Pandit Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar played the most significant role in the reconstruction of modern society through Bengal Renaissance, when the Indian society especially in Bengal was stultified by both high rituals and superstitions. In the present research an attempt has been made to examine critically the role of Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar as a social geographer. In this study it is highlighted how the way Vidyasagar influenced the peoples of India to become a part of Modern society and enlightened the then backward society. The present research paper has also tried to find out the relevance of Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar in the present socio-cultural scenario of Bengal and India.

The recruitment process is vital for organizations aiming to establish a proficient workforce that drives business success. Despite its importance, HR teams often encounter obstacles--particularly when trying to fill numerous job vacancies at the same time. To overcome these hurdles, this project introduces an AI-integrated recruitment platform designed to enhance both the effectiveness and impartiality of hiring. By utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, the platform automates critical stages of recruitment, including identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, and maintaining applicant engagement. One of its standout features is an intelligent resume analysis component that aligns candidate qualifications with appropriate job openings through content-based filtering. This functionality delivers targeted job recommendations to employers, streamlining the match-making process. The digital interview sequence involves a multi-phase evaluation: an initial aptitude test, a technical assessment of programming skills, and a final video interview. The platform leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) to comprehend and reply to spoken inputs in a human-like manner. Furthermore, an integrated Attention Mechanism is used during the video stage to interpret behavioral indicators. By monitoring aspects like eye contact and head movement, the system evaluates the candidate's attentiveness and responsiveness when engaging with several interviewers. These behavioral insights are compiled and presented to hiring teams, enabling more informed, data-centric decision-making during final candidate selection. The platform's use of advanced AI technologies not only reduces the time and effort required in the hiring process but also introduces a fair and modern method of assessing applicants. This is especially useful for technical roles like software engineering and also assists job seekers in improving their resumes authentically and effectively.

Human trafficking, frequently described as modern slavery, continues to be a pressing global crisis, encompassing forced labor, sexual exploitation, and organ trafficking. Defined by the United Nations Palermo Protocol as the recruitment, transportation, harboring, or receipt of individuals through coercion or deception for exploitation, trafficking transcends national borders and affects diverse demographics. Rooted in socio-economic inequalities, political instability, and systemic marginalization, it exploits the world's most vulnerable populations. Despite robust international and national legal frameworks, significant gaps in enforcement and victim protection persist, exacerbated by corruption, poor coordination, and limited resources. Emerging trends such as online recruitment and organ trafficking present new challenges for law enforcement. This study critically examines the root causes, evolving forms, and profound impacts of human trafficking on individuals and societies. It evaluates the intersection between trafficking and human rights laws, the effectiveness of national legislative frameworks, and the pivotal role of NGOs and civil society. Future directions emphasize the need for harmonized laws, enhanced victim-centered policies, and greater international cooperation. Addressing human trafficking demands a holistic, multi-sectoral approach that tackles root causes, strengthens protections for victims, and dismantles trafficking networks to ensure sustainable societal resilience and uphold human dignity.

Due to the numerous benefits that these herbal-based hair dyes offer over chemical-based ones, they are becoming increasingly popular. We have made an effort to prepare and standardize this preparation in order to guarantee both its stability and quality. Goal The creation of herbal hair dye and the assessment of its many criteria, including organoleptic, physico-chemical, phytoconstituent, rheological, patch, and stability testing for its effectiveness and shelf life, were the goals of the current study. Materials and Procedures All natural materials were used in the in-house preparation of the herbal dye, which followed the suggested composition. The dye's stability, physico-chemical, and organoleptic properties were assessed. Findings It was discovered that the parameters were adequate and similar for assessing herbal dye. The results of many analyses supported the use of the hair dye. In conclusion Hair dye made from herbs has been made and assessed based on a number of criteria. Regardless of any negative consequences, it provides a natural substitute that can be used. When creating the pharmacopoeial standards, the findings can be taken into consideration.

Air pollution have been increasing due to various number of factors, which includes Population growth, Increasing vehicle usages, Industrialisation and Urbanisation, and others - pollution levels kept rising ever. These variables makes negative impact on Heath human beings. In order to monitor this, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based wireless sensor networks which is coupled to world of net via wireless communication technologies. Using the MQ135 sensor, these sensors could able to monitor the air quality characteristics, including temperature, humidity, and pollution levels. On gathering , the data is sent to a central server or cloud platform for visualisation and analysis. This makes it possible to track the amount of air pollution in a certain location in real time and can help with air quality decision-making.

Geospatial technology, remote sensing (RS), geographic information system (GIS), and global positioning system (GPS), commonly called the three 'S' systems, and field inventory methods with hyper spectral sensors play a major role in developing effective forest information. Management to realize scientific management of system forest resources ,Non-forest trees play an important role in global carbon cycling, as they are large pools of carbon as well as potential carbon sinks and atmospheric sources. Given the importance of biomass estimates in the global carbon (C) cycle, the present study demonstrates the potential of stand wise trees outside of forest inventory data, and we specifically used Cartosat-1 panchromatic (2.5 m) and multispectral. LISS-IV (5.8 m) dataset to quantify vegetation and create a much-needed database for TOF. The total geographical study area of Vikarabad district is 104903 sq.km. Results will help address key ecosystem services in the TOF, including quantifying greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture, forests and other land use categories. What is different from the above TOF biomass is that the TOF biomass averaged 2150.12 t/ha in all three classes linear, polygonal and scattered. Total TOF biomass and carbon content above ground were calculated as 24.43 t/ha, 414.46 t/ha and 556.36 t/ha respectively in the study area. The results of the study conclude that classification of TOF and prediction of biomass and carbon content in TOF can be successful. Achieved through a combined approach of remote sensing and GIS based spatial techniques with supplement of field data. The current approach would help to find potential carbon sequestration area in Vikarabad District Telangana State India

As emerging technologies like the IoT continue to rise, the need for computational systems that can process data with minimal delay is growing. Fog computing has been introduced as a solution to address this challenge to this challenge, serving as a bridge between cloud services and IoT devices by enabling processing closer to the data source. In a typical Fog environment, IoT devices communicate with nearby Fog nodes, allowing faster response times and efficient data management. This paper presents a detailed exploration of Fog Computing, covering its fundamental concepts, architecture, classification, features, key components, and diverse applications. It also illustrates how Fog Computing enhances traditional Cloud Computing by bringing computation to the network's edge, thereby supporting real-time data processing.
