Given its prominence as a leading cause of deaths worldwide, careful detection of this condition is still very important and current heart disease diagnosis methods are heavily dependent on experts, who however, need time to process patients and show the potential possibilities of human error. The research project is aiming to develop a deep learning-based system for heart disease prediction in order to make it efficient and accurate. To do such complex patterns extraction the system uses Convolutional Neural Networks and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, which work on the blood pressure readings (t) together with patient's age (l) and cholesterol levels (b) as well as electrocardiogram (ECG) result. Feature selection methods are used to find acceptable information characteristics to reveal important predictive variables, improving the system understanding and the system performance at operation. Using a comprehensive dataset, the model completes training and its accuracy works to the optimal levels for it to be able to identify the patients within the appropriate risk groups. Robustness and reliability of the performance of the model has been established through the use of precision, recall, F1- score and ROC-AUC evaluation metrics. The system is designed to be working as a diagnosis tool that helps healthcare personnel to detect the heart diseases in a timely and convenient way. The proposed solution tries to minimize diagnosis delays and improve patient well-being and also assist in preventive healthcare operations through automation of predictions. A system for implementation within clinical operations could do this and change the direction of heart disease strategies by providing quick and reliable early diagnosis options to healthcare professionals.

The growing interest in sustainable and nutrient-dense food options has led to the exploration of underutilized plant materials, such as banana blossoms. The main aim is to utilize by-product of banana (banana blossoms) by developing a ready-to-eat product with improved nutritional value. In this study, banana blossoms were processed into powder form and integrated into formulations for hummus and bread. The nutritional profile, encompassing protein, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidant properties, were thoroughly analyzed. Furthermore, assessments of microbial safety and sensory characteristics were also performed to evaluate the quality and consumer acceptability of the products. The findings demonstrated a notable enhancement in protein, dietary fiber, and vitamin C levels in the fortified products (with banana blossoms) when compared to the control samples (without banana blossoms). Sensory assessments indicated a high level of consumer approval, particularly regarding texture and flavour improvements. Microbial safety tests confirmed that the developed products were safe for consumption. These findings underscores the potential of banana blossoms as a nutrient-rich ingredient in value added food development.

Abstract In today's age of rapid technological advancement, talent management (TM) has undergone a significant transformation. What was once seen as a purely administrative function of the human resources department has now evolved into a strategic, technology-driven priority for organizations. This paper explores how digital tools--particularly artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, cloud computing, and mobile platforms--are reshaping the ways organizations attract, develop, retain, and engage talent. Through a comprehensive literature review and comparative analysis, the study examines how different regions--North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East & Africa--are adapting their TM practices in response to local socio-economic and technological conditions. The paper highlights how digital innovation has streamlined the entire TM lifecycle. From AI-driven recruitment and gamified learning experiences to real-time employee engagement tools and predictive analytics for retention and succession planning, digital technologies are bringing unprecedented efficiencies. At the same time, the study critically evaluates challenges such as digital inequality, ethical concerns around AI, data privacy issues, and widening skills gaps. Emerging trends like hybrid work models, talent mobility, and blockchain-based credentialing are also explored as influential forces shaping the future of work. This review emphasizes the importance of a human-centered, inclusive, and ethically responsible approach to digital talent management. It offers valuable insights for HR leaders, policymakers, and academics striving to build resilient, sustainable, and equitable talent ecosystems in an increasingly complex global economy.

Agricultural development and land use patterns are critical indicators of economic and environmental transformation. Western Uttar Pradesh, a region marked by agrarian prosperity and rapid demographic changes, has witnessed significant shifts in land utilization over the decades. This study examines the spatial and temporal changes in land use, influenced by agricultural modernization, urban sprawl, infrastructural expansion, and policy shifts. Utilizing a combination of remote sensing data, field observations, and secondary statistical sources, the research reveals a growing trend of agricultural intensification, monoculture practices, and declining fallow lands. Simultaneously, there is a marked conversion of fertile agricultural land into non-agricultural uses such as residential colonies and industrial units. The study highlights the ecological and socioeconomic implications of these changes and provides policy recommendations to balance growth with sustainability.

