricter regulations on agricultural practices, and increased public awareness about water conservation. Additionally, the study suggests further research to better understand the sources of contamination and its impact on local ecosystems. Future investigations could focus on identifying potential correlations between agricultural practices, industrial activities, and groundwater contamination. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders to take appropriate measures for sustainable groundwater management in Shahada Taluka.

ABSTRACT The construction sector has a pivotal role in social and economic impact on the European Union (EU), which are contributing towards work opportunities that are over 20 million directly dependent jobs). However, it is significant to take into consideration about the negative impacts of this industry, especially in relation to the environment. As an important resources consumer, the construction industry can play an active role developing new strategies for minimizing impacts on the environment throughout the life cycle of buildings and its components. The Construction Products Regulation (CPR) has contributed to set the quality standards for building products. The inclusion of 'sustainable use of natural resources' as a basic requirement in the CPR has been an important step towards the acknowledgment of environmental impacts on construction products. Assessing about the negative part in the product development at the early stages is one of the most effective methods to improve their environmental performance. The concept of eco-design has emerged as an approach to environmental management, by considering environmental aspects in the product development, without compromising other basic requirements, such as performance, quality and cost. The consideration of this approach at the early stages of construction product development contributes to the improvement of their environmental performance. Several methodologies and tools regarding an Eco-design approach have been developed over the last years. However, there are still research opportunities regarding its application within the construction industry. In this paper, a concise review of the most significant tools, methods and regulation regarding the eco-design approach on the development of sustainable construction of products is given.

The tool life of the VSI rotor crusher undergoes lot of wear due to its work. This depreciation could be avoided by replacing existing material of the tool of the rotor with a new metal matrix composite. This could be done by finding the material composition of existing tool tip and replacing them with an enhanced metal composition which could serve the purpose better than the existing one because of increased wear resistance. It is found through various research papers that tungsten carbide cobalt matrix could provide better results as compares with present material. So, the cobalt binder ratio is altered to 8%, 10% and 12%. The sample of each is tested and the sample with better result could be made into a full tool and fitted into the machine and the depreciation rate is compared with existing one and improvement is recorded. With this tool tip the cost for new tool could be reduced and time wasted for changing the tool can be saved and thus the overall production could be improved.
