 Abstract

Did you know that there are hundreds of microorganisms present in the Yamuna river out of which Proteobacteria is the most abundant? The Yamuna river water of Agra city is highly contaminated with various microorganisms. This study aims to investigate the diversity of microorganisms present in the Yamuna river within the vicinity of Agra city and explore the ecological consequences of their presence. In the present study, Yamuna river water was collected from three different sites in Agra city. The study will employ some microbial analysis techniques to identify and characterise the different microorganisms inhabiting the river waters. Analysis revealed a thriving bacterial diversity in Yamuna river water samples obtained from various locations.

 Abstract

In this study Sixteen college students were taken as sample, we aimed to explore how peer interactions influence motivation and behaviour. The results revealed several key insights into the dynamics of peer influence within the sample group. Firstly, a significant proportion of participants reported experiencing demotivation due to negative behaviours exhibited by their peers. These behaviours included making derogatory comments, pressuring others to engage in unethical activities, and displaying negative facial expressions. However, it was noted that different individuals responded to these demotivating factors in varying ways. Interestingly, a majority of respondents indicated that they were able to avoid demotivation by focusing on their own personal development rather than dwelling on negative peer interactions. Additionally, some participants reported avoiding demotivation by either distancing themselves from their peer group or by ignoring negative comments altogether. When it came to perceptions of peer diversity, opinions were divided among participants. While some believed that all peers were different from one another, others felt that most peers were similar. This suggests a varied understanding of the complexity of peer relationships and interactions. Furthermore, the study highlighted the significant influence of family on the participants' sense of comfort and support. Many respondents cited their families as the primary source of encouragement and guidance, while others found solace in peer groups or relied on their own resilience. Regarding motivation sources, the majority of participants attributed their motivation to their parents, emphasizing the importance of familial support in driving personal growth and success. However, a small percentage of respondents also acknowledged the motivational influence of their peer groups and external speakers. In terms of behaviour towards peers, a significant portion of participants claimed to have never demotivated any of their peers. However, there were also individuals who admitted to intentionally demotivating their peers, albeit without regret. This underscores the complexity of peer dynamics and the potential impact of individual behaviour on group morale. Lastly, perceptions of true peers were varied among participants, with the majority valuing genuine encouragement and support in academic settings over superficial gestures. This highlights the importance of authenticity in peer relationships and the role it plays in fostering a positive learning environment.

In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, the integration of smart systems to monitor and manage environmental conditions has become increasingly crucial. This paper presents a comprehensive system that combines water leakage detection, gas leak detection, a smart irrigation system, and emotional ambient lighting to create safer, more efficient, and emotionally engaging indoor environments. The water leakage detection component employs a network of sensors strategically placed to detect even the slightest traces of water leakage. Upon detection, the system promptly alerts users, mitigating potential damage to property and infrastructure, and ensuring the preservation of valuable resources. Similarly, the gas leak detection subsystem utilizes advanced sensors to identify and locate gas leaks within the monitored area. This functionality is essential for maintaining safety in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, minimizing the risk of fire, explosions, and health hazards associated with gas leaks. Furthermore, the smart irrigation system revolutionizes traditional watering practices by leveraging sensor data and weather forecasts to optimize water usage in outdoor environments. By precisely delivering water to plants based on their specific needs and environmental conditions, this system promotes water conservation and enhances the health and vitality of green spaces. Moreover, the integration of emotional ambient lighting adds a new dimension to indoor environments by dynamically adjusting lighting conditions to reflect the occupants' emotional states and preferences. Through the use of color, intensity, and pattern variations, the lighting system creates atmospheres that promote relaxation, focus, or productivity, contributing to improved well-being and mood regulation. The synergistic integration of these functionalities results in a comprehensive environmental monitoring and control system that addresses diverse needs and challenges.  Abstract

Imeglimin is the first in a new class of oral antidiabetic drug that can reduce reactive oxygen species production and increase mitochondrial DNA synthesis.  Abstract

Automating agricultural aspects is the mechanical process with or without human intervention in agriculture field. Due to the availability of less space for domestic lands of farmers, it has become an important area for choosing the most suitable crops based on prevailing factors in the selected area. Even though there are enough knowledge, techniques, and methods which are manually available in agriculture, there is no system in which the environmental factors are detected and will suggest which crop type is best to farming in that condition. In this project consists of a theoretical and conceptual platform of a Recommendation system through the integrated models of collecting environmental factors, we will be using Machine learning techniques such as the SVM, Decision tree model, Random forest, and Logistic Regression concerned with Artificial Intelligence to recommend a crop for the selected land with site-specific parameters with high accuracy and the efficiency. It has been a major problem to identify what to grow in the land, any man has adequate space in the owner's land. Not only for domestic lands but also for the farming lands. Why it has become a problem for all, is that environmental factors such as temperature(humidity), water levels, and soil conditions are uncertain as they change from time to time. Due to these problems mentioned above, this solution of crop recommendation system using a machine learning model predicts to the user what crop type would be the most suitable for the selected area by collecting the environmental factors for plant growth and processing them with the trained sub-models of the main of the system to provide output.  Abstract

