Ride-sharing is a service that enables drivers to share trips with other riders, contributing to appealing benefits of shared travel cost and reducing traffic congestion. However, the majority of existing ride-sharing services rely on a central third party to organize the service, which makes them subject to a single point of failure and privacy disclosure concerns by both internal and external attackers. The proposed system enables drivers to offer ride-sharing services without relying on a trusted third party. Both riders and drivers can learn whether they can share rides while preserving their trip data, including pick-up/drop-off location, departure/arrival date and travel price. However, malicious users exploit the anonymity provided by the public blockchain to submit multiple ride requests or offers, while not committing to any of them, in order to find a better offer or to make the system unreliable. Proposed system solves this problem by introducing a time-locked deposit protocol for a ride-sharing by leveraging smart contract and zero-knowledge set membership proof. In a nutshell, both a driver and a rider have to show their good will and commitment by sending a deposit to the blockchain. Later, a driver has to prove to the blockchain on the agreed pick-up time that he/she arrived at the pick-up location on time. To preserve rider/driver privacy by hiding the exact pick-up location, the proof is performed using zero-knowledge set membership proof. Moreover, to ensure fair payment, a pay-as-you-drive methodology is introduced based on the elapsed distance of the driver and rider. In addition, we introduce a reputation model to rate drivers based on their past behavior without involving any third-parties to allow riders to select them based on their history on the system.

Quantum Gravity tops the list of most soughted research stream in the field of theoretical physics and cosmology. Democritus explained the fundamental building block of our universe was atoms some 2000 years ago. Pythagoras interestingly but contrastingly stated that everything emerged from music and the universe is nothing but symphony of strings. There seems to exist a underlying regular pattern and symmetry in everything in the cosmos. Physicists and Mathematicians try to decode this information present in reality. A complete Theory of Everything which is also known as Quantum Gravity has to be deciphered. Two most suitable candidates of Quantum Gravity are string theory and the Loop Quantum Gravity theory. Recently physicists believe that both these theories are two sides of a same coin and synthesis of these will give the ultimate Theory of Everything. The main aim of this paper is to study the enrolment and dropout of students in primary schools and the physical infrastructure for mid day meal in primary schools at Bhoranj block of Hamirpur district. Further, the research showed the problems faced by the schools to implement the scheme. Result of the study showed that, there was increasing trend of enrolment of general boys and girls student, whereas declining trend of SC boys and girls enrolment. However, there was a little increase in case of ST boys and girls student and declining trend in case of OBC boys and girls students. Further, the infrastructure under the scheme was sufficient.

We can see a person standing in front of our house from electricity board, whose duty is to read the energy meter and handover the bills to the owner of that house every month. This is nothing but meter reading. According to that reading we have to pay the bills. The main drawback of this system is that person has to go area by area and he has to read the meter of every house and handover the bills. Many times errors like extra bill amount, or notification from electric board even though the bills are paid are common errors. To overcome this drawback we have come up with an idea which will eliminate the third party between the consumer and service provider, even the errors will be overcome. In this paper the idea of smart energy meter using IoT and Arduino have been introduced. In this method we are using Arduino because it is energy efficient i.e. it consume less power. In this paper, energy meters which is already installed at our houses are not replaced, but a small modification on the already installed meters can change the existing meters into smart meters. The use of GSM module provides a feature of notification through SMS. One can easily access the meter working through web page that we designed. Current reading with cost can be seen on web page. Automatic ON & OFF of meter is possible. Threshold value setting and sending of notification is the additional task that we are performing)

A single objective stochastic inventory model is formulated and introducing the impreciseness to the budget, it is considered as a fuzzy single objective stochastic inventory model. Then we reformulate the model as a multi objective inventory problem and it is solved by General Fuzzy Non Linear Programming technique. The solutions are illustrated by numerical examples when the demand follows exponential distribution and the results are compared, also.
