Water is one amongst the basic necessary survival elements which we need in our day-to-day life. So, our primary concern must be to save every drop of water. We must have observed in many of the societies in India due to negligence there is overflow of water from the overhead water tank. In order to solve this issue, we have built a fully controlled water overflow detection system which would help us to save a lot of water which otherwise gets simply wasted. The whole system would be quite easy to use as not much human involvement would be required in the whole process thus would save a lot of time and energy of the user. Every little update about the upper as well as lower tank will be intimated to the user, right from the tanks being empty to the filling up of the overhead tank. Even in the worst-case scenarios like if the water overflows or if there is any leakage in either of the tanks, an update would be given to the user and the motor would be automatically turned off. The user would not only get an update about the current status of the tanks and the motor on the screen but also would receive a notification via his phone.

This study is aimed at making photo Fenton mode of treatment more accessible to Textile Industries enabling them to reap profit out of this upgrading technology. The research was carried on the untreated waste effluent of textile industry for the removal of Chemical Oxygen Demand. About 70-80% COD reduction was obtained without any pre-treatment of the waste effluent at pH 3. The Experimental conclusion shows that utmost COD removal was obtained at 6:1 of COD:H2O2 concentration ratio with both the light sources. The different molar concentrations of H2O2:Fe+2 were considered among which, the efficiency was obtained at 15:1 and 20:1. For photo degradation of organic compounds photo fenton treatment could be very useful method for resultant reaction time for the procedure states.

In terms of sustainable and cleaner production, the utilization of Paper wastes in the manufacturing of eco-friendly building materials has attracted attention in recent years. In the present study, Papercrete fly ash based bricks were produced to determine the influences of paper pulp and fly ash on the physical, mechanical, and thermal properties of bricks. The following parameters were examined for the bricks produced at Office paper and newspaper; water absorption, apparent porosity, efflorescence, bulk density, compressive strength, and thermal conductivity. For the brick production, Fly ash was used up to 30% up to 50%.

The Coronavirus pandemic has caused an exceptional health and monetary worldwide emergency. Creative solutions are basic given restricted assets and prompt requirement for clinical supplies, medical services support and therapies. The main purpose for this paper is to elaborate the emerging technologies being carried out in the examination, analysis, and treatment of Coronavirus. Key center regions incorporate the uses of fake insight, the utilization of Big Data and Internet of Things, the significance of numerical demonstrating for expectations, utilization of innovation for local area screening, the utilization of nanotechnology for treatment and antibody advancement, the utility of telemedicine, the execution of 3D-printing to manage new demands. AI and ML can also be useful for medicine development, designing well organized diagnosis strategies and producing predictions of the disease spread. These applications are profoundly reliant upon constant checking of the patients and powerful coordination of the data, where the Web of Things (IoT) assumes a key part. IoT can likewise assist with applications, for example, mechanized medication conveyance, reacting to patient questions, and following the reasons for illness spread. This paper addresses an extensive examination of the potential AI, ML, and IoT advancements for shielding against the Coronavirus pandemic. Organizational effectiveness is the efficiency with which the organization can meet its planned objectives. Organizational effectiveness is the concept of how effective an organization is in achieving the outcomes the organization intends to produce (Mitchell, 2013). Managing people from diverse backgrounds is a critical business imperative in a globally located business. High Cultural Intelligence[CI] helps in managing a diverse workforce. CI is the ability to interact, behave and work in cross-cultural situations. Every organization has its unique objectives and culture, so it becomes essential for the organization to follow the organization's vision, mission, and goals on the one hand and keep equilibrium in getting objectives fulfilled, which results in organizational effectiveness on the other hand. Organizational effectiveness is the central part of organizational performance and organizational development, and considered for this study. The data collected through secondary and primary sources are assessed, analyzed, and interpreted based on the findings and suggestions provided. Collected Primary data through a well-structured questionnaire administered to 60 top and middle-level managers in Multinational corporations in Pune city between the period 2018 to 2020. Used Cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the questionnaire and applied the Z test to check managers' awareness regarding workplace diversity, diversity management, and Cultural Intelligence. The study undertook to check top and middle-level managers' perceptions about the importance of employees' Cultural Intelligence for better Organizational effectiveness. The majority of the managers believed that there is an effect of the CI of employees on organizational performance and organizational effectiveness. So, CI is a Catalyst for better Organizational Performance and Organizational Effectiveness and Companies should try to develop CI through Cross-Cultural Training and Diversity Training.

Abstracts The study was conducted to assess the different dehydration technique for the preparation of banana flour preparation. The drying technique used were Sun drying, solar drier and cabinet drier. The selected unripe bananas were sliced to 3mm thickness and steamed followed by curing in 2% salt solution for 20 mins. Then the slices were dried and ground to flour. The unripe banana flour were assessed for its functional, sensory, storage and economics and comparative study was performed for different drying techniques. The result of the study reveals that the moisture content ranges from 9.89 to 12.34 % ,while the functional properties of bulk density values between 0.68 -0.70 g/ml , WAC between 116.2 to 149.8% and OAB between 115.70 to 117.85 % respectively. The shelf life of the solar and cabinet dried unripe banana flour were 120 days whereas sundried for 90 days. The sensory attributes of the solar and cabinet dried unripe banana flour secured a highest score than the sundried unripe banana flour. The economics of the results indicates that the B.C ratio of solar drier technique for banana flour preparation is viable when compared with cabinet drier and sundried banana flour. The study concluded that solar drying technique is cost effective, inexpensive, technically uncomplicated and viable business venture for the production of quality-dried product for agriculture holdings.