The neurological condition known as Parkinson's disease, named after Dr. James Parkinson, whose original documentation dates back to 1817, is a degenerative and chronic condition that greatly affects movement. Motor symptoms including bradykinesia, stiffness, tremors, and postural instability are characteristic of this disease. These symptoms are caused by the degeneration of dopamine-producing neurons in the brain's substantia nigra. In addition to motor symptoms, people may suffer from autonomic dysfunction, emotional disorders, sleep abnormalities, and cognitive impairment. Medicinal plants have served as a constant source of medicaments, which have a great efficacy and demand for the treatment of Parkinson. Medicinal Plants, that deserve attention are Mucuna pruriens, Brahmi, Ashwagandha which have shown neuroprotective effect, anti-oxidant activity along with various pharmacological activity. M.pruriens has been of keen interest in phytochemical and Ayurvedic research due to its excellent medicinal values. The seeds of Mucuna pruriens contain alkaloids, glycosides, reducing sugars, saponins, tannins, terpenoids, calcium, phosphorus and potassium, polyphenolic substances, protease inhibitor, phytic acid, and L-dopa is a major constituent present in whole herb which act as a precursor of dopamine. The present review is an attempt to provide reported details of information on these herbs and phytoconstituents and pharmacological activities. It is an attempt to provide a direction for further research.

 Abstract

Banking industry has the major activity of lending money to those who are in need of money. In order to payback the principle borrowed from the depositor bank collects the interest made by the principle borrowers. Credit risk analysis is becoming an important field in financial risk management. Many credit risk analysis techniques are used for the evaluation of credit risk of the customer dataset. The evaluation of the credit risk datasets leads to the decision to issue the loan of the customer or reject the application of the customer is the difficult task which involves the deep analysis of the customer credit dataset or the data provided by the customer. In this paper we are surveying different techniques for the credit risk analysis which are used for the evaluation for the credit risk datasets. Credit card fraud is a serious problem in financial services. Machine learning algorithm based fraud detection scheme is implemented for detect the fraud card. The methods which use long short- term memory (LSTM) networks and majority voting methods are applied. To evaluate the model efficacy, a publicly available credit card data set is used. Then, a real-world credit card data set from a financial institution is analyzed rate.

 Abstract

Drawing from psychological research and clinical observations, this abstract examines the intersection between submission and emotional expression, highlighting the detrimental effects of repressed emotions on mental health and overall well-being. It sheds light on how individuals may adopt a submissive stance, suppressing their true feelings to conform to social expectations or avoid conflict, thereby exacerbating the impact of emotional trauma. Through case studies and theoretical frameworks, this abstract elucidates the complex interplay between submission, emotional expression, and trauma recovery. It underscores the importance of creating safe spaces for individuals to express their emotions authentically, free from judgment or retribution, in order to facilitate healing and resilience. Irrespective of general perception, in a deeper sense the emotional trauma is a hazard which is more often a consequence of being submissive and inexpressive. Traditionally social norms have dictated certain gender roles for men and women. Men are generally regarded as dominant, masculine, independent and expressive. In contemporary society, however women being enforced to perceive themselves as recessive, dependent, submissive and inexpressive. Some women nonetheless continued to adopt gender roles in which self objectification may persist. 'Self objectification occurs when the objectifying gaze is turned inward, such that women view themselves through the perspective of an observer and engaging chronic self surveillance'. This causes more inexpressiveness and enhances emotional trauma which leads to different chaotic disturbances in women life. This abstract delves into the often-overlooked hazard of submissive silence in the face of emotional trauma. It explores how societal norms and personal dynamics can compel individuals to suppress their emotional distress, leading to profound and often unrecognized consequences. Mental health initiatives tailored to women's needs, such as female-friendly therapy spaces and support groups, can provide safe environments for emotional expression. Moreover, fostering inclusive workplaces and communities that value emotional openness and vulnerability can create conducive environments for women to express themselves authentically. In conclusion, this abstract emphasizes the urgent need to recognize and address the hazard of submissive silence in the context of emotional trauma. It advocates for fostering environments that validate and support emotional expression, empowering individuals to navigate their experiences with courage, authenticity, and resilience.

 Abstract

This paper discloses a virtual conversational method and system to relieve the psychological stress of adolescents. It also aims at providing some positive information through continuous dialogue answers in order to guide adolescents to think and face difficulties with a positive and optimistic attitude and the agenda of reliving the psychological pressure of the adolescents can be achieved. Conventional face-to-face stress detection and relief methods do not work when confronted with those adolescents who are reluctant to express their negative emotions to the people in real life. In this paper, we would like to present an adolescent- oriented intelligent conversational chatting system called "HappySoul", which acts as a virtual friend who can assist to encourage, understand, comfort, and guide stressful adolescents to pour out their bad and negative feelings, thereby releasing the stress. Chatbots, or conversational interfaces, present a new way for adolescents to interact with computer systems. This chatbot will allow a user to simply ask questions in the same way that they would address a human. The technology at the core of the proposed chatbot is natural language processing ("NLP"), RNN and client server architecture with the help of Android GUI
