On the basis of the infrastructure and work statergy it was necessary to appoint the crucial skilled and unskilled employees in the Iron & Steel Plant Company Ltd. situated in Bhandara which is 70 Km away from Nagpur. It was also came to know that the raw material required for the manufacture of iron products is abundently available in the vicinity of bhandara. There are two basic questions taken rise in selection and requirement are namely : 1.where are the sutable candidates for vacant jobs available ? & 2.How can the be inform about the jobs available in the organization ? The answer to the first question lies in identifying the sources of required kinds of personal and the answer to the second question deals with the techniques or methods to stimulating the prospective candidates to apply for vacant jobs in the organization.

Before independence, the female community in India had not reached any criteria for claiming to be Female Emancipation. Women were neglected from birth to death. Gender discrimination was more prevalent throughout the country. The laws of the time too did not support women in many aspects. As a result of the spread of western education, some broad-minded men began to talk about women's rights. At the same time, some educated women were also involved in the search for their rights. They carried out movements for it. This article is about the journals and magazines run by women of the day who volunteered to give voice, write and fight for themselves and the magazines they ran in Madras. Though they were very few in numbers, they registered their existence powerfully.

Asphodelus tenuifolius (AST) a wheat weed, at present study, was taken as biosorbent for the removal of heavy metals Cu (II), Ni (II) and Pb (II) ions from synthetic wastewater. The batch experiments such as pH of the solution, temperature, biosorbent dosage, contact time, and initial metal ion concentration are used. The maximum adsorption for Cu (II), Ni (II), and Pb (II) ions is found at pH 5.0 and initial metal ion concentration at 10 mg/L. Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin isotherm models are employed to describe biosorption equilibrium. Langmuir isotherm is a better model for biosorption of bivalent Pb, Ni and Cu metal ions respectively. The outcomes indicate that the order of uptake of Pb, Ni and Cu is found to be the order of Pb (II) > Ni (II) > Cu (II) respectively. The study indicates that the metal uptake appeared to be a concentration dependent. On increasing the metal ions concentration, results in decrease uptake of metal ions onto the biosorbent. The metal binding capacity of Asphodelus tenuifolius for the removal of heavy metal ions from the synthetic wastewater is as the order of Cu (II) < Ni (II) < Pb (II).

Due to constant work pressure, family pressure, current pandemic situation people may suffer from anxiety and depression. It affects their physical and mental health. So, we have developed a system to classify 3 different stages: normal state, anxiety and depression from the EEG signals. Feature extraction technique used are statistical parameters like mean, variance and standard deviation and classifier used is Support Vector Machine (SVM) for detection of anxiety, depression and normal state for an individual.

A study and researches on the LTE+ wireless network was conducted with the goal of addressing a number of significant technological criteria and issues. Fast time variable coefficients of fading are difficult to properly measure, monitor, and forecast. A multiuser system is a network that has more bandwidth and uses less energy. The benefits of such systems can be experienced while maintaining CSI precision. In multiuser systems, CSI inaccuracies is induced by losses during channel estimation and channel ageing. The influence of change in multiuser diversity and type of data coding on the system throughput and BER using turbo decoding procedures is highlighted in this work. Finally, it is concluded that in performance comparison of transmit diversity and receive diversity in the case of turbo coding, receive diversity shows a 62 percent improvement.

Groundwater is the most essential resource on the planet Earth because water in other sources is not available everywhere and the groundwater is the only source of water that is present almost everywhere. Groundwater is very much affected by the land use land cover as wherever there is buildings or built-up land the groundwater level is declining very fast because in the built-up area there is very little or no space left for the groundwater recharge. Open space or the arable land provide spaces for groundwater recharge. The reason behind this declining water level is that the groundwater is not recharging at the rate it should be recharged to maintain the water table of an area. The study is made in the Kanpur city and it was found that the land use land cover pattern affects the groundwater level. So, groundwater level is greatly affected by the change in land use / land cover pattern. Near River Ganga where there is build-up area there is decline in water level whereas there is arable land that is cropland the groundwater level is more than 20 meters even when the rock type and soil type is same.
