The Researcher did review literature pertaining to relation between iron deficiency anaemia, depression in adolescent girls. Objective of this review is to assess the relation between iron deficiency anaemia, depression in adolescent girls. Iron deficiency anaemia is a common problem among adolescent girls and women, with significant consequences on personal health. One of the causes of iron deficiency anemia is inadequate nutritional intake. Women, especially those young and/or pregnant, are at high risk of experiencing an iron deficiency. In India adolescents constitute about 25% of the population and form an important physiological group whose nutritional needs demand special attention. The prevalence of anaemia is disproportionately high in developing countries, due to poverty, inadequate diet, certain diseases, pregnancy/lactation, and poor access to health services. Material and method: A Review literature search including based on electronic databases: Pub Med, Goggle scholar. Studies were search out with iron deficiency[or] Anaemia [or] depression [and] adolescent girls Result: The Literature Review showed that there is relation between iron deficiency anaemia depression and adolescent girls. Conclusion: The Study Concludes that there is relation between iron deficiency anaemia depression and adolescent girls. Key word: Iron, Anaemia, Depression, Adolescent girls.

The increasing importance of information management in the government sector has become instrumental in the evolution of e-governance systems. The improved communication process in the offices based on increasing competitiveness and reengineering the entire governance activities significantly reduced operational costs and time aiming at achieving higher level of effectiveness. This paper applies an analytic hierarchy process for measuring the effectiveness of e-office implementation in Odisha based on citizens' satisfaction with four criteria: clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and reliability of the information. We considered ten different offices under the Government of Odisha that implemented this e-governance application to measure the relative effectiveness of e-Office system in these criteria.

Image captioning is an interesting and challenging task with applications in diverse domains such as image retrieval, organizing and locating images of users' interest, etc. It has huge potential for replacing manual caption generation for images and is especially suitable for large-scale image data. Recently, deep neural network-based methods have achieved great success in the field of computer vision, machine translation, and language generation. In this research, we offer an encoder-decoder based model that can produce image captions with proper grammar. This model uses LSTM as a decoder and VGG16 Hybrid Places 1365 as an encoder. The model is trained on labeled Flickr8k and MS-COCO Captions datasets to guarantee full ground truth accuracy. Further, All widely used standard metrics, including BLEU, METEOR, GLEU, and ROUGE L, are used to evaluate the model. According to experimental findings, the suggested model achieved BLEU-1 score of 0.7350, METEOR score of 0.4768, and GLEU score of 0.2798 on the MS-COCO Caption dataset and BLEU1 score of 0.6666, METEOR score of 0.5060, and GLEU score of 0.2469 on the Flickr8k dataset. Comparing the suggested method to state-of-the-art techniques, a notable improvement in performance was thus obtained. We also present the outcomes of caption generation from real sample photographs, which support the validity of the suggested method and help assess the model's effectiveness even further.

Gamification is a technological trend that is continuously gaining strength in various sectors and becoming a popular term among researchers, practitioners and business concerns. Gamification is one among all those strategies adopted by various organizations. The main idea of gamification is the use of game techniques and processes in non-gaming environment. The three main elements of gamification are game design, game elements and non-gaming environment. If gamification applied properly then it will provide amazing results through the help of fun and appealing components. The larger numbers of firms are applying gamification techniques in real life business activities for attracting new customers. The reason of getting popularity of gaming strategy in every sector, because it is assumed that gamification has the ability to motivate, influence and engage employees, customers and users. The basic motive of every business to earn profit by satisfying the customers as well as employees and gaming strategy is helpful in enhancing the experience of both i.e. customers and employees as well. There are various aspects such as game dynamics, game mechanics, motivational factors and behavioral change that need to be combined together with non gaming environment for effective implementation of gamification. This research paper presents the main ideologies about applying game design more successfully in distinct sectors of society such as marketing, tourism, employee engagement, health and fitness and education. The executers should assess the gamified strategy according to the area of application. Gamification has various distinct elements such as points, badges, leaderboard, storytelling, rewards, challenge etc. Each gamification component need to be effectively analysis and designed for effective implementation.

This research paper delves into India's integration into the World Trade Organization (WTO) since 1995, analyzing its profound implications on domestic policies, economic strategies, and international relations. Key WTO agreements such as TRIPS, GATT, and GATS are scrutinized for their impact on India's trade liberalization efforts, tariff structures, and regulatory frameworks across critical sectors like agriculture, industry, and services. The study examines the complex political dynamics within India, exploring how WTO mandates influence policy decisions amidst diverse stakeholder interests. It evaluates both the challenges--such as managing sectoral disparities and balancing global commitments with national priorities--and opportunities, including enhanced market access and technology transfer.

English language teaching is notoriously subject to fashion, and one of the most prestigious fashions of recent years has been that of English for Specific Purposes: ESP. Although it has now been overtaken in topicality by other developments, notably self-directed learning, ESP is still the subject of much discussion and many key issues in ESP remain unresolved. One of the important issues is the extent to which ESP is really different from general ELT. Many exciting new developments have occurred under the aegis of ESP, but all these ideas and techniques could equally well be applied in general ELT courses. The concepts of communicative competence, communicative language teaching, discourse analysis, and others, have all been associated with ESP, but what is represented here, in fact, is simultaneous but separate development, these various concepts stimulating development in ESP, yet not being contained by it.
