While employees are the key elements for any organisational success, it has been observed employees practice disengaged behaviour of employees due to several factors. Of all the various reasons such as fear, lack of trust, hesitation, cultural norms, hesitation and many more, employees withhold information, suggestions, ideas, knowledge and prefer being silent which seems to be a burning issue at the workplace due to lack of communication; consequently, leads to occurring of employee silence. The current paper aims to assess the extant literature review on employee silence and its outcomes associated with different variables. Through the lens of systematic review, acquiescent silence, defensive silence` and pro-social silence were found to be the most universalistic dimensions. Silence leads to mostly negative outcomes such as reduction in organisational commitment, job satisfaction, employee innovative behaviour, job performance and so on. A platform of communication & redesigning of policies should be developed by the stakeholders to reduce the culture of silence which brings transparency among the organisational hierarchies. Also, the managers should be supportive rather than undermining.

Intaglio printmaking, celebrated for its intricate textures and detailed imagery, faces significant challenges in educational contexts, particularly in developing nations such as India. Traditional methods rely on costly metal plates, specialized chemicals, and intricate procedures, which often restrict accessibility for students and institutions alike. This study explores Tetra Pak intaglio as an innovative solution aimed at transforming printmaking education in resource-constrained environments. Tetra Pak intaglio leverages readily available Tetra Pak containers, repurposing everyday waste into functional printing plates. This technique presents a compelling alternative due to its affordability, simplicity, and environmental benefits. By eliminating the need for expensive materials and hazardous chemicals, Tetra Pak intaglio democratizes access to printmaking education, making it more inclusive and sustainable. The research conducted a workshop and faculty development program at Amity University Haryana to evaluate the efficacy of Tetra Pak intaglio. The findings demonstrate that this approach fosters a dynamic learning environment, encouraging creative exploration, skill development, and environmental consciousness among students and educators alike. Moreover, by promoting the reuse of discarded materials, Tetra Pak intaglio aligns with contemporary educational priorities of sustainability and environmental responsibility. In conclusion, Tetra Pak intaglio not only proves to be a viable and sustainable alternative to traditional methods but also enhances the educational experience by empowering artists and printmakers with accessible tools and environmentally friendly practices.

Aim :To Identify Risk level of Physical Factors Associated with Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorder by performing task analysis among Textile Mill Workers. Methodology and analysis: A cross sectional study was conducted that 54 participants both male and female using purposive sampling technique. Workers other than textile mills were excluded .The Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment (WERA), which is an observational tool was developed to provide a method of screening the working task quickly for exposure physical risk factor associated with Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) Results: Study showed that the socio-demographic factors that were examined are age and gender. The average age of study participants was 44.44%.Maximum number of workers were at medium risk level according to Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment Tool. Conclusion: The study concluded that there is medium risk level of physical factors associated with work related musculoskeletal disorder by performing task analysis among textile mill workers.

The deep learning technique, U-Net architecture, are used to achieve accurate and efficient segmentation of congenital heart vessels. Congenital heart disease stands as a major cause of mortality, affecting 1 in every 110 births. Timely diagnosis through automatic cardiac segmentation is crucial. Leveraging state-of-the-art neural network architectures, our approach focuses on the automated extraction and precise delineation of intricate vascular structures within the heart. The proposed methodology involves preprocessing the data, training the deep learning model on a diverse dataset, and fine-tuning the network to achieve accurate segmentation results. By automating vessel segmentation, our system contributes to expediting diagnosis and treatment planning, ultimately improving patient outcomes in the realm of congenital heart diseases.

The situation in the labour market is such that one of the genders is dominating a given professional category. The phenomenon known as occupational segregation (by sex) is a persistent feature of labor markets all around the world. The present study seeks to look into the effect of this labour market heterogeneity (segregation) in terms of levels of living (well-being). It is observed that there is a negative relationship between segregation and levels of well-being. The higher is the intensity of segregation (i.e., the higher the asymmetry in the labour force), the higher is the deprivation in the levels of well-being (i.e., the higher the incidence of poverty).

Dental fluorosis is a major endemic oral disease characterized by hypomineralization of enamel caused due to consumption of water containing high concentration of fluoride during developmental stages of teeth. Aim: To assess the prevalence of dental fluorosis in permanent teeth among 06-12 years old school children in endemic fluoride areas of Bhavnagar district. Methodology: A cross-sectional study was carried out in Bhavnagar district to assess the prevalence of dental fluorosis among 1500 school children in the age group of 6-12 years. Data collected included estimation of fluoride in the drinking water supply and measurement of dental fluorosis in school children. Results: Among total population of 1500 children, 746 were males and 754 were females. It shows the prevalence of Dental Fluorosis among total population of 1500 children, out of which 304 (40.75%) were males with fluorosis & 338 (44.82%) were females with fluorosis. Chi square test Pearson's correlation test were applied to obtain inferential data. Conclusion: Our findings showed that the risk of dental fluorosis was significantly higher in the areas showing more fluoride content in drinking water.
