The connection between happiness and success has long been debated: does success lead to happiness, or does happiness promote success? This research aims to explore the relationship between perceived happiness and personal success among young adults in Mumbai. A sample of 150 undergraduate students from various disciplines was surveyed using standardized self-report questionnaires. The study found a significant positive correlation between levels of happiness and self-assessed success. The findings support the hypothesis that happiness can act as a precursor to success by enhancing motivation, productivity, and interpersonal skills. This paper suggests integrating well-being practices into educational systems to foster both emotional and academic development.

With the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies among the young generation, we can observe that the use of AI tools and chatbots into day-to-day life has led many young individuals seek emotional support and have interaction more on these platforms. Replika, Kuki etc. are some platforms that claim to be the AI companion "who cares for you" but as per various studies, they contribute to a higher sense of loneliness among people. According to a research study published in the International Journal of Human Computer Studies, a portion of the students on whom the study was conducted, were found seeking emotional support from AI chatbots. Apart from this, a 14 years old teen died by suicide after forming an attachment with an AI chatbot. This research aims to delve deeper into the paradox by examining the level or extent of young people's reliance on such AI chatbots for emotional assistance and social interaction and how this dependence may unintentionally contribute to attachments with AI chatbots.

Primary education is the pillar of a country's growth, the foundation of lifelong learning and societal change. In India, though there are numerous government initiatives, primary education still grapples with serious issues like poor infrastructure, shortages of teachers, poor learning outcomes, and inequalities in access. On this background, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has arisen as a strategic means by which the corporate world can make positive contributions to the education sector. This research paper discusses the significance of CSR in improving primary education in India and the nature, extent, and effect of corporate interventions. It discusses how, as per the mandate of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, the CSR funds of companies are being utilized for primary education activities such as school infrastructure development, e-learning, training of teachers, and community programs. The article introduces secondary data analysis and case studies of the chosen companies recognized for effective educational CSR initiatives. Findings reflect that CSR interventions have improved access and quality significantly in many of the underserved areas, but sustainability, accountability, and regional imbalances still pose challenges. The report concludes with suggestions for aligning CSR interventions with national education priorities like the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and proposing frameworks for increased public-private partnerships to enable long-term education development.

With a progressively digital-first world, the synthesis of social media and e-commerce has created a revolutionary phenomenon, social commerce. This paper discusses the ways in which social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram have begun to shape consumer behavior in urban Indian contexts, with a special emphasis on Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Based only on secondary data, the study investigates the psychological, infrastructural, and technological determinants of online shopping purchases among consumers in the local area. It brings out the increased role of influencer marketing, user-generated content, and peer review in forming trust and purchasing intentions. The research identifies a marked behavioral change where consumers place a high value on convenience, authenticity, and social endorsement ahead of traditional advertising and in-store visits. In spite of the constraint of having to work with secondary data, the paper provides an insightful analysis of the micro-dynamics of social commerce within a localized urban setting, advancing the larger debate on Indian digital consumerism.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has increasingly been used as a strong weapon for social development, especially education. Among Indian corporations, Wipro Limited is at the forefront of applying innovative and effective CSR programs to develop educational systems. This research study explores Wipro's educational vision inspired by the principles of equity, inclusivity, and sustainability. Through its varied programs--like the Systemic Education Reform Program, Wipro Earthian, the Santoor Women's Scholarship, and projects for disabled children--Wipro responds to key gaps in access, quality, and awareness in the Indian education system. The research critiques the design, coverage, and impact of these initiatives to learn how corporate-driven educational interventions may produce long-term systemic change. It also emphasizes Wipro's focus on working in close collaboration with civil society groups and educational institutions to provide contextual relevance and grassroots outreach. Further, the study investigates how Wipro's education CSR is aligned with national agendas such as the Right to Education and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through a consideration of quantitative results and qualitative changes, the paper highlights Wipro's place as a corporate citizen with social responsibility who strives to create a more just and educated society.

The banking and insurance industries are facing both new opportunities and problems as a result of the fintech revolution's explosive growth. The Banking & Insurance (BBI) program at Mumbai University is essential to prepare upcoming professionals in India for this fast-paced sector. There is a growing gap between the skills needed in the changing financial ecosystem and the current educational options, though, as the fintech revolution picks up speed. The necessity to close this gap by adding modern fintech knowledge and skills to the BBI curriculum is examined in this study. The study looks at the main components of the fintech revolution, such as data analytics, blockchain technology, digital payments, and artificial intelligence, as well as how they affect the banking and insurance industries. Furthermore, it assesses Mumbai University's current curriculum architecture, highlighting important areas for enhancement and integration. The study offers a plan for revising the BBI curriculum to guarantee that graduates have the knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in the fintech-driven financial sector by combining a review of the literature, an analysis of the industry, and the Mumbai University syllabus. In order to promote innovation, improve employability, and support the expansion of India's fintech ecosystem, the paper's conclusion highlights the significance of matching academic curricula with industry trends.
