 Abstract

Introduction Unemployment in India refers to the situation where a significant portion of the population who are willing and able to work are without a job. It is a persistent problem that has various social and economic consequences, including poverty, crime, and inequality. Among the working-age population, one of the most damaging individual experiences is unemployment. Unemployment is a major economic criterion because it shows the capability (or incapability) of healthy, educated, and willing individuals to gain a livelihood. Materials and methods: Quantitative approach with descriptive non experimental research design was used in this study. The study was done at Velicham Nagar and Donbosco Nagar at Pallithottam. Non probability convenience sampling technique was used for the present study. The tool used in this study was a dichotomous opinionnaire. Result: The present study revealed that 58% were employed and 42% were unemployed. The prevalence rate was high for employed adults and there was a low prevalence rate for unemployment. Conclusion: The study revealed that among 200 participants, 58% were employed and 42% were unemployed. The factors associated with unemployment was assessed by using an opinionnaire which was given to the participants during the study.

By exploring the principles, strategies, benefits, and challenges of DI, it aims to equip teachers with a comprehensive understanding of adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Inclusive learning environments are key to successful DI implementation, emphasizing equity, diversity, and belonging for all learners. Practical strategies for DI implementation, benefits in inclusive settings, evidence-based advantages, and challenges in implementation with corresponding solutions are discussed to facilitate effective DI adoption for improved student outcomes and inclusive educational practices.

 Abstract

The main aim of this study is the formulation and evaluation of pain relief dental gel for the pain occurring in the tooth cavity. Pain in the tooth cavity is one of the major public health problems globally and occurs in all population groups, genders and socio-economic levels. The active pharmaceutical ingredient of this dental gel is clove oil. Clove oil has the pain relief property and is extracted from the clove bud, and it is evaluated by physical parameters like specific gravity, acid value, ester value, saponification value. Many of the ingredients are used to prepare dental gel such as carbopol 940, polyethylene glycol, propylparaben, glycerin, honey, etc. The prepared gel was evaluated for various properties such as pH, antimicrobial activity, spreadability, etc.

 Abstract

Human life is a most important asset and life insurance is the most important type of insurance which provides financial protection to a person and his family at the time of uncertain risks or damage. Life insurance provides both safety and protection to individuals and also encourages savings among people. LIC of India plays a vital role in the welfare of human well-being by providing insurance to millions of people against life risks such as uncertain death or accidents. The present exploratory and descriptive based study was selected with an objective to identify those factors which influence customers policy buying decision and also analyze the preferences of customers while life policy investment decision-making. Various insurance related factors have been discussed in the paper. The data for the study has been collected from secondary sources.. LIC is the most accepted and a popular brand in life insurance, the market share of private insurers are gradually increasing with People's trust and better services offered by them are some of the main findings of the study. Insurance companies should spread more awareness about life insurance, reduction in premium amount and giving more attention on need based innovative products are some of the suggestions provided by the researcher. The paper concludes that demographic factors of the people play a major and pivotal role in deciding the purchase of life insurance policies.

Automating fruit classification with computer vision is a promising application in agriculture. Traditional methods rely on manual visual inspection, which can be tedious, time-consuming, and inconsistent. Typically, fruit classification has been based on their outer shape. However, recent advancements in computer vision and imaging technologies have proven to be more effective in the fruit industry, particularly for quality control in terms of color, size, and shape. Research indicates that machine vision systems can enhance product quality and reduce the need for manual sorting. This article explores various imaging techniques used in fruit classification. Fruits and vegetables are crucial sources of nutrition worldwide. As the global population grows, agricultural enterprises aim to minimize product losses and improve quality and productivity. Therefore, farmers are increasingly adopting advanced technologies for sustainable, eco-friendly, and efficient agriculture. Intelligent agriculture, focusing on early detection and disease control, is a key research area in the fruit sector.  Abstract

This research article aims to formulate protein powder for weight gain; as well as evaluate the efficacy and safety of nutraceuticals used in protein powder to promoting health and preventing disease. A systematic review was conducted, analyzing randomized controlled trials and observational studies from the past decade. The nutraceuticals studied included vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, and other dietary supplements. Further research is needed to establish clear guidelines on the use of nutraceuticals for health promotion and disease prevention. In recent years, there has been growing interest in developing nutraceuticals that address specific health needs. One such area is weight gain, especially for individuals who are underweight or seeking to build muscle mass. This study aimed to formulate a protein-rich nutraceuticals powder specifically designed to promote healthy weight gain From a purely pragmatic standpoint, consuming protein post-workout represents an opportunity to feed; this in turn contributes to one's total daily energy and protein intake. Furthermore, despite recent suggestions that one does not "need" to consume protein during the immediate (1 h or less) post-training time frame, it should be emphasized that consuming nothing offers no advantage and perhaps even a disadvantage. Thus, based on performance and recovery effects, it appears that the prudent approach would be to have athletes consume protein post-training and post-competition.
