With regards to this, a brief analysis was done with the help of different variables such as precipitation and temperature that have radically constituted to climate changes and thereby estimate its effect on the Indian economy and its various sectors. To understand the major objectives of analyzing the impact of this change, relevant charts and estimates have been calculated and arrived at using several analytical tools .Regression based modelling approach has been used to derive estimates of different variables and their significance have been observed. The major findings of the report show that climate changes playa significant role in the agricultural sector. And, as expected, it has a moderate impact on the secondary sector and a minimal impact on the services sector.

RESEARCH PROBLEM: A Study to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching program regarding importance of calcium rich diet during pre-menopausal stage among women in selected villages of district Sangrur, Punjab. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY: Osteoporosis is an increasing public health problem worldwide. It is characterized by low bone mass and micro architectural deterioration of bone tissue, leading to enhanced bone fragility and consequent increase in risk for Fracture. It has been estimated that in 1990, 1.7 million people globally suffered from Osteoporosis hip fractures. The number might increase to 6.3 million by 2050. The Indian statistics reveal that 6.1 crore people in India are osteoporotic; of these 50 lakhs will have Osteoporotic fracture. MATERIAL AND METHODS: A quantitative approach with pre experimental one group pre test and post test design was used for this study. The sample consisted of 50 women in selected villages of district Sangrur. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling by lottery method. The data was collected by using structured knowledge questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. RESULTS: The result shows that 32(64%) of the Women had inadequate knowledge, 18(36%) of the Women had moderate knowledge level in the Pre test. Further, none of the Women had adequate knowledge on importance of Calcium rich diet during Pre-menopausal stage among Women in the Pre test. In post test 16(32%) of the Women had moderately adequate knowledge level and 34(68%) of Women had adequate knowledge level in the Post test. Further, none of the Women had inadequate knowledge level in the Post test. Level of significance at 0.05 and shows the effectiveness structured teaching program on calcium rich diet. Hence, there is statistical significant association in knowledge level of Women with other selected variables such as Age, physical activity, age at menarche, interval of menstrual cycle, and food habit respectively in the Pre test. There is statistical significant association in knowledge level of Women with other selected variables such as Age, age at menarche, interval of menstrual cycle, type of menstrual flow respectively in the Post test. There is no statistical significant association in knowledge level of Women with other selected variables such as Educational level; type of menstrual flow, Religion, food habits, number of children and type of family respectively in the Pre test. There is no statistical significant association in knowledge level of women with other selected variables such as Educational level, Physical activity, Religion, food habit, number of children, family income and type of family, respectively in the Post test.

In this chapter a deterministic inventory model has been developed for deteriorating items having a ramp type demand with the effects of inflation with two-storage facilities using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization. The owned godown (OG) has a fixed capacity of W units; the rented godown (RG) has unlimited capacity using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization. Here, we assumed that the inventory holding cost in RG is higher than those in OWG. Shortages in inventory are allowed and partially backlogged and it is assumed that the inventory deteriorates over time at a variable deterioration rate using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization. The effect of inflation has also been considered for various costs associated with the inventory system. Numerical example is also used to study the behaviour of the model using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization. Cost minimization technique is used to get the expressions for total cost and other parameters using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization.

While researchers have encouraged further examination on the causal links between inform.ation technology (it) and a firm performance, results of empirical studies have been varied. This is to a certain extent due to the exclusion of it business partnership (also know as it -business strategicaligment).indeed.strategic alignmentvhas emerged one of the most important t concern facing business and it executives all over the world (Raymond and croteau 2009,Johnson and ledere,2010)there for, the purpose of this paper is to provide a detailed literature review that both academics and practitioners can use in order to understand the resources required to realize the potential values of their it investments. This is achieved by providing a review of the it and it-business literature ona firms business performance. it is hoped that the article will spark helpful discussion the merits of continuous examination of it investments.

Computational imaging process integrates computer-aided graphics, images and vision. This approach presents a means for overcoming the weaknesses realized in the normal imaging equipment for developing high quality graphic elements for better representation of the real 3-dimensional world. The use of computation photography in the field of imaging develops on the possibilities of typical imaging. The objective of computational photography processes is to aid in image processing and other areas of research such as archaeology by directly manipulating and interacting with the original photographed content.

The global burden of bacterial infections is very high and has been exacerbated by increasing resistance to multiple antibiotics. Antibiotic resistance leads to failed treatment of infections, which can ultimately lead to death. To overcome antibiotic resistance, it is necessary to identify new antibacterial agents. In this study, two medicinal important plants Namely Anogeissus latifolia (Roxb. ex DC.) Wall. Ex Guillem. & Perrplants from and Terminalia tomentosa Wight & Arn. The present investigation was aimed to focus on the antibacterial activity of two selected plants of Anogeissus latifolia and Terminalia tomentosa in aqueous, ethanolic and Chloroform extracts. Different concentrations of Chloroform, ethanol and aqueous extracts were used for antibacterial activity. Maximum zone of inhibition was observed in 30% w/v Ethanolic extract than other extracts. Different extracts of A. latifolia and T. tomentosa has the medicinally useful secondary metabolites and also act as antibacterial agent on various bacterial strains. The findings of this research suggest that the extracts of both plants can be a source of natural antibacterial agents with pivotal applications in pharmaceutical companies to control pathogenic bacteria causing severe illness in humans