Before going to discuss about child rearing practices and adjustment of college students, the researcher felt essential to describe something about the child rearing practices and adjustment. The term "child-rearing practices" describes the various ways that parents and other caregivers bring up their kids, including how they handle punishment, love, and tolerance. These behaviors result in differences in parenting styles and are impacted by social contexts, cultural norms, and family values. Whereas, adjustment is the act of modifying one's behavior to attain harmony with oneself, others or the environment in order to preserve the equilibrium between the environment and the individual. Psychology has examined adjustment as both a process and an accomplishment. In order to prepare children to be engaged members of their community, parents teach them social standards, values and behaviors. They offer a warm and caring atmosphere, which is essential for a child's mental health. Parents set expectations and guidelines for their children's behavior, employing a variety of techniques to help them to learn self-control. Whether through official education or unofficial learning opportunities, the parents are essential in supporting a child's intellectual development. The child rearing practices are of many kinds among them in permissive style of child rearing parents tend to be more indulgent and less strict with their kids which can cause them to struggle with self-control. In authoritative child rearing practice parents are not only communicate openly and offer emotional supports but they also establish clear norms and expectations whereas in authoritarian parenting style parents impose restrictions and demand rigid obedience from their children, showing little regard for their needs or feelings. Lastly, in neglectful child rearing practice children may be negatively impacted by their parents due to lack of proper nurturing, care and guidance.

The present paper examines Chanakya's lesson on company administration with special focus on employee relations, teamwork, finance, and strategy. Effective administration is fundamental for the success and sustainability of any enterprise. The modern management gurus, largely from Western countries, provide a variety of lessons for good governance, highlighting on leadership, strategy, and ethical behaviour. However, such lessons were documented in India by Chanakya in his famous book Arthashastra more than 2000 years ago. The present study found that according to Chanakya, the HR department should consider qualities like desire to learn, effective listening ability, ability to reflect, ability to reject false views, and intent on truth while selecting management trainees in modern organization. But, while selecting experienced managers, the qualities to be considered are technical competence, intelligence, perseverance, dexterity, presence of mind, ability to bear troubles during emergencies, firmness, and moral strength. In managing finance, he recommends that managers must ponder over critical areas like net profit, treasury in difficult times, proper wages, budgeting, internal accounting systems, paying taxes on time, and proper accounts. To build better teamwork, he emphasized the right business partner, effective meetings, public relations, getting everyone involved, proper communication, and common purpose. In formulating strategy, managers must keep an open mind, gather required information, manage multiple projects, pursue continuous education, and practice corporate social responsibility.

This experimental study explores the sustainable and effective utilization of industrial and agricultural waste materials in concrete production, focusing on Sugarcane Bagasse Ash (SCBA) as a partial replacement for cement and Marble Waste (MW) as a partial replacement for fine aggregate. The primary objective is to analyze the mechanical and durability properties of concrete incorporating these waste materials, thereby reducing environmental hazards and promoting circular economy practices. Concrete mixes were prepared with varying proportions of SCBA (5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%) and MW (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%). Standard tests such as compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength, and water absorption were conducted on the cured specimens. The results indicate that moderate inclusion levels of SCBA and MW enhance the strength and durability characteristics of concrete. The use of these waste materials also significantly reduces cement consumption and natural sand extraction, offering a sustainable solution for the construction industry. This study concludes that SCBA and MW can be effectively utilized in concrete up to optimum levels without compromising structural performance.

Tribes in India are one of the most excluded and disadvantaged sections of Indian society since centuries and this exclusion continues, although with a relatively lesser degree compared to the earlier periods. However, their suffering continued to increase in the last decade. More particularly, post 2007 global financial crisis had a serious impact on India's growth. This in turn resulted in a slow growth. Since then, India is registering low levels of growth compared to the pre-crisis period. These developments on growth front had serious implications for ordinary Indian citizens. Falling growth, dwindling investments, rising fiscal deficit, international pressures to keep the macro fundamentals in the right balance had pushed the successive governments at the centre to cut down their expenditure. This resulted in cuts in social sector spending, with the cuts on expenditure ranging from education to sanitation, MNREGA to subsidies. These cuts would have serious ramifications for the marginalized sections of the society in general and tribes in particular. Thanks to the proactive policies of successive governments at the centre and the states respectively. The Indian Constitution also has laid down various protective as well as ameliorative measures to develop the vulnerable communities. These measures have been in the form of assuring their political representation as well as their representation in services through reservation. In order to advise on matters pertaining to the development scheduled tribes, compulsory Tribe Advisory councils have been formed in the states where tribal's live both in scheduled areas and outside. Changes have been made in the forest policy, guaranteeing the tribal's certain rights on forest produce. In this connection present review paper discusses empowerment of Vulnerable and Marginalization Communities by Societal Transforming India Policy Initiatives and framework execute on present government
