Introduction : The number of patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) requiring haemodialysis is rising steadily worldwide..(1) While the life expectancy of patients on chronic dialysis continues to lengthen,(1,2)the durability of these vascular accesses is limited. Case report : we report the case of a 71-year-old female patient with antecedents of arterial hypertension, end-stage renal failure dialysis due to vascular nephropathy, antiphospholipid syndrome with femoral and inferior venous thrombosis aspirated during hemodialysis. we decided to perform a right axillary arterioarterial loop. Conclusion : axillary loop graft (ALG) may represent a supplementary option for chronic hemodialysis patients with vascular steal or inadequate upper extremity venous access sites.

A significant target of Mahatma Gandhi Public Provincial Business Assurance Program (MGNREGP) is to check rustic out-relocation. This paper based on a miniature level field examination needs to explore the viability of this program to decrease the power of movement of the provincial unfortunate families to urban regions. The overview region is a mono-editing region however work in the private non-ranch work in the territory is accessible modestly. In addition, the small distances between the surveyed villages and the nearby urban or semi-urban areas indicate that daily migration is inexpensive. Moreover, all of the migrants in our sample villages migrate on a daily basis. The neighborhood ranch, normal private non-ranch wage and the typical compensation rate in the close by metropolitan casual area is more than MGNREGP piece-rate. Subsequently, looking for work here through MGNREGP isn't exogenous yet endogenous in nature. In this research article, it is demonstrated that 'inspiration' is a component which impacts the neighborhood MGNREGP work card holders to get more individual long stretches of work through MGNREGP and the families who could get more individual long stretches of work through MGNREGP are less inclined to relocate from their local town.

Osteoarthritis (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are two major forms of arthritis associated with severe joint pain and reduced quality of life. Various pharmacological interventions may be utilized for arthritis treatment when non-pharmacological therapy is insufficient. Herbal remedies offer a promising alternative to synthetic drugs due to their natural origin and minimal side effects. This research focuses on the formulation and in vitro characterization of an herbal pain balm designed to alleviate arthritis symptoms. The formulated herbal pain balm demonstrated significant antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties in vitro. The stability studies confirmed its efficacy over time. These findings suggest that the balm could be a viable alternative or complementary treatment for arthritis. Though these herbs have shown promise for OA and RA treatment, more studies and clinical trials are required for determining safety and efficacy, bioactivity, and optimal bioavailability.

Finance which holds a significant place in the economy is accountable for the societal development as well as economic development for any nation in the world. To achieve this there is a need for a very solid and well-defined financial system. Financial Inclusion helps in achieving unbiased and comprehensive advancement of a nation. Financial accessibility has become a significant priority for policymakers in recent times. Ensuring equal access to the financial system for all individuals, irrespective of their financial situation, has become an important objective for the government. Financial Inclusion means making financial and banking services available at nominal prices to individuals irrespective of their economic status. Its prime focus is to give financial aid to the impoverished sections of society. The objective is to empower the disadvantaged and underprivileged to manage their finances effectively and acquire financial knowledge. Advancements in financial technology and digital payment platforms have enabled more startups to make financial inclusion more accessible and attainable. This paper examines several government efforts, their implementation challenges, and the important role that financial inclusion plays in the Indian economy.

Here is a concise abstract on the formulation and evaluation of multipurpose herbal creams, based on the given search results:Herbal cosmetics are products used to improve appearance and skin health due to the therapeutic properties of plant ingredients. The aim of several studies was to formulate and evaluate multipurpose herbal creams containing extracts from various medicinal plants.Common herbs used include Aloe vera, neem (Azadirachta indica), tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), turmeric, a nd Nardostachys jatamansi. The creams were typically prepared as oil-in-water emulsions by incorporating the herbal extracts into a cream base. Evaluations were conducted on parameters such as appearance, pH, viscosity, spreadability, extrudability, antimicrobial activity, and stability. Most formulations exhibited good physicochemical properties, homogeneity, and no signs of phase separation. Antimicrobial testing showed inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus. Skin irritation studies found the creams to be safe for topical use. The herbal creams were concluded to be stable, safe, and potentially synergistic in producing multipurpose effects on the skin like healing, smoothing, and conditionin

A new generation of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) has increased a massive attention of researchers on its design challenges and various applications. In the remote environment, sensor nodes are randomly deployed or pre-fixed to transmit the gathered information over a distance through wireless channels. Sensors in the network are limited with energy supply, memory, communication and computational capabilities. Due to energy constraint, nodes communicate within the shorter communication range. Hence, the energy efficiency, throughput, scalability and lifetime of the network are the key issues in WSN. In order to accomplish these issues, the clustering model has been introduced. At present, a cluster-based network is an extremely vibrant research area where nodes are grouped into clusters to minimize the communication overhead, energy depletion, end-to-end delay and ease the path management. In addition, clusters provide a structured way of communication for the unstructured network and make the resources more efficiently. The objective of this paper is to review and analyze the taxonomy of different attributes of clustering. The paper also presents the optimal clustering techniques and the prominent clustering algorithms with several design and performance metrics.

Facial expression recognition is a crucial area of study in the field of computer vision. Research on nonverbal communication has shown that a significant amount of deliberate information is sent via facial expressions. Facial expression recognition is a crucial field in computer vision that deals with the significant impact of nonverbal communication. Expression recognition has lately been extensively used in the medical and advertising sectors. Facial emotion recognition is a technique that examines facial expressions in static images and videos to uncover information about an individual's emotional state. Facial expression recognition (FER) is a vital area of study within computer vision due to its significant impact on nonverbal communication. This review paper synthesizes recent advancements in FER, focusing on the integration of deep learning techniques and generative models to improve accuracy and robustness in diverse settings. Key contributions include enhancements in handling facial feature variability, occlusions, and lighting conditions. Notable methods such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are explored for their effectiveness in creating and recognizing facial expressions. The research underscores the importance of both local and global facial features, demonstrating that a hybrid approach often yields superior results. Additionally, the paper discusses the application of FER in fields such as healthcare, human-computer interaction, and psychology, highlighting the broad implications of improved FER technology. By examining datasets, methodologies, and outcomes from various studies, this review identifies current trends and challenges, proposing directions for future research to enhance the understanding and interpretation of human emotions through facial expressions.
