This project aims to protect the people against the spread of disease from the affected person and to assist the elderly people's. To Solve this issue, we here design a remote IoT based health monitor robot that allows for remotely monitoring of patients over the internet. The system monitors patient heartbeat pulse, temperature and SpO2 using a temperature sensor and Pulse Sensor respectively. It also assists the patient by providing food, medicine, needy items to them based on the requirement. Also they will monitor the health status and report it to the doctors for the action to be taken regarding this. The quarantine persons feel lonely and it leads to stress. To manage it, the robot will act as a companion for them and it will provide them some activity based on the person interest with the help AI.

This study aimed to finding out the extent familiarity of teachers and students of higher education institutions of Odisha with web 2.0 technologies. Furthermore, it sought the degree of adoption of web 2.0 technologies by teachers and students. A descriptive survey research design was followed for the study. Data were collected from 166 students and 34 teachers of three universities of Odisha namely, Ravenshaw university, Utkal university and Sambalpur University. Stratified random sampling method was used to select the participants. Questionnaire was used for the collection of data from the participants. The results of the study revealed that majority of the students were highly familiar with and were adopting web 2.0 technologies. Teachers were comparatively less familiar with web 2.0 technologies. Teachers' adoption degree of web 2.0 technologies was moderate. The results of the study could be very much useful for all the stakeholders and policy makers of higher education.

Objective: to study the changing trends in female sterilization, its importance in population control, to analyse the effect of different parameters on acceptance of sterilization, to study the complications in sterilization procedure. Study Design: Prospective observational study at a tertiary care hospital. Results: In the present study total number of 1600 sterilization studied for different parameters. In this series, majority of cases were in between the age group of 21 to 30 years (88 %), commonest indication (87.37 %) was socioeconomic, with 73.18 % urban acceptance, parity of 3 was largest group of cases (46.87 %),majority (54.87 %) of cases were sterilized in puerperium, Majority of only sterilization procedures (54.87 %) were done under local anaesthesia procedure, most cases (99.68 %) were done by abdominal route, early postoperative complications were seen in 7.76 %. Conclusion: Though female sterilization is a very safe, simple and efficacious procedure. constant effort has to be made for promotion of accepting this procedure which has potential ease and successful reversibility if the couple desires for it.

A chatbot is a computer system that can simulate human communication using either spoken or written directions. An intelligence chatbot can be used in the banking sector to deliver information or answer consumer questions. Our intelligent system accepts input from bank customers in text form, processes the query, and delivers a response to the user. The key to our system is artificial intelligence, which automates the thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving processes associated with human cognition. By integrating an artificial brain into the web-based chatbot, the system can interpret input and generate custom responses. If a query is not understood, the system will use a third-party expert system to process the input and archive the response, thus improving the chatbot's capabilities for future generations of responses.

Corporate governance, in particular in today's times where many sectors of the economy are pacing and adapting themselves with the latest advancements in technology, cannot be neglected. The landscape of how the organization used to function has been significantly altered as a result of the introduction of new technologies such as digitalization, robotics, chat bots, and artificial intelligence. The purpose of this article is to explore the effect of respondent characteristics on their use of technology in the banking business and to research the function of corporate administration in assuring the interest of its stakeholders. Both of these goals will be accomplished as a result of reading this paper. The use of technology is an essential component of effective corporate governance, and as such, it will need a significant amount of attention and concentration.

Delay differential equation refers to an ordinary differential equation (ODE) with a delay parameter. The term "advanced differential equation" is used to describe an ODE with a forward parameter. The term "differential-difference equation" is used to refer to an ODE that includes both delay and advance parameters. Similar to the usage of "advance" and "delay" words, "positive shift" and "negative shift" appear in the literature. When the highest order derivative is multiplied by a small parameter, the boundary layer phenomenon appears in the solution of the differential-difference equation. The boundary layer is an area where the answer is constantly evolving. These issues are typically addressed by means of perturbation techniques, such as the matched asymptotic expansions and WKB approach. Skill, insight, and experimentation are needed for these asymptotic expansions. As a result, scientists have begun to rely on numerical approaches. Due to the presence of the boundary layer, oscillatory/unsatisfactory solutions are obtained if we apply the existing numerical methods with the step-size greater than the perturbation parameter. In addition, the solution is graphically represented so that the effects of the delay and complex factors may be comprehended. It is noticed from the tables and figures that our quantitative approaches produce very good approximation to the exact solution. In addition to being theoretically simpler and easier to use, these quantitative approaches are also easily adaptable for computer implementation with only a small amount of computing effort.

Vitamin B12 deficiency is a serious health problem that can result in megaloblastic anemia, pernicious anemia, inhibition of cell division, and neurological disorders. Objective: Our study aims to identify the correlation between the deficiency of vitamin B12 and the hematological parameters, also the prevalence of vitamin B12 deficiency among vegetarian and non-vegetarian people of the city of Gujarat state. Method: Retrospective study undertaken among age varied from 18 to 60 years patients in Gujarat. 100 patients were studied and analyzed. Clinical features, hematological and serological parameters were noted. Result: We have evaluated the clinical picture, hematology indices of 100 patients with reduced vitamin B12 level. In this study secondary data on age, sex, referring unit, religion and dietary history of these patients were obtained from the medical laboratory Gujarat, India. We found the gender is significantly associated with hemoglobin. Vegetarian females have lower hemoglobin level than vegetarian males. Vitamin B12 deficiency is mainly mild to moderate (100 pg/ml-210 pg/ml). Severe B12 deficiency (100 pg/ml) is more involved in the younger age group (<50 years) than the older group (> 50 years). Conclusion: In our study, we concluded that the vegetarians have lower serum vitamin B12 levels compared to non-vegetarians. In present study total 100 patients were included and among them 48% were males and 52% were females. In which 28% males and 32% females were Vitamin B12 deficient. So, it is concluded that prevalence of vitamin B12 deficiency was higher in females as compared to male.

The main purpose of this study was to assess the impact of sales promotion tools on consumer buying behaviour, taking beer consumers in Delhi NCR as a case study. The study considered four sales promotion tools, 1.The crown prize, 2.Buy one get one free, 3.Price discount and 4.Free sample, to measure the buying behaviour of beer consumers. The research was quantitative by design and the researcher pursued an explanatory study from among the various quantitative methods, as this approach helps explain the relationship between variables. The researcher selected 384beer consumer respondents residing in Delhi NCR, using non-probability (convenience) sampling method, for the purpose of this study. Statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics were used to analyse the quantitative data gathered through questionnaire. And the data was analysed using SPSS software. The Survey signified that, buy one get one free, free sample and price discount exhibited the most significant and positive impact on consumer buying behaviour respectively, from among the four sales promotion tools this study took into consideration. The research also indicated that UTC had the least influence on consumer buying behaviour. Given these results, it is concluded that sales promotions have a significant and positive impact on the buying behaviour of beer consumers. It is also the recommendation of this research that beer manufactures pay due attention to the promotional strategies they make use of, as they may play an important role in shaping consumers' buying behaviour.
