Birds or Aves are a group of animals having a developed backbone which evolved from dinosaur. The Birds would be more precisely and scientifically defined as a group of warm-blooded animals having vertebrate column more related to reptile than mammals and they are possessing four chambered heart with forelimbs modified to wings, with lower developed sense of smell and keen vision with limited auditory range and they mostly reproduce by sexual means and by laying eggs. At present there are about 10,400 living species of bird each one is unique in having feathers, which is the major characteristic that distinguish them from all other animals. More than 1,000 bird species have been identified to be extinct and the number is increasing rapidly. Since earliest times, birds have been not only a animal category or a material but also a cultural resource where most have been divided and further re-divided by various means depending upon various features such as color, wings, modifications and habitat. At present, there are various species of bird which are at their edge of extinction and as of the newer generation getting low natural contact it become hard to identify a species for them. So, this study has come up with idea of a real time method called Bird Species Identification System. The method uses machine learning technique to create a model based on transfer learning system and implementing it as a web base application using Stream-lit. The method provides nearly 95 % accuracy for the 400 classes of birds. Thus, this study will favor machine learning based image classification unit with fair user interface which greatly involves in development of teaching, learning and visualizing process with Bird species recognition and obviously, the system will be capable to resolve the future challenges that may arise in that regards with Bird species identification and classification.

Decolonizing Feminine Sexuality: Angela Carter's 'The Bloody Chamber' as a Postcolonial Feminist Text" Angela Carter's "The Bloody Chamber" is a seminal work of postcolonial feminist literature that decolonizes feminine sexuality by subverting centuries-old patriarchal and imperialist narratives. Through her Gothic retellings of classic fairy tales like Bluebeard and Beauty and the Beast, Carter exposes the intertwined legacies of; Imperialism's eroticization of colonized female bodies, reducing them to exotic objects of desire Patriarchy's domination of women's sexuality, enforcing silence, shame, and submission Racism's erasure of marginalized female voices, marginalizing their experiences and desires Carter reclaims feminine sexuality as a powerful force of mresistance, autonomy, and self- definition, empowering her female protagonists to wield desire as a weapon against oppressors. By doing so, "The Bloody Chamber" challenges traditional notions of female passivity, redefining feminine sexuality as active, assertive, and liberated.

Abstract :- Organ and Body donation play a vital role in saving lives and advancing medical research. Despite the medical advancements and the growing need for donors, the rate of donation remain low in many regions, largely due to a lack of public awareness, cultural misconceptions, and ethical concerns. This paper examines the current state of public awareness regarding organ and body donation, explores the factors influencing attitudes toward donation, and provides recommendations for improving outreach and education. Organ and body donation are vital to the functioning of healthcare systems and medical education. Organ donation has the potential to save or dramatically improve the lives of individuals suffering from end-stage organ failure, while body donation contributes significantly to medical research, surgical training, and the education of future healthcare professionals. Despite this importance, there remains a critical shortage of donors worldwide. This shortage is not solely due to medical or logistical limitations but is heavily influenced by public awareness, attitudes and cultural perceptions surrounding donation. This study explores the level of public awareness and understanding of organ and body donation, identifies key socio-cultural, religious and psychological factors influencing individual attitudes and assesses the effectiveness of current public education efforts. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research gathered data through surveys and interviews conducted across diverse demographic groups. The results reveal that while general awareness of organ donation is relatively high, detailed knowledge about the registration process, eligibility and the impact of donation remains limited. Awareness and willingness to donate one's body to science were found to be significantly lower, often hindered by cultural taboos, religious misconceptions, and emotional discomfort. The findings highlight the need for comprehensive, culturally tailored public education campaigns that address specific fears, dispel myths, and provide clear information about donation procedures. Additionally, engaging community leaders, religious authorities, and media platforms can enhance trust and promote positive behavioral change. The paper concludes that improving public awareness is a critical step toward increasing donor registration rates and supporting ethical medical advancement through organ and body donation.

Endometrial hyperplasia (EH), a precursor to endometrial cancer, manifests as abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) characterized by irregular cycles, heavy menstrual flow, and prolonged bleeding. This review evaluates Ayurvedic interventions for managing EH, focusing on their efficacy, treatment protocols, and outcomes. The review consolidates data from multiple case studies, highlighting the use of Ayurvedic formulations, including Pushyanuga Churna, Dashmool Kwatha, Ashokarishta, and Chandanasava. Treatments incorporated internal medications, external therapies like Basti (medicated enemas), and vaginal applications. Across cases, significant reductions in endometrial thickness (from 9.1-20.1 mm pre-treatment to 3.7-7 mm post-treatment) were observed. Patients experienced normalization of menstrual cycles, reduced bleeding (e.g., from 12 pads/day to 2-3 pads/day), and alleviation of associated symptoms such as pain and fatigue. Therapy durations ranged from 1 to 16 months, with consistent improvement in both structural and symptomatic aspects of EH. These findings underscore the effectiveness and safety of Ayurvedic treatments in reversing hyperplasia and improving quality of life, emphasizing a holistic approach that combines internal and external therapies.

The eye is a delicate organ with low permeability, short precorneal residence time, and small area for absorption, which poses significant barriers to drug delivery. Traditional ocular delivery systems are constrained by tear and blinking, leading to blurred vision and untimed release events. In situ ophthalmic gels have been developed to overcome these challenges, allowing sustained drug release at the target site. These gels are in solution form before administration and convert to a gel under physiological conditions. This review discusses the anatomy and physiology of the eye, challenges of ocular drug delivery, types of in situ gelling systems, mechanisms of gel formation, types of smart polymers, and methods for evaluating polymeric in situ gels. The study aims to optimize self-assembled nanomicelles incorporating latanoprost (LAT), an anti-glaucoma drug, using a two-level, two-factor full factorial design. The nanomicelles have a spherical morphology and a 77.5% encapsulation efficiency, demonstrating sustained LAT release over 12 hours. In normotensive rabbits, the nanomicelles reduced IOP by up to 40% for three days, significantly longer than the IOP-lowering efficacy of XALATAN eye drops. These findings suggest that self-assembled nanomicelles can enhance ocular bioavailability and extend the therapeutic duration of LAT while providing physical stability.

This study examines students' attitudes towards studies, perceptions of education, and demographic differences, focusing on rural and urban students as well as gender disparities. Findings indicate that rural students generally show higher enjoyment and commitment to their studies compared to urban students, who face distractions that hinder engagement. Gender differences reveal that female students exhibit a stronger desire for academic success, while male students often adopt a more relaxed attitude. Negative attitudes towards education are prevalent, with many students feeling disconnected from academic materials and viewing libraries as unappealing resources. Disparities between government and private school students highlight the need for increased investment in government schools. To address these challenges, the study advocates for a holistic approach that balances academics with extracurricular activities, fosters supportive learning environments and implements mentorship programs. Understanding diverse student perspectives is essential for creating an educational environment that values academic achievement and empowers students.
