Concerted effort on climate issue is not yet assumed promising and anticipated result, as global power players politicized the decisions and actions relating to mitigation of GHG emission. To refrain from doing something and reduce the level of pollution will tend to hinder and clash with ones economic growth and disturb ones energy security, side by side requires lot of money and power. Climate issue is politicised either by the developed countries or by parties within these countries or developing countries. The decision-making process relating to Climate Change Treaty and climate policies are seen as dominated by US. Kyoto Protocol was the prime requirement but it was not successfully committed by developed and developing countries. Unanticipated outbreak of Covid-19 has abruptly changed the scenario after the official declaration of Covid-19 as Pandemic by World Health Organisation on dated 12th March 2020. Single virus certainly acts as game changer of climate politics. While the world political leaders are trying hard to flatten the curve of Corona in their countries, the climatologists are highlighting their research study in a parallel line on flattening the carbon emission curve causing pollution. One day mask was worn to defend from smog and now it is used as virus restraint, its really amazing. The present paper analyses about the history of climate politics, its meaning, politicization of climate and today, how it takes a different way after the declaration of Covid-19 as pandemic/ global health crisis and alternative measures to reduce pollution along with non-carbon economic progression of states.

Medicinally important plants from Indian western region forest are a source of diverse bioactive compounds comprising to various groups including antimicrobial, anticancer, antispasmodics etc. A large number of the medicinally important plants are claimed to possess the antimicrobial and antibiotic properties in the traditional medicinal system and are also used by the local people for the treatment of various diseases. Extraction of the bio-active compounds from plants has always been a challenging task for the workers. Comparative studies of secondary metabolites using qualitative tests were performed on Balanites aegyptiaca Del. (Hingot), Tecomella undulata D.Don. (Rohida), Ficus racemosa Linn. (Gular) and Capparis decidua (Forssk.) Edgew (Kair). Extraction from powdered plants parts using different types of solvent like methanol, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether, acetic acid and water were done. The phytochemical screening including secondary metabolites revealed the presence of many chemical constituents including Alkaloids, Flavanoids, Steroids, Triterpenoids, Terpenoids, Tannins, Glycosides, Saponins, Coumarins, and Cardiac Glycosides etc. The result clearly indicates the richness of phytochemical in above mentioned plant species and thus could be potential source of bioactive compounds.

Cancer is one among the most frightful diseases known to man. Most people feel that getting cancer means that their life span has shorten whatever they do to treat themselves. Advancements in the recent treatment have drastically improved the survival rate of patients compared to last 2 3 decades. For the early detection of breast cancer mammography is the effective method that is used. Breast cancer is more effectively detected using the digital mammograms. This paper proposes a method for the detection and classification of mass abnormalities in digital mammogram images using multi SVM classifier, Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) . The objective of this project is to escalate the diagnostic accuracy of image processing and for a more precise classification between malignant and benign abnormalities in mass region which reduces the misclassification of breast images. Normal and abnormal abnormalities are detected from the segmented images using K-means, which correspond to the Regions of Interest (ROIs) or abnormal regions. Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrices (GLCMs) method is used to extract texture based features from the ROI samples. Using these feature extractions as base, the image will be classified using classification techniques like Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Radial Bases Function Neural Network (RBFNN), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM. These classification techniques will be evaluated based on their resulting accuracy.

A Robot is a reprogrammable, multifunctional manipulator designed to move material, parts, tools and specialized devices through variable programmed motion for variety of task. Robotics deals with the design, construction, operation, and use of robots, as well as computer systems for their control, sensory feedback, and information processing. The goods loading vehicle is used for loading and Unloading of goods by using lead screw mechanism, Lift and Rail carriage mechanism by inducing a set of instructions which will be given to the Robot. Earlier, this process used to be carried out manually but by using this vehicle, process is done easily. We have built a prototype of goods loading vehicle by inducing set of instructions to it. We can control it by giving instructions through phone by connecting it to Bluetooth.

The most desired instruments that allow market participants to manage risk in the modern securities trading are known as derivatives, because it reduce the risk by providing an additional channel to investment with Lower trading cost and also facilitates the investors to extend their their settlement through the future contract. Volatility is sharp rise and falls in the market price within short period of time. The aim of this study is to explain relationship between cash and derivatives segments in Indian stock market and also competitive analysis of both the market. It has been observed that Indian derivatives market has shown very impressive growth in market turnover but but behaviour of cash market is very steady over a period of 20 years. It also observed that strong and positive relationships between derivatives and cash segments at NSE so both the market affected to eachother and there is a relationship between derivatives and cash segments. On the other hand there is no relationship between cash and derivatives segments at NSE and both are individually performed and not affected to each other.

The problem of extensive use of alcohol is seriously affecting our social, economic and political culture and also creating several other problems in the society. The increasing crime rate especially among the children is due to the spreading use of alcohol and drugs. It has created new type of challenges before the administration, Government and families. The proposed paper covers various factors of the problem. The proposed paper aims to analyze the national issues especially in case of alcohol and other problems related to the matter. The outcome of this academic activity will try to identify the loopholes in the system and suggest the most suitable remedies to the Government and society both. India has several policies and laws related to alcohol and several reforms have been initiated by the Government on time to time but it is witnessed that the effects of these policies are either not as par the expectation or the changes are slower than the problem increases. The related policies and laws are: The Dangerous Drug Act, 1930, The Drug and Cosmetic Act, 1940, Narcotic Drugs, 1961, Psychotropic Substances Act, 1971, Illicit Trafficking Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, NDPS Amendments Act, 1989, 2001 & 2014, Custom Duty Act and other related laws. In todays era, if we think government and revenue point of view, alcohol or liquor products can be important for collection of revenue, but if we see the interest of the society and per person, then negative effects can also be seen, so there is need for revenue from such products or sources should be collected which can contribute to the positive development of the economy along with the country and society.
